we were greeted immediately upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful, all of them were super nice, we took my cat for vaccination shots and it was a very quick and easy process. They explained every procedure and answered any questions we had. 10/10!!!

I spent a wonderful time enjoying the store, picked out my pet food then had all of that crashing down. Why was your check out lady so so rude! Young female, tattoos showing along with her purple hair! You should get a secret shopper and you'll see.

The PetCo time forgot. That place was terrible, dark, dingy overstocked, and the employee that was there was like did everybody else hate this guy or girl or whatever and just push them out and put them at that location because you know no one‘s gonna see them. I went to the pool supply store so I stopped in and I bought something and I wish I would’ve gone down the street.

The self wash here is just awful. I mean, yeah it's $21, but the stations looked dirty, no blow dryers, the shampoo and conditioner was super watered down. The towels weren't even clean, dry towels. They were used and just rolled up to make it seem like you had fresh towels. The spray/cologne for your pup didn't even work.... Like I feel like wasted money for the experience. You're better off on going to the one off Callaghan. The guy up front was real nice though.

On entering this Petco I watched the 3 employees huddled around the sole cash register, laughing and talking. They remained there as I wandered to the back of this tiny store..I needed supplies for setting up our new parakeet cage-baby birds were in their cage at home waiting for food, water dishes, etc.However, there is *nothing at this location On San Pedro Ave. for any type of birds, nor for fish, reptiles, turtles, etc.This particular store caters only to dogs & cats, an rnormous assortment of foods and supplies. Yet. Not a full-service Petco, a real disappointment.I believe this 1 location should advertise they sell only cat and dog fur-baby supplies.

I washed my youngest dog here yesterday. Staff was so sweet and I love going in there. The self serve I knew yesterday had laundry issues so I brought my towels so my senior dog who needed a bath very badly today would be able to get one and he has a lot more hair. I went in and got the approval from Jeff who was working at the register to use it since I had brought my towels with me. After going back and starting to set up an oriental girl came up to me and started arguing with me about how I could not use it. She had excuse after excuse. It was so ridiculous. I loved going to this Petco but no more. I am so dumbfounded at this customer service this person has.

It is currently 101 degrees outside. We walked a mile to get to this pet store. I asked if there was any water for my dog, the cashier told me he could not get any water for her.I understand this is a strange request, and I should have my own water. But c'mon. It's 100+ outside and you can't find a way to give this dog some water??I think that's pretty messed up Oren.

Won’t be coming here again!Called earlier to ask if they had worms for geckos. Lady on the phone told me they did. Walked in the store, I was welcomed by the manager. I proceed to ask her where the worms were, she said oh we don’t have worms. Really? Because the lady checking out is buying worms, I even told the lady I called earlier & she proceed with no ma’am you are wrong.Lol don’t tell your customers they are wrong. When I clearly see that the women checking out is buying worms!!!!I was turned away.Will not be coming back,

I walked in and not one staff member was at the front/register, when I found my 2 items and went back up to the register no one was there. So I stood there for a few minutes and just before I walked out the dog trainer saw me and yelled out CHECK OUT and then a not very happy person came up. This is not a normal-looking Petco it looks more like a mom-and-pop kinda place.

Michael is very helpful and loves to talk about pets and share information, plus he’s a great listener. Selena is sweet and helpful, plus very knowledgable about the different products and will help you find the right item. Great store for what I need and always ready to help!

Clean and very helpful in using the bath area. They had everything there to use. Took an hour, our dog is a medium size about 60 pounds. Dog is happy, soft and clean.. Thank you for providing the service.

This was the most pleasant trip I have had to a PetCo Store. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and interested in giving me the best care for my dog. At other locations, I have often left feeling like I had intruded on someone's time or space. I felt cared for at the Northwoods location.

Went to this location to grab some dog food. Just a quick in and out. I waited by the register for 5 minutes and nobody helped me check out. I just left the dog food right there and left the store. People working there saw me standing there, but were helping other people. People working the register should not leave it for several minutes to help other people. Worst one I've been to so far, the location by my house is so much better. Friendly people who are actually at the register ready to take my money. I will not go back to this one. I will stick to my side of town.

Just adopted a rescue dog from here. Absolutely top notch organization. The entire team was on it the second we started the application. Very thoughtful people.We arrived and they answered every question. Store personnel then showed us the best deals for the money and made great recommendations to get us off on the right foot.Look for them under the Stein Mart overhang and beside HEB.

My girlfriend went in today to get a refund on an item we no longer needed. A dark brown, shoulder length woman who worked was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST Customer Service we have received on different occasions.This female worker seemed like we annoy her while visiting this store.I’m only going to leave this POOR RATING hoping that a Director or General Manager can address this pathetic service we have received from this same female.If I had more time I would contact Corporate but I won’t.This is DEFINITELY the last time we will visit this store or franchise.We will now go to PETSMART.If you want 1 ⭐️ Service - Come to this store‼️

Love their self wash station. The attentand I had to give me the supplies for the wash for my dog, was not very friendly at all. Hardly talked and was busy on her cell phone. The other attentand which came in to start her shift was super nice

Staff is amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Store is on the small side and pretty limited to mainly dog and cat items. So if you need anything for a dog or cat you're in the right place! But if you have fish, reptiles or small domesticated animals I would suggest a different store.

This is the best retail pet store that we have ever been to and it is mainly because of the excellent crew. We especially appreciate Clara, as well as Selena and Blue too, who always go above and beyond the call of duty to make our shopping experience a perfect one. Moreover, they never seem put out or troubled to answer any of our questions or offer helpful advice. We pass by at least two other store options, that are much bigger and have a larger selection of merchandise to come to this location, as we have been spoiled by their royal treatment. It is worth it to drive a few extra miles to receive superior and genuine customer service with a friendly smile. Thanks very much Clara, Selena and Blue for being so incredible! This store and all of their workers are absolutely amazing. We went in simply looking for a new collar for our cat and ended up leaving with some health care products and the knowledge we need on how to take care of our sweet girl as well. They were so informative and helpful, we will definitely be coming back more often for all of our pet needs.

Easy to pick up the product we ordered. It was ready and paid for so I gave the young lady my name and she brought the product and I left. Barely had time for the engine to quit running.
