Great experience! I brought my 5 month old Maltese in for his first haircut. They were very affordable and he looked great! I found my forever pet groomer. I can't wait to bring my yorkie in when she's ready for a haircut. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely 100% recommend this location. I brought my cat here for grooming and they took great care of her. She returned home so clean and soft and relaxed. I’m definitely bringing her back for routine grooming. The staff is so kind and caring. Really a great first experience.

I loved that they had same day availability. They were very friendly and they made me feel comfortable leaving my fur babies in their hands. They finished within the time frame they gave me and I absolutely loved the job that they did. I think the price I paid was fair and I will definitely be going back again.

Wonderful salon with talented, gentle, nice groomers. My dog was super happy and looked absolutely stunning. Also, their prices and scheduling were very reasonable. I worked for many years at 4 different grooming salons and was more than pleased with everything, but most especially the cleanliness of the salon, great attitude of the owner and groomers, quality of the cut, and how happy and comfortable my dog was with them when I picked her up. They were also really nice to me as well.

They are absolutely great and take care of our dog - Bailey - as if she was their own*update, a year later - they don't do walk in nail trims on Saturdays, only Tue-Fri until 3pm. People are usually at work these hours! They used to be very accommodating with last minute requests but not anymore. The last time I was there I had to ask to have Bailey's nails grinded (that's how they always did them), not just cut when I picked her up from being there 4 hours for a bath when they initially said it would be about 1-1.5 hours. Seems like new owners but they state they are not...

I found this place from recommendations on the nexdoor neighborhood app. I think some neighbors were mistaken about this place because we had a great experience with our pup. They were very friendly and courteous and our Charlie came out wagging his tail and excited, looking more handsome than when he went in. Dogs are great at sensing trouble and our Charlie was very happy as he trotted out. If he's happy we are happy. Great place, great people!

They were able to take in a dog I rescued from the streets the next day on such a short notice. They were very nice and kind with the dog and with us customers as well. Pricing is fair and affordable. Our rescue came out looking and smelling clean after her appointment. I will continue to use their services.

I had an appointment at 0900. And there is nobody here. Nobody answering the phone. Building locked up. Waited till 0930 and still nobody here. Very unprofessional way to do business. Very unhappy!!!!!

EXCELLENT place to take your pets. We have been taking our goldendoodle there for over a month. On a saturday, she rolled in burrs. I thought there was no way I was going to be able to get her in on the busiest day - and they made room for us!Our pups love to go there, they are always so nice and professional. This is a great place to take your dog - for sure!

I absolutely love this place. We have brought our 2 small dogs in for grooming several time, and they have done a great job. This time around, we brought in a crazy old cat (lol) and they were amazing with him. We will continue to use their services and will recommend them to everyone.

I brought my dogs here before and the service was good. My most recent visit, however was not. First off, I called multiple times one day and had no one answer and you can't leave a voicemail due to it being full. Then when I am told I can show up at a certain time I am told it is closed when I get there. Dropping off my animals was going ok until the woman pulled my pet hard by the leash and my 2 dogs were done quickly, it just seemed so rushed to get it over with. As I am notified to pick uo up my pets, I get there with a bill $30 more than I was expected. I was never notified extra costs were added to my bill before my animals were taken to be groomed nor on the phone call when they were ready for pick up. Its so sad that before service was good and not anymore. Im not sure if I will come back after this experience.

They always take my last minute appointments and never disappoint. My dog is always looking sharp after a bath and deshedding. Very affordable as well. Great owner

Never bringing my dog here again. I took my dog in at 11am. She was finished grooming at 1pm and I didn’t get notified until 3:15. Which is school pick up time. I got there to pick her up at 4:30 and was charged a late fee. They had 2 numbers on file and they didn’t call either one or notify anyone of any late fees at the time of the call. I even advised them that it would be an hour before I made it to pick her up. Terrible customer service. And to top it off, they didn’t even bother trimming the fur on my dogs head.

Everyone here is always so nice! I've been taking my lab and aussie there for almost a year. My dogs always come out looking nice and smelling great. I would recommend over petsmart any day.

Took my chocolate Lab, Coco, for her first ever grooming appointment and she loved it. All the workers were extremely friendly and loving with my Coco. She came out looking and smelling great! The packages are very well priced and they were able to get me in last minute on a Friday afternoon. We will definitely be back!

The folks here did an amazing job with the bath and de-shedding treatment for our lab, Buford. And for such a reasonable price! Our big baby was scared of the dryers so they crated him and allowed him to air dry for a while instead of forcing him to be scared. That added to the time, but it was very appreciated because who wants their dog to be scared? Now he shines like polished onyx and is sooooo soft. Also, the little jaunty neckerchief they put him in was a nice touch. Will definitely be returning here. A+!

Lets start off with making appointments, they did not ask for any customer details and was just told for the time. I got my shihtzu groomed last saturday and missed cutting her nails. I was never called or texted if she’s ever ready to be picked up. I tried calling saturday afternoon after i picked her up, no body answers, i came back saturday and the store closed early. Called again monday it says “by appointment” hoping that someone will be there but no answer. Can’t leave a VM as mailbox is full. Tried my luck on tuesday and called multiple times since opening and nobody answers. Few hours later finally someone answered and said i can come anytime before closing, I Came about 3:45 store closed early again. This is my first time getting my dog groomed here and was not happy at all. I will never come back again.

My fur-baby Shih Tzu Walter was well overdue for a grooming. Hair so long, matting in his tail, and mats under his eyes makes it tough for most dogs to be groomed, but this guy is high anxiety, 9yrs old, and very very wiggly. Many groomers have trouble with him and always say "you need to get him fixed" but he has a heart arrhythmia so we just try to deal with him the best we can. The ladies at Pampered Pets Salon did a FANTASTIC job with him! The staff is very friendly and helpful and listened to all of my notes about his needs. When I picked him up he was happy, and not nervous like he has been in the past with some groomers. He's looking very dapper now in his short haircut and cute bandana! Thanks again! Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dog loved his hair cut, you can see his confidence in the before and after photos! He is an American Eskimo Pomsky and his hair came out fluffy and even, he is very very happy! The staff was very professional and polite, I will definitely come here again

I have a standard poodle that usually cost over $120 at other shops in the area but at Pampered Pets my GiGi gets a better groom for only $85. After returning several times the staff knows me and my pet by sight. Good prices, friendly professional staff and an owner that’s on site what more can you ask for?

This was our first experience and our last. Very disappointed in the customer service here. We had a 9am appt and the building was locked, no one was there. We waited over 30 mins until we finally got tired of waiting and left. We weren’t even the only people waiting, there was two other customers also waiting and we all left. Bad business.

We love pampered pet! It's close to our house so we figured we would give it a try, and I'm glad we did! We take all three of our shih tzus there and they always come back happy, and smelling good. I can tell that they aren't nervous or scared at all! The price is a little steep for all three, but it's worth it! One of the best things is they won't leave until you come get your pet...I'm sure this is within reason, but its so reassuring to not have the groomer call and threaten to leave and you need to hurry up. As long as service stays like this, and my puppies keep coming home happy and comfortable, we will keep going back.

I meant to post this weeks ago but forgot becuase my puppy was sooooo cute and smelled sooooo good!Never have i owned a pet that requires grooming. This experience was very nice . I was pleasantly surprised .I want to share a pic but I can't right here . CHAR-LEE looks like a doll.Thank you !
