Took my Dog here to use the Shower/tub that they have. They supplied towels, a small brush, water hoses with A selection for each stage, aprons and a hair dryer. Had a good experience doing it. In total costed about $10.Definitely coming back again.

This place is nice. Everyone was very friendly and did answer a lot of my questions or did give me info i did not know (asking for my RES turtle). Definitely worth getting the membership. But there are items that are cheaper here even without the membership. But like any where else there maybe some items that are more expensive than at other stores.They also have something always going on for your pets. And they even have a self service pet wash station. 😲😲😲 pretty awesome.

Stopped by at 3:10 the day before Thanksgiving. Sign posted said the store was closing at 4, yet the doors were locked. I peeked in and saw the employees still inside so I called. Someone answered and said they decided to close early since that hadn't had any sales for a couple hours. Hmm.. I'm at the door ready to buy a couple hundred dollars worth of food and supplies. Now I'll be going to the Austin Highway location, today and every other day after that. They're open regular hours and won't turn away a customer who's standing out front. SMH

Very nice pet friendly place! Lots of food choices for dogs and cats. Rather expensive, tho!Vets are available for shots, and other wellness products available!. Dog wash area! Very helpful staff.

I'm actually really disappointed in this store. For every day buying, it seemed okay. My husband tried to order fish from them, that's when it fell apart. Won't be going back.
