My second time going to pet barn was definitely an unforgettable and exciting experience. Andrew took his time to refresh my mind on how it works at pet barn. He explained with great detail and knowledge on the products. The overall highlight was his customer service. Most places of business lack this quality. My dog Lucy and I are definitely pleased with the product and experience because of Andrew. Thanks again!

Convenient location. Clean and well organized. Didn’t give 5 stars due to lack of inventory for brand I was needing. I do like the fact that you can purchase 2 bags of food and have delivered to you. That’s a nice plus. Will return just hope they get more options of Victor brand.

Pretty sorry excuse for men that work here. I had to carry a 40 lb bag of dog food to the counter while one watched me and the other sat on his phone. Then zero conversation at the register, no customer service. And then neither offered to carry the 40 lb bag of food as they watched me struggle to open the door and consequently struggled with my car door. Granted I could have asked for help and/or had curbside but still...no common sense or manners. Sad what this world has come to. No common decency.

I loved coming in here for the great prices and customizing of my dogs food. I recommend this place to a friend and after giving her phone number for the first free bag, a store associate added her on social media and texted her. This is absolutely unacceptable. I brought to the attention of the store manager, and after one return, said employee was still there. Will never return nor reccmend

The manager was very helpful helping me out with an issue I had when I purchased online. He immediately made a phone call and got me the number and name of the person I needed to talk to. On the other hand, my dog loves the Activa food.

Top quality food thought they could offer more things like organic treats for my dog. Wider variety. Store is small with very few employees, but they did have my dogs food which is most important.

5/31/21 placed an order online 45min before arriving only to find the two employees sitting around on their phones. When I asked about my order they didn’t say anything other than oh. Horrible customer service at this location. No one wants to help anyone and they would rather play on their phones than do their jobs.

Pets Barn is the place to get high quality dog food!! All of the employees have always been super helpful and nice. I live far but go out of my way to shop from here. I would get on 1604 at 5 to get my Pup supplies here. That's saying something. 🙌

I like doing business with a smaller, neighborhood store. Experience varies at this store based on who is working that day. One gentleman was very helpful, while on another day I had a gentleman that was unknowledgeable and not interested in learning that they didn’t have any grit/gravel for birds. “Oh, yeah, we don’t carry that”. Grit is a BASIC need for pet birds. I finally found a box, on a bottom corner shelf, it had been taped shut and had a layer of dust on it. Then when we left the store my kids were concerned that the bunnies didn’t have any water, or the guinea pigs next to them. I went back in to make sure they didn’t miss the water source. Sure enough, those animals didn’t have any water in their cage. I let the gentleman know, and he acknowledged it and said “he hadn’t had time to get to that today”.
