Great selection, excellent prices (especially compared to other pet stores) and good customer service. If you’re unfamiliar with this location, the front door can be hard to suss out and it almost looks closed but the door is on the side and there should be a lit open sign above it.

The staff was very knowledgeable, and prices are very reasonable. I've never seen a custom pet food setup; you choose your kibble, oils and supplements and it's mixed for you! Excellent !

We were looking for quality dog food for a good price not like HEB prices for generic food for high prices the gentleman helped us not only find quality dog food for a good price tgat was affordable but explained the contents in the food such as how much fat and other nutrients that were in the food great customer service we will be returning and I highly recommend this establishment

Came out to get our fur babies updated on their shots.Pets Barn is affiliated with this company called Low Cost Pet Vax and si se habla español.COVID-19 and Social Distancing is in effect.When you arrive, you get out, get the paper work, and fill it out.You text your # marked on the form and you wait for them to text you back when it's your turn for your pets vaccinations.You go to the tent, they weigh em in and register them and figure out which package you are getting.Rabies shots are only $10 of that's what you need.Cool Pupperoonies all over while you wait.Average wait time is about 30 mins depending on what time you get there.So expect a little wait time.

Everyone in Pets Barn is always so sweet! A customer came in with this animal that was pretty cool looking and let us touch it and gave up information. It would walk around the store and then he'd pick it up and carry it like a baby. It was really cute!

I like this place because they sell the NaturVet brand soft chews in many varieties (hip/joint, allergy, digestion, etc) It's a good place if you've done your own research because the staff does not seem very knowledgeable about the products products they sell.

I was sold spoiled and expired dog food twice from two different stores.On 2/16/18 I went to buy a bag of Orijen large puppy at the military location but bought the Orijen puppy bag instead since they were out. I only expected there to be a difference in the size of food (per employee) but instead it was really dark in color, smelled different and was oily. I gave it a try anyways thinking its a new bag and that's how it is. After feeding my dog for a few days I noticed he wasn't eating as much and not feeling good. So I called another location to see if they had the original Orijen bag I would buy and they did. I made the 45 minute drive there and spent another $100 to come home and noticed the food looked just like the other bag and nothing like what we have been buying before. I couldn't figure out why the food was different and thought Orijen made some changes. That when I checked the bags to see if they offered any guarantee and noticed the food was expired. I returned it immediately and made a complaint but the Asst. Manager didn't seem to be concerned as I was that my dog could have gotten really sick. I have called the district manager Kyle to further complain but have yet to hear back after leaving a message. I have since bought from Fefe and Fitos boutique and to be sure I checked the expiration date and it is June 2019. That goes to show how long pet barn has had there food sitting on the shelf or warehouse.

This place has some great prices. We had gone to PetCo for bully sticks but they were too expensive there. We stopped by and they were a lot cheaper. They loved my GSD that we took and they even gave her a treat! Workers are always friendly and we are always made sure that we don’t need any help. They know what they sell!

Just got a Pink Toe Tarantula about a month ago, and what can I say he's so beautiful and such an amazing pet all he does is usually crawl all over me and a little bit jumpy but other than that he is a great pet and I love him so much and the guy that helped me at Pets Barn, thank you so much and I'll be coming back soon ❤️

I've had no problem, just the inconvenience of the rising prices, but that's everywhere, right? I did love the two fifty-pound dog food bags for $30...now I pay $50, and they changed the kibble size of the dog food, and my dogs stay skinny while they eat their food in two weeks.The staff has been great, except when they close early!

it was actually a really unique place to eat at compared to ehat i heard about it. it's a really really awesome place to go check. even the workers were all very nice and helpful and i didn't get the feeling luke if i was bothering them when i had to ask a question like i do at a lot of places.

Fantastic customer service! Their whole team was very helpful. We got there just in time to see them release a new batch of colorful guppies. The young lady that helped us gave us tons of information on how to care for the fish and what was needed besides the tank. We ended up buying a small-sized half tank, hose, water pump, water conditioner, tropical food, neon gravel and three Guppies. My four-year-old was ecstatic! Everything was a reasonable price. It was a pleasant shopping experience and we will surely be coming back again for our pets. Make sure to sign up at the correct PETS BARN website not PET BARN without the s, lol did that mistake. Sign up before you visit so you have some pretty good coupons to use.

I wouldn’t have even gave a star if it was optional had to wait almost a hr cause there activa machine broke but the 4 ladies that work that shift was nice and tried their best to fix it
