Unfortunately I don't recall the name of the person I met; but she was a great listener b/c she picked up on the seemingly smallest things I said about my dogs & educated me on products applicable to them & our lifestyles. This store offers products important to me: those without or minimal amount of chemicals. They offer much more but this, again, is important to me. The store is very small but they offer a lot of choices. I look forward to returning.

my dog has terrible gi problems and cannot stomach any food except when i make it fresh. i stumbled upon this place and literally has been a life saver. i love the free delivery, they are so courteous, and most importantly my dog doesn't have tummy problems with their food. A+

Impressed by their knowledge of food industry and animals. Customer service is excellent. Recommended to two different friends whose cats had stomach issues. Both have transitioned off of Science Diet and are now doing well. No more vomiting.

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I received at Pet Wants. My labradoodle Bella was fighting an aggressive form of cancer and a friend told me to give her some CBD oil and feed her bone marrow broth. Pet Wants was the ONLY store in town that sold CBD oil and I even found that they sold beef shanks from which I could make bone marrow broth. Oscar and Julia both delivered some of the oil to me when I needed more. Both of them are like Angels, they really helped me so much and showed lots of care and compassion to my Bella. I highly recommend their store.

Great selection of everything from small batch pet foods to collars and other pet needs and "splurges." Knowledgeable staff and wonderful service make shopping here a lot of fun! It's neat watching our dogs wander through the selection of treats--like kids in the candy store!

I am super cautiouse and picky about what I feed my dog Chula. After a bad experience at Banfield Pet Hospital 281 & Bitters leading to my dogs death due to malpractice, I now do my research for my new dog Chula. Pet Wants carries food that in sourced from only 1 manufacturing plant. That means that they have good quality control and don't mass produce. According to Julia the owner and my research look at the 3 main ingredients in food. Pet Wants carry high quality foods without harmful by-products and additives used in many high end brands who MASS produce. Chula my Aussie loves the food and so do my cats. They quickly transitioned as prescribed in the directions. DOGA classes are offered along with other classes that give you the 101 about having healthy dogs. Julia also helps you do research if you have any questions before purchasing. I give them a 5 for products and customer service. CHECK it OUT!

There was a handwritten post it note in the door that read “be back in 10min” me and my dog were outside for over 10minutes waiting. Who knows how long the note was on the door before i showed up. VERY unprofessional & frustrating.
