April really knows her stuff! (Nacogdoches location) She can practically answer any question you may have about your pet when it comes to nutrition and treats. She helped us a lot with Cody, our Golden Retriever, by recommending Redford dry dog food. Thanks to all the staff who are willing to help us out and educate us when it comes to our beloved K-9!

Great deals, friendly staff, self serve dog wash, with a variety of shampoos and towels!!! No mess at home!! I come every two weeks to bathe my corgi and he just loves it!! Plus he knows he's getting a toy and a bag of treats with there 2 for $10 deal! The staff is just as amazing, so kind and helpful every time we walk in! Keep up the great work!

Super friendly and helpful staff.You can call ahead and let them know what you need and they'll have it ready for you when you get there. It's also nice to wander around a bit and see what new things they've gotten in.One of the few places we could get all of the supplies needed for our bearded dragon. They are very affordable. 🦎

A little disappointed with this store after today. This is the location I usually shop at and normally, the customer service here is great. Today, there was a sign advertising a buy one get one half off of Arm and Hammer Cat Litter. The sign was placed directly under a box of cat litter that weighed 38 pounds. We went to the register and checked out, not noticing that we’d been over-charged until after we had paid. Upon noticing this, we asked the girl ringing us up and she called the supervisor, Ethan, up to do the refund and re-ring with the correct pricing. Instead of acknowledging us, Ethan went straight back and pointed out to the associate that the sale only applied to a specific size of litter. We went back to get that size and realized that they were out of the size they advertised as buy one get one half off. We ended up getting another brand of litter and when Ethan had to be called up again to assist with the refund, he refused to acknowledge us again, and offered no apology for the confusion. He simply entered his credentials for the refund and walked away from us. All we wanted from the situation was to at least be acknowledged. He made us feel more like an inconvenience. The associates who helped us acted more like managers than he did. This situation was handled poorly and I will not be returning to this location.

Great place to find all your pups needs. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help.they also have bathing/grooming packages or self service bathing options if your bud is not so comfortable with others bathing him/her...and get this you get 5 washes for $25!!!! Dude what a deal...also they run monthly coupons when u sign up with your email so you get more for your buck...THIS PLACE AND ITS PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!!!

I always love coming here. It isn't usually as busy as some big chains, so my dogs are less nervous. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are great. They price match online, too, and always have great deals going on.

Love the staff!!! Very knowledgeable and gave me tips for my new puppy, they even clipped her nails real quick as a courtesy since she wasn't old enough to get groomed. Even when I said I didn't need help then later asked for help and they went above and beyond. I even bought more than I went in for, because I not only were items suggested but the employees were educational regarding items they suggested. Goat's milk?! Who would of thought??

The store is huge. It has lots of pet supplies. They carry live animals. They had a gray parrot, a good selection of reptiles, and fish. They have pet groomers and they also have facilities where you can wash your own pet for $10. They provide four kinds of shampoo, towels, etc. The manager was very informative and patient as he answered all my questions. I have a very large selection of quality pet food. I highly recommend this store.

They always run great sales and have a great selection of premium dog food. The employees have always been very nice and very helpful. I do wish they would put fewer animals together in the cages because it gets too crowded and then the animals (specifically I'm thinking of the hamsters) fight each other :(

My German Shepherd Max has about 10 undercoats it seems and he sheds so badly. Every time I bring him to Pet Supplies Plus Jennifer does a fabulous job getting all that extra hair off of him!I would highly recommend the pet supplies plus on Nacogdoches. I have always gotten great service in addition to awesome Grooming!

Groomers are awesome! Our sweet dog was "fired" from Petco because she's completely blind and "too much work" to groom. The groomers here were super cool and had no problem with her. Plus the cut is one of the best she's had! 5 stars!

Pet Supplies Plus was a life savor. I got my large Shepherd groomed elsewhere so he'd be clean for dinner at grandmas that night. They gave him back soaking wet and refused to dry him, Pet Supplies Plus let me bring him in and use their dryer, made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped me pick put a great brush to remove his shedding undercoat. They saved us and were so very kind while doing so.

Provided grooming service for my two miniature schnauzers. The groomer (Jennifer) did an awesome job! She was prompt and contacted me right away after giving Judy one of my schnauzers a bath stating that Judy was very timid when she was washing her and that she may not be able to cut her hair. Though, she would try to calm her down and go from there. To my surprise, she was able to give her and my other schnauzer an awesome cut and I could not be happier with the service I received. Great customer service at a more than reasonable price. I will be back!

I shop at this store 3 times a month. Each and every visit is a welcoming affair. The associates greet and welcome me and truly mean it. And while I'm browsing up/down the aisles, other associates are so very helpful and ready to assist! One of the male associates carry's a 40lb box of kitty litter out to my car without me asking. I'm quite satisfied with my decision to use Pet Supplies as my store for the life of my two felines and my betta fish!

I have a mixed experience. This is by far the best pet store I’ve ever been to but... one of the employees kind of changed that. Let’s be honest, the main purpose of going to a store and not shopping online is the customer service experience and not just simply buying food and leaving. Unfortunately that was the feeling I’ve been getting from just of of the workers there. It’s like going in there spending over a $100 a pop on dog food, you just feel compelled to want to express your love for your dogs, but nothing reciprocated besides this person cutting the conversation short and stating how much I owe, me paying, giving me my receipt; the only thing that’s left I guess is to just leave! Leave feeling just empty...I didn’t give up however, for years I would just keep coming back and like every time this same person would ring me up and nothing improved. One day by coincidence I had my love pup in the car. After spending thousands of dollars at this one store I thought of offering to introduce the one to truly thank for years of business! But... the clerk got so apprehensive, in other words it was like: “please don’t make this hard for me, I don’t care about you or your dog; you got your food, now please just leave”. Wow! The truth is my dog just spent the whole day in the vet; so glad dogs don’t talk so I didn’t have to tell her what happened in there. Yea, COVID 19, but something that can be overcome with precautions taken. In the end people will do what they want and avoid what they don’t.I gave them 5 stars because I truly think that my experience might of had something to do with me. I don’t think this clerk will treat everyone the same way. But as for me, if all that store has to offer is just buying food and out the door with a smile, I can easily get that much more conveniently from Chewy.com.Good bye! That experience was the last straw, and sorry, I don’t want to go back there. Keep your 10th bag free coupon.In reply to owners response:I fully understand and appreciate that during COVID times precautionary actions must be taken. This matter is that this treatment has been going on for years, long before the pandemic.Do apologize, but your apology didn’t cover the whole issue from beginning to end.I’m not complaining: your employee did their job; the matter is that nothing more was done.I just can’t justify the drive to just acquire food, if that’s all it is, pandemic or not, what’s the point?

Took way to long to set up the dog wash im not sure why they didnt have it clean at all times after every use. Will not come back or recommend to any one. Slow employees poor customer service. Took way to long for someone to even come to the dog wash station just to know it will take 20 mons to clean it plus they close it in less then an hour.If i could give zero stars i will. Ill go to a diff locationI will not be a regular anymore to this location....

The staff are super! I bought 8 fish and the manager who bagged them was very kind. Definitely made me a new customer!♡ Just posted photos of the new Cichlids in the tank; color is up, all are eating, holding their own in a fairly rough crowd. Only place i can find quality level food for my dogs in 44lbs n coupled w discounts, you save more there than at petsmart. Grooming services and vaccinations available. Downside is some products i use are not avail due to size of store but still is better for your buck compared to other pet supply stores mentioned

Grooming did a great job. I think the price is a little high.I was asked how to get the 5th star on my rating: I think $45 is too high for grooming for a 4lb dog. Fair to me would be $35.

First off, I've done reviews for this store & the babcock location several times before and d I've always rated both very highly. However, after I purchased items today, the Gen Mgr Michael & also Kristen..were terminated. I left the Babcock location because the Mgr I dealt with was fired because of internal issues but I found a different location further from home & continued my purchases for our pup. Yet, here we go again. Granted owners can do whatever they wish but some customers come to the stores mainly because of the service provided by the employees. Since the 2 terminated today are being replaced by someone from the Babcock location...I'll find somewhere else to do business. Customer service means just as much to some as a little savings. I hope things turn around eventually.
