Love your store and selection. The house of operation only be open till 6 pm, not everyone can make it here by then after work and gets frustrating trying to get pet food. Please consider staying open till 7 so people can actually get here after getting off at 5.

She did not talk me into products I did not need and showed genuine care for us as owners and our Wheaton. Best dog food/treat/toy store in San Antonio with so many food options. This is the only place I will buy my dog’s food from. Not only is every single person that works there friendly, knowledgeable, funny…it’s like going to see friends every time I buy my dog food…which I’ll be honest..is weekly. They make you feel like family. Always a good vibe, good people. It’s a Ma and Pop shop and I’d much rather support them than a corporation.They have a wide variety of different dog foods, they only sell quality pet food. They also have dog toiletries…wipes, ear cleaning, etc..they have toys, treats…etc.

The people here are so sweet and knowledgeable!! We stopped in quickly to switch up my fur baby’s food and they gave him free treats and talked to us about some of their recommendations for some of the issues we’ve been having. So kind! Will definitely be coming back when we have a little more time.

For such a small store they carry a great variety of different foods, even multiple types of raw food for cats which I've had a hard time finding at other stores! If there's anything they don't typically keep in stock they've always been very happy and willing to special order it from their provider for me so I can buy it and pick it up in store. Everyone I've met there has been so friendly and provided wonderful service, and on the occasions where what I'm needing is out of stock due to supply shortages, they've helped me find comparable products to temporarily replace it. Wonderful service, I'm so glad I found this store!

This is a great place to get everything for your fur babies. The two people that own the place are great people. Kimbie and Robin are in the right business, they have a love for our fur babies ❤ and it shows. I had adopted a 3 year old bagel/terrier mix. Needed some promotion and they help me great. I highly recommend them.

This is an amazing place to go for your pet's food and treats. The owners are on site every day and are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I love that they are so personable and truly care about the well-being of my best friend. They understand that pets are not just animals but rather a family member. Excellent selection of top of the line pet food. Pet nutrition is very important for the long life of your pet and these people obviously take that quite seriously. Customer service is above average as well! If you don't buy your pet foods at the grocery store, this store is highly recommend over the others in the area.
