this location is my go-to pet supply store! it's always clean, organized, plenty of supplies to choose from with affordable prices and the employees are kind and helpful. they always have sales on different products, for every kind of pet. i only wish they didn't carry live animals in the store. i just think it can be a little cruel to be locked up in a cage all day. but besides that, a good store.

This review is regarding the cat supply section of Pet Supplies Plus. This was my first visit into any Pet Supplies store. I only saw one worker but they weren't busy. The aisles are very long and wide. I saw wet cat food brands that I haven't seen elsewhere. They carry both the cat litter and dry cat food I prefer to buy (which aren't common, so I was impressed). They had a lot more cat tree options than I've ever seen at Petco or PetSmart. The prices were good and there were plenty of sales going on during this visit. I signed up for the free rewards program. I noticed they had a small selection of fish and small animals like hamsters. The dog supplies seemed to take up about half the store, but I didn't look at any of the dog stuff. I did see a good selection of cat toys and cat hygiene like wipes, shampoo, nail clippers, etc

I was using the dog wash with my three dogs. I had allowed someone to go in front of me as I knew I would be a while. I was alone and grateful they allowed me to use the dog wash with all of them as they are a lot to handle. I love Pet Supplies Plus and have never had any issues before. Misty, came in and asked me to tie my dogs up so that others could use the dog wash as well. That was a safety issue for me as I wanted to keep my dogs, other dogs and their owners safe as I could not focus on bathing one dog with my other 2 dogs tied up. Misty was very rude and inconsiderate of my situation. Misty ruined Pet Supplies for us. We will never come again.

I just moved from Medina, Oh and needed cat supplies. This store is very clean, well organized, and staff is extremely friendly. This will definitely be my new store! As a side note, the Medina and Brunswick stores redid the floor plan to create a cross aisle through the main ones. It's choppy and awful, please don't do that.

So far I have visited this pet store four times and all 4 times I've enjoyed my visits. The ladies who have waited on me are so nice and courteous not to mention knowledgeable about aquatics. This pet store has helped me establish what I call my Game of Thrones tank with healthy neon tetra fish and a very interesting electric blue crayfish. I will definitely be going to Pet Supplies Plus very often because of the friendly staff, great prices and extremely close location.

Great place to shop for my 2 young girls (cats). The manager, Roxxane, is the best, but all staff is caring and great. My thanks to them and knowledge of food brands. Thus, my 2 are well fed and cared for. Joshua has also been of great help.

The best Pet Supplies Plus in SA. I love the size, the selection and most importantly it is always well stocked and ORGANIZED! You can tell this store really takes pride in the appearance. I’ve never needed help but there are always employees available. I have another PSP close to me- but I drive to this one.

Love shopping here! Discounted pet supplies. Friendly staff, who do not fear conversations! Great local business. They have a wide selection of specialized freeze dried treats that our dogs love. Overall it is a place we drive 45 mins away for!

These lovely employees delivered an emergency bag of dog food to me today after I realized I was out of one dog's food. I hurt my back and could barely walk and there was no way I could have made it to the store. Best customer service ever!

Good pet store! Broad selection of cat and dog things, and not a bad selection of bird, reptile and fish supplies. I especially like their member program.5th star would be if they could speed up their checkout process a bit. It always seems a little slow at no fault of the cashier, and there isn't much room for a line behind the current customer.
