My first visit to this pet store and it was very large with high quality brands of food that I don't see elsewhere. There are always some kind of sale also u can sign up for their free rewards program and you may get small discount on top of that. The employees were friendly and helpful.Also I like how clean this location .They have cute toys and dog cookies. They have fish and birds and reptiles as well as the gear you need for those smaller pets. I definitely recommend this store to everyone who wants to spoil their babies

When I first came here I gave a rating of 5 🌟, The Employee's were very friendly and encouraged you to come back to see them and everything worked.The last few times that I have come in I have not felt that way and Especially for today I did not want to stay, I come in about every other weekto wash our Standard Poodles.When I came in yesterday after work to was my Dog and Standard Poodle Male I get my card punched and I went to the washing area and waited for my turn to wash my Dog.When I get in ther and turn on the water it was Ice cold and there are times that I have been here and it is cold at first and then it will warm up.It was so cold to me to where I had to let the night time manager know when she came out of the office next to the area.The manager said oh yes,( I am sorry that I didn't tell you that we do not have any hot water, it's not working and we have to wait for the city to come tomorrow to fix it.)I said okay but was a little put off about it and was hoping the the Dryer would warm my Dog up because he was already Soaking wet.We got through that and then today after work I brought our other Standard Poodle in to give his a bath and have him cleaned up, We arrived at 7:35pm and I asked to be put down to have my dog washed.Meredith and the Young man both said only and started to let me know that there were a few dogs ahead of me and I said that it was fine, Meredith then called back to the night manager and was asking what side the dogs were on so that she could put me on the side that would open up first.Then the Young men said lete walk back there to see who is back there and them he came back and let me know that the lower side would be available and he knew that I liked the higher side.I let him know that I would want for the left side.I walked around the store and looked at the fish waiting, as I Noticed there was a dog on the right side and the left side was completely empty clean waiting for someone to utilize it so I went up in from and asked if there was another Dog in the store and then the Manager came up and told me that there was someone that was coming in the wash there Dog in a bit, I said okay, I am here and I have been waiting and then the Manager Reluctantly allowed me to use the open Dog Bay.I starter at 7:55pm and decided to leave at 8:30 without completely Drying my Dog because as I was Drying my Dog the Gentleman that I guess called in to say that he was on his way should up and with not having any Towels, A trash can to throw away hair or Trash, My Dog Standing in Water because the Dain was so slow for the water to go down and just not feeling the Manager I decided to leave.Sit in the Parking lot to write this Long Review.I truly hope that the Store Manager and the Corporate Office will see my Review and get some things Fixed.Thank you.Mrs. ButtlesThe lady that comes in with the Standard Poodles.

Came to try out the self service pet wash and I will be coming again! Everything you could need is provided (except a shedding brush but I have a specific one I use) different shampoos, conditioner, rubber scrubbers, towels, dryer. The water is also warm so your pet gets a well deserved bath and won't be freezing.The store associates were extremely friendly too and genuinely care about their customers.

I just love this pet store. When you look at the front of the store from the parking lot,it doesn't look like a big store with a HUGE selection of pet food. This place also has little cupcakes/desert for your pet to celebrate special occasions. They also have anything and everything you may need for your pet including, shampoo, collars, leashes, vitamins, flea stuff, toys, beds, kennels, bowls, cute clothes and nail clippers (which I stay away from because uhhh my poor doggie..because I cut too deep). They sell fish and everything you may need for those guys, include tartar sauce j/k. This store is much larger than I had thought and for being a neighborhood pet store, there is so much to choose from. There is no need to go to any of the 'big' pet stores, this store has it all and then sum.

This is a large pet store that carries high quality brands of food that I don't see elsewhere. They're always doing some kind of sale and if you sign up for their free rewards program you'll likely get another small discount on top of that. The two employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I like how clean this location is. The majority of the store is dog-related products, but I appreciate that there's almost two entire aisles dedicated entirely to cats because that's not common anywhere else. They have cute seasonal toys and dog cookies. They have fish and birds and reptiles as well as the gear you need for those smaller pets. This is my go-to pet store.

I went for shrimps which there was not much to choose from,as well as the fishes they had. However, they do have so much supplies for any pet u have as their name states. Very clean, nice staff & so much pet supplies .

The selection of pet products is broader than the larger pet store chains.Prices are a bit higher, but you'll more than likely find what you need.Friendly staff & well stocked shelves make this a great place for your pet needs.

If you just have a dog or cat the store is a good bet as it is well supplied, neatly organized and has a self-service dog grooming station. (Assuming that you're not bothered by them selling remote training collars.)If you're looking to buy a fish this is not the place for you. The selection of fish is small and the ones they do have don't appear too well taken care of. I did call in to the store to ask why they don't use any decor for the fish to hide behind to reduce stress and the person I talked to said they weren't sure why that was. I didn't expect a regular employee to know that kind of information that's probably decided higher up, but it does imply that this isn't a temporary situation and I walked in on a weird day.If you want a small pet / reptile it's probably not your best bet, but if you already have one the stock of supplies is decent. If you're looking to buy a cage/enclosure for a small animal or to buy a mouse this is pretty decent (they have a wider selection of cages and don't overcrowd the mice as much as some pet stores do).

The self service wash station was a joke. Water didn’t turn off or get warm, the blow dryers took forever to get warm and then the nozzle fell off. There were no hooks to hang a purse or leash, guess they expect us to put our items on the wet floor. The towel rack was OUTSIDE the wash station! Not sure how that makes sense, the entire floor was wet because the water wouldn’t shut off and to top it off the door didn’t latch, so your dog could get out! When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she had an excuse for everything and didn’t even seem to care or apologize! I wouldn’t recommend coming here to wash your dog, I would try another location or another business.

So happy with the selection of frozen raw food for my pups! For a while there, they only carried primal, but now they have Stella and chewy's and some instinct. I try to feed a variety of protiens/ brands since each one has different formulas. Thanks on behalf of 3 very spoiled babies 🐾

It was my first time there. Very clean store with many products on hand. Easy to find what I needed and nice staff. I found a cat food I've never seen before. My cat LOVES it so I'm grateful for that. They also had the dog bones I was looking for.

I frequent this place with my pup and to be completely honest, I’m often left feeling unimpressed. This is my go-to spot for their pet wash station and they have decent retail items that I don’t find in other chain stores. However, it seems every employee is working at about half speed, or they don’t really want to be there. Every time. There’s also always some sort of issue whenever I go to use the wash station. There is always a long line, no matter what time I go in. It takes the staff forever to do their “cleaning” process which seems to change every time I go because some employees spray something, some just rinse it out, some just let me use it, I don’t even know. It also seems a bit expensive for a wash considering I have to wait 20-30 minutes at any given trip, and they provide just the bare bones (usually I bring my own supplies with me anyways).This last trip I decided was going to be my last because I raced across town to get there before their early cut off line (close at 9, wash closes at 8:30) because my dog had gotten filthy at the park. I walked in dog in tow by 8:29, immediately tried to buy a wash and was turned away because the clock had JUST turned 8:30. The employee just said we close at 8:30 and there’s a long line, and that was that. I totally understand that’s their policy, but it just felt a little cold considering how often I go, and the amount of money I’ve spent here over the years. When I got out to my car my clock read 8:31. It seemed a bit like splitting hairs to be honest.All in all, it’s a decent supply shop! They carry some cute stuff and their toppers are good quality. But the wash situation is always a 20-30 minute mess and it just seems a hassle every time I go. I’m going to try out other dog boutiques that offer more and hopefully have better service.

Very nice store to do business with. The staff is always helpful, friendly and professional. The store is always clean which indicates, to me, employee pride and good management. Prices are very fair and the store is normally, well-stocked with the items they are selling. Pet snacks are bountiful here and there are good sales on many of them, nearly every day that I know of. The military discount is highly appreciated. Thanks!

I always find what I need here at Pet Supplies Plus on Babcock. I never have to worry about long lines because I go at different hours of the day, they always have what I need and I’m in and out in no time. The staff are great, the place is clean and they allow you to bring your pets in, that’s always a plus.

I love this place when I can't order frozen feeders for my snakes and need some in a pinch. They don't carry as much variety of rodent bedding as a larger chain, but I can usually find something that works. Staff is friendly and prices are pretty good, too.

Easy in and out. I grab my crickets and go. They seem to live longer than the other large corporation pet stores. Gizmo is happy!Now that I have my puppy, Jellie, I visit more often. The staff is very friendly and helps me out with her. She loves the attention.
