This is my go-to pet store for everything. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store is always so organized and clean. Steven is especially helpful and knows his inventory. The new arrangement is great and everything seems more organized and easy to find.

First trip there today. Everyone was so friendly. I couldn't believe the price for a 60lb bag of cat litter. Amazing! I got that and a fee treats for my cats. The associate even carried the litter to my car. I will definitely be coming back.

I love this place! We find much better products here compared to petsmart or petco. They have food for our guinea pigs that is actually safe and healthy unlike petsmart. They also have a variety of supplies to choose from. Their animals look like they're properly taken care of and the prices are much better as well! This place is awesome and very highly recommended! ☺

Employee was more concerned about texting than helping a customer. When asked about a product, employee said to go to petsmart or petco. Didn't even offer to call another pet barn to see if they had what we needed in stock at another store.

The facility is very well taken care of and incredibly clean, you would think it was a grand opening. Prices are a bit higher than some of the large national companies as expected, but the staff eager to provide assistance and pride taken in appearances holds its own value.

Always someone there to help me out! There is one gentleman late teens early twenties Caucasian. He is always so honest and has a lot of knowledge! He has helped me on multiple occasions even carried the food out for me when I was injured without even asking.

Pet’s Barn is a nice neighborhood pet store. It offers both local and large brands of pet food. Many of their treats are sold as a Buy 2, Get 1 free deal, as is their dust-free kitty litter. Our pets are fans of both.They also sell critters for pets and feeding.There is a nice selection of collars and leashes, pet beds and enclosures, bird feed and small animal supplies.The Activa treats are fresh and are a favorite for my pup, as are the other dog treats.If one of the young mee working, they will help you take things out to your car. Often, the young ladies working are wrapped up in their own conversations and are generally not helpful. If you need assistance, you might want to Google before arriving. During my last visit, I took two different videos for this review and was in the store for a while; however, I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. When I checked out, the cashier didn’t speak to me until she gave me the total for my purchase. Another employee was on her phone the whole time and the four young ladies working seemed to just be socializing.With that said, if you know what you want, this is a nice in-and-out choice but if you have questions or need help, maybe not the best choice for you.

They have a great selection of fresh water fish. Their show tank has all the real nice fish, THEY WON'T SELL!!! But I'll get over it, in time.😭 Our latest purchase---Melo Yellow the Pleco.

Love Pet Barn! The Activia doggy treats make our boys loose their minds, honestly the best training treats. While they aren’t fans of the sweet ones they do love the savory. Wonderful healthy natural selections of food and comparable pricing for toys.

I'm an animal lover but this is the first time I've went to an animal / pet store that was a little bit different - a cut above the rest.While the prices were expectedly quite high, the availability, the variety, and the quality of the products offered were justification. This alone made me realize this place is quite obviously in its own class when it comes to brick and mortar pet Care in pet food supplies.I got a good deal for buying a dog food promotion in bulk and the employee was kind enough to mix in some supplements that are offered for free when you buy certain food- which help with various things that your animal may have problems with.In this case they added something for allergies and something for healthy coat. My dog, after a week or two of wolfing that food down (because he does love the taste) has skin irritation thsg has all but completely vanished.Thanks guys keep up the great work!

I usually buy rats for my snake here. Today we got home and one rat was dead and the other was dying. Not sure what the deal was/is but, that's not good. It could of killed my daughter's snake.

I've been coming to this location for about 5 months since I found the dog food that I used to purchase on Amazon or Chew.com at a much better price. I'm not only happy with the price of the dog food (I haven't really purchased anything else, so I'm not sure about pricing for other products), but I'm most happy about the customer service. The staff are very helpful and kind. Curbside is a breeze and super convenient. Also, one time I purchased a different flavor dog food (but same brand) and it did not sit well with my dogs and I was allowed to return it and get different bag even though my dogs ate several days' worth of food. I can tell they were mostly concerned with my satisfaction and didn't question further. They only asked what symptoms my dog had so they can send that batch back to the company and tell them what happened. I will continue to come to this location. Thanks!

The salesperson was awesome. He showed us different dog food and explained about the different oils and prices. Said if our dog did not like the food, we could exchange it. I will be going back as my dog loved the food and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. I already told my friends and family about this great product and great service!

The staff are very knowledgeable, and they are always willing to help with sound advice. Compared to the big chain stores, these guys are the real pros! They have FREE water testing, and it helped me confirm what was/wasn't wrong in my tank. Process seem fair if not better. All around great store!

Pets Barn had everything we needed in stock to foster three orphaned kittens- bottles, syringes, and bottles. We later found out their prices are lower than other local stores.
