Sales guy tells my wife a numerous amount of items in need of attention. Including battery terminal cleaning? Transmission filter and fluid change? Had been already done not long ago. Also throttle body cleaning. Last time they left my throttle body air tube loose. Once again today I checked it and was was not snug tight. My terminals are not corroded. The picture shows they have been properly maintained. Also left oily mess. Seems every time she goes. They see a pay day. We've bought 3 vehicles and seems we may buy somewhere else.

Took my used 2021 Tundra for it first schedule service and decided to come to North Park Toyota. I never been to this dealership and didn't expect much but the usual. But Oscar (my service advisor) made my schedule service amazing. He gave us detail of what service I ask for and what service is recommended. He even explain things in detail to help us understand certain things and how it work. He also directed us and show us the little cafe they had at the dealership. The cafe has some decent food and drinks while we wait. And I watch as they did my service and what look like a inside bay with AC. I love that they care for the mechanics. My service was quick and amazing. It was finish at the exact estimated time Oscar gave us. We went to the little shop and bought a cup to match the car and left with a smile on our face. Love this dealership and for sure coming back to get service again.

Let me start with , this was by far the best experience!!!We worked with David How. He literally went above and beyond. I was a hard customer. Not on purpose but because I have a set budget. David made sure that my payment was where I could actually afford it. And after going back-and-forth for over a week, he basically had all the paperwork and everything ready to go so that when we came over to the dealership, knowing that we have 6 kids and it was late at night already, he basically made it super. Easy, all we had to do was sign the paperwork. And walk out the door. If you choose to go to North park Toyota, it is by far the best experience. Definitely work with David how!!!!!!!!! Nw loop 410 location!!

Took my Corolla in for some issues.Didn't have an appointment and was seen right away.My service advisor assigned to me was Edward Perez.And from the get go he was very patient and understanding and a good listener to what I was explaining to him.Was on top of keeping me updated through out the whole process.His attitude and professionalism is what just might bring me back to using the service department at North Park Toyota.And will be using as Edward as my service advisor.

Great customer service in the service department. Nate was my two in service and he gave me so much help when I arrived that I felt good about. Then I worked with Matthew in Sales and he gave me so much help that he convinced me to get my 2024 vehicle. The only thing was that I was there from 8:30 to 5 which I think was really to long, but I left happy, you had refreshments and you had great service, so I am happy. What should have been an easy sale ended in me walking away from the deal. I had purchased from North Park’s Lexus and Subaru locations in the past and had great experiences, so I thought this experience would be similar. I live far and was able to make a deal that I was comfortable with over the phone that I would finalize upon test drive and taking ownership of the vehicle. My salesman, Rene, sent two videos, not thorough ones but he assured me it was in “great shape.” After driving 1.5hrs to see the vehicle, I immediately noticed it was not in as good of condition as I had been told. There were multiple dings and paint scratches, cracked windshield, as well as an interior that showed no attempt of being cleaned. What really concerned me was all 4 corners of the vehicles fender/bumper were separating and leaving gaps, as if the front and rear areas were going to eventually fall off. I pointed it out to my salesman and he said that it would be an easy fix with some clips. I asked if that is something they could attempt to fix before purchase, due to it being a concern if there was to be damage. He said that isn’t a part of their reconditioning process. Against my better judgement, I decided to still take it for a test drive. While braking there was a very audible “hissing” noise coming from the brake pedal which also raised concern. Salesman didn’t have anything to say about it. After the test drive I decided I wouldn’t be going through with the deal due to the reasons mentioned. His demeanor quickly changed and he felt the need to state that the vehicle is ten years old and that he had sent me two videos of it, as if I should have known the vehicles entire condition from a video. It made me feel like an inconvenience to him, when I was the one that drove 3hrs round trip thinking it would be a done deal. The sales manager, Luis, was kind and did not pressure me so I appreciated that. Unfortunately, I’m not sure that would be enough to make me go back in the future.

I recently bought a new Tundra Hybrid 1794 edition. I brought it in for the 5k mile maintenance and I had several other miscellaneous questions. Nice location but if you think you're coming here to try to make a deal think again.At this point in car dealerships existence you know negotiations take place. Dealerships gotta make some money. I get it. But the complete unwilling participation to actually make any kind of good deal was incredibly bad. No effort was made at all. The disengaged 'I don't care' disingenuous attitude was surprising to me. It's a very rare experience.I was ready to purchase and willing to hear offers but they were not willing what. so. ever. They'd rather sit on it. I've never in the years of buying experienced such stone wall treatment.I won't be going here with my purchasing or servicing needs. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place ever.Very disappointed. I really wanted to like this place.

I Inquired about ordering a new vehicle. Salesperson sets up meeting with me he ultimately did not attend. Pawns me off on another less informed salesperson that did not even offer to order the vehicle for me or provide me with any real information. Complete bait and switch. I drove an hour to get there. I went in for maintenance on my 2022 Toyota Camry, and was approached with an offer that I could not pass up. My sales man Jesus Avilez, was very understanding of my financial situation and was determined to find the best deal for my kids and I. After several negotiations he was able to get my kids and I into a brand new 2024 Toyota Camry SE! Far better than my expectations and a much better investment for us long term. Most dealerships are known for one thing...Lies. These guys give you a price, give you a quote on your trade, ask you where you need to be and try to get there. Its is a very friendly sociable environment. The building is beautiful with plants and comfortable leather seating all over the place. I was treated with respect and that goes a long way.
