My Yorkie has a sensitive stomach and most of the mainstream food available just wouldn't work for her. The trainer at my local PetSmart recommended I check out Oli's pet stuff, and it was great. Staff was happy to help me and knew what they were talking about. My pup loved it, and the organic selection was huge, way better than other places. Picked up some fresh baked goods for my pup and she couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

I was at the Valverde location my today my first time. I had help from a young lady so helpful and very knowledgeable. I debated between ordering on line, until my sister told me about your store. It was exactly what I need in person advice. Excellent surface I highly recommend it.

New dog owner and visited this store for the first time today. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they made great recommendations for my needs. Our pup is loving his safe and healthy chew treats they recommended. Prices were just as competitive as the big box store but with way better customer service. This will definitely be our go to pet supplies store.

Awesome customer service, super helpful with informing us about and helping us start feeding frozen raw. They carry more options than other stores, and have super cute birthday cakes and cookies. We didnt get our dog groomed here, but we saw some of the doodles come out that had really great haircuts. As a groomer myself, I was impressed by the grooms and the customer service from everyone.

Will be coming back💕 They we’re very accommodating and they took great care of my two corgis! Absolute loved this store and as well, they have the cutest dog treats ever!! 🤗 I highly recommend coming here if your doggies need a good grooming 🐶 They also gave them those cute bandanas !!!!😭❤️

So Texas is having a winter storm right now & we, of course, forgot to stock up on dog food in the midst of the chaos. They eat a specific food due to their allergies that we’ve only seen at Oli’s. The store was closed due to power/water outages as well as terrible road conditions which is 100% understandable bc I myself haven’t been to work in over 4 days because of it. Once our dogs ran out we reached out to them & the owner of the store was kind enough to meet us there & open for us to grab some food. We are so thankful for them!!

I can’t tell you how happy I am with the service and how they can get anything you need just ask them . The manager or owner is very personal and helpful . I highly recommend this store to anyone with pets !!!!! My dog is sick and she helped me get the right food !!

Loved loved loved my experience! My pup Loki had his first groom today and the groomer came out to meet me and discuss what I wanted done! I have never been to a groomer where so personal to the client!! Will for sure be back!

Iv been going to Oli’s for years especially for grooming. I have always had a good experience until they decided to subcontract the groomer. She stressed my dog out so bad during his grooming session it caused him to have an accident and then she charged me for it. I feel the additional charge was uncalled for since he had never done that before. I will not be taking my dogs back for grooming. Oli’s pet store itself is great and customer service is good, I don’t recommend the subcontracted groomer.

I love coming to Oli's Pet Stuff. The staff are always welcoming and very knowledgeable. When I have questions or looking for suggestions, the workers are always so helpful and polite. I appreciate how clean the store is and the vibrant displays!The store is always well stocked, and they have also ordered items for me if they were out of stock of something I was looking for. Additionally, the events at the store are always great, I look forward to going to more!I cannot say enough good things about this small business! Very unprofessional work from this place. We normally go to Lucy doggy daycare and Spa but decided to try out this place since lucy is fully booked. The receptionist gave us the groomer's phone number to set up appointment and what we need. We mentioned right away with her that "we need a full haircut and full bath for a Siberian Husky that weighted 80lbs". Upon arriving, the groomer ask me what i need, where would I need my husky to be trimmed which is a big red flag for us since I've never been asked like that before. I kindly told them maybe she need trim on her face, tail, belly area. Then I don't know what happen but after a while the groomer told me she have to reschedule because it will take too long to do the services that we originally have the appointment for. The groomer told me she thought it is a small dog. I don't know why she thought 80lbs dog would be a small dog and seem like she doesn't even know what she doing in term of grooming. Never again with this place!

Unprofessional, disgusting interaction at Oli's last week and never heard back from the owner as Kara said she'd have her contact me about the issue that occurred at her business. May need to report it elsewhere. Beware of the newest groomer holding up space there.

I love this place and so does my dog. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are never pushy and only recommend what is needed. They have all the premium brands and a whole isle of treats that my dog goes crazy over. They have products that I never knew existed for dogs. I buy everything from Oli's and also take my dog for grooming there which is very reasonable compared to other places. I have recommended several of my friends about Oli's and they have been going there ever since. I have seen the owner there a few times. She's a sweetheart and is very helpful. I will always support small businesses like Oli's.

I want to start off by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH to Evelyn!!!!! She is truly amazing 🤩🤩🤩 she was able see squeeze in my fur baby last minute and we really appreciated that! As I explained to her Just yesterday my husband took my Maltipoo to get groomed at another place and they did a horrendous job and Evelyn managed to take a very bad hair cut and turn it into something truly amazing!!!!! I highly recommend olis! Prices are great and so is the customer service! Chiquita will definitely be coming back! ✨🐶❤️

To be fair, I’ve never visited this store. However I did just call inquiring about a certain type of vegetarian canned dog food and spoke with a woman on the phone. For the record, my senior dog has kidney disease and our vet has recommended a low protein diet and vegetarian canned food because their system cannot handle protein anymore. I normally buy a certain brand from my local store but they have stopped carrying it so I was calling to see if anyone else carried it. Upon asking if this store carried a vegetarian canned food, The woman on the phone laughed and said they didn’t carry vegetarian dog food simply because they believe dogs are carnivores and need meat in their diet. I explained to her that some dogs have medical issues and require low protein diets and that my dog was one of those. She laughed again and said she hadn’t heard of that situation or needing to have low protein diets. So I explained that it was something that our vet told us to do, it wasn’t a personal choice. Our other dogs are not on vegetarian diets but obviously if it’s a medical issue it has to be done and it has worked VERY well. I was planning on visiting the store but after her incredibly rude and condescending (and quite honestly uncalled for) attitude even after I explained the situation TWICE, I definitely won’t be going there. Especially if this is their attitude towards potential customers. A simple “no, we don’t carry that” would have sufficed.

Lorena is the BEST at helping you find your furry pet’s needs. Being the mom of pugs, she has learned and studied soooooo much about pet nutrition that she is a true food advocate for your baby’s dietary needs. She even has a tik tok where she reviews awesome products. Don’t sleep on the chance to have your world transformed when it comes to TOP of the line raw food, kibble, toys, events, grooming, etc. They have got it all!

We adore Oli’s and are so excited to head back for our weekly visits now that we are vaccinated.Our dog has liver issues and cannot process animal proteins, and the workers at Oli’s always help us find the best treats and food for her because of this. The atmosphere is friendly and you can very much tell that they love what they do. The owner is a sweetheart and a joy to run into when she’s there for the day!

My dog and I love this place!! Whenever I say to my pet I am going to Olis he gets super excited and wants me to take him with me!! They have great variety from food to treats to toys!! We love this little pet store and the BONUS is they have a dog washing station! We go wash our larger dogs there and it's great! So excited this place opened on Bulverde Rd. (close to/just outside 1604) - cuz we used to go to Lucy's on Thousand Oaks but this place is SOOOO much closer to our house that they've won our business! They staff is really friendly too :)

Dog grooming by Maddy is the only groomer we take our golden doodle Finn to. Not only is she extremely skilled, she treats Finn like family. He loves seeing her at every visit!
