I absolutely love and recommend this place. I have been taking my 3 schnauzer babies here for a couple years now and have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is amazing, friendly and always does a great job at comforting my babies and me ( as I am an anxious pawrent ) thank you to the amazing staff @ Michelle’s pet salon, from Rubble, Apollo and Cash. Michelle ALWAYS does a great job! My dogs come out exactly what I ask for! She also takes pictures of the dogs for every holiday and posts them! I live in New Braunfels, but I will make the trip to SA for her salon! 🐕🐶❤️

I took my dog here for a flea dip and grooming package and was extremely disappointed when I brought him home and he still had several alive fleas. The package I paid for had an additional $5 for a face mask and when I picked him up he had a huge eye booger on his face. I reached out via email provided on the website and never heard back. Mind you this was on 3/26/24 and I reached out on the same day and did not hear back. Highly disappointed for the price I paid & I just wanted my money back.

I was very pleased with my doggie hair cut and super pleased with staff. They gave her so much love and weren’t rough with her at all. Prices are very reasonable.❤️ Daisy looked so cute!🐾🐩🐾❤️

Been taking our Yorkie there in the last year. 3 times prior had a great experience and love his haircut. This last time someone name Jaisson did his haircut and completely chopped everything off of him. We didn't even recognize him. 😭 We asked to leave his ears alone and they still cut his hair and crooked at that. Will be going with some one else next time. Definitely not Jaisson. Michelle's Pet Salon has been grooming our dogs for the last couple of years and they have done an exceptional job every time we've gone. (I've posted plenty of pictures showing then looking a little scruffy to them just getting groomed.)They tend to get very busy and the check-in process can be a little hectic but they are able to maintain the chaos with great stride.This company has made great strides to go digital as much as possible and they're still working out the kinks transferring over to their new system.They will give you discounts on extra services if you elect to post a picture of your puppies on social media. Make sure you take advantage of this easy to get discount!

I have a 9 lb maltese. I'm not gonna lie he's kinda fussy when it comes to being groomed. So after a couple of bad experiences, we tried to groom him ourselves (not a good idea), lol. A friend of my husband referred Michelle's pet Salon, and I'm so grateful they did. Joey had a great experience he looked great, got a bath, and a new cut. We are now VIP he will get a free bath with a scheduled groom.If you need a groomer, give Michelles a try. I believe you will be very pleased.

This place is awesome. We took our Sht-Tzu to be groomed and they did a fantastic job. We won't be going anywhere else. Well worth every penny. Your pet receives lots of love and care.

I came here because I used to bring my chihuahua here 10 years ago for a quick grooming. I now have a shih tzu and decided to bring him to get his haircut and groomed. They did very well on the cut and groom. The only thing I didn’t like was the cheap material ribbon they put on my dog after. They used to put a little handkerchief scarf before and it was cute, I didn’t like the ribbon and it made my dog itch so I took it off of him. I don’t like the drive thru pick up and drop off, it takes way way too long and it’s very inconvenient to wait so long. Other than that everything else was nice and the people were nice. A little pricey in my opinion.

I have been bringing my fur babies here for a few years now and they are always so nice. I have a total of two (rat terrier,Chico & Great Pyrenees,Diego). Diego loves going to get a bath there, but Chico is very timid and shaky, when I took him there not long ago they were wonderful with him!!! He was getting a little over excited since he is not kennel trained, and they helped calm him down with the professionalism that they all have. I did call to check on him and they said he was scared and wanted to make sure he was ok before releasing him. I understand and was glad they did that, sometimes if they get over anxious they can get sick. I give a👍👍👍👍👍👍 to such a great place and wonderful people that work there. I will of course continue to take make for babies there. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

This was Cierra’s first time at Michelle’s Pet Salon. I was not disappointed. A bit pricey but well worth the money spent. They did a great job on her cut and she smells so good. Very nice people. Cierra will be back.

This is a summer hair cut :) they were pretty good. Could maybe be a little bit more patience with you especially if it’s your first time there. Also I asked them to cut and file her nails and all they did was cut them without filing them so they looked even worse then they did before, so I had to file them myself and turns out they didn’t even cut all her nails, they missed like 3 nails:/ . But over all it was okay. Before and after pic.

I absolutely love this place! When I called to make an appointment all my questions and concerns were answered, the conversation wasn't rushed. Robin is super sweet. Great customer service and on top of everything, they took care of my pup like he was their own! Prices are fair, not outrageous. I highly recommend this grooming salon 💙

Love this place. My grandma would send her dogs to Michelle's because they did a great job at such an affordable price. Furthermore, I send my dogs and they know me by not only my dogs but me as well by our names.

I'd rate 0 stars if I could. We brought in our corgi for a wash and de-shed, and at time of scheduling it was said the price would likely be 30-35 dollars. After taking him in and coming back about 2 hours later, we find out that not ONLY did they not de-shed him, but that "he'd have a lot of fur left over because we couldn't use the blow dryer on him". Then they charged us 52 dollars. After realizing that we had scheduled a de-shed, they took him back to "brush him out", but apparently did a pretty terrible job at it because he was still covered in tufts of fur. We seem to have done a better job at home in 10 minutes then they could do in 2 hours, for far more than the cost quoted. Yes he smells nice, but we did not get the services paid for as described. Will be recommending not to use this location and will not be using it again ourselves.

I’ve been taking my dogs to this salon many times and never had a problem until today.I did not have time to look at my dog when I went to pick it up today it was until I got home that I noticed this..What is most important is that none of this was discussed with me at the time and that they tried covering it up with my dogs hair..Might I also add the lady who took my dogs in today was very rude and left while I was trying to explain her what I wanted to be done on my dogs hair

I was looking for a new place to get my fur baby grooming. The last place I went to had some troubles paying through cash app and charged me twice. I found Michelle's and was referred here by my aunt who brings her yorkie here. I made the appointment online, and they confirm with you several times before the day of. Which is great as a reminder. When you go, you get in line outside check in and they will take your fur baby for a day of grooming. They will text you later when your fur baby is ready. Pick up was easy. His summer cut looks great. They even cut around his eyes so he can see better. They did exactly what I wanted.

I've known of this location for years. I have had family and friends take their animals to this place. It wasn't till I recently had my own pet (that I knowingly spoil) I understood why this place is ideal. When I first went into the business, I didn't know what to expect. Its It's a small building that's cozy on the inside with a small outdoor area. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and consulted what would be good for my dog (American Staffordshire Terrier). I wasn't forced anything that wasn't needed, I really felt they were trying to make the best for me and my dog, while being cost effective. It was definitely a great experience. Compared to others, including the big shops, their services vary and reasonably priced. I never need an appointment, although it does help (especially with grooming/cuts). The staff is friendly, patient, and well knowledgeable. If I had to give any feedback of any areas I would improve on would be slightly later hours at close, due to my work schedule; I'd also consider doing something that might make the parking lot a little more manageable.

Today was my kitty's first time EVER getting groomed. And she looks, feels, and smells A-MAYZING!! We've been looking everywhere for a company to take her in without using harmful medicine and we were blessed to come across this company. She's a ragdoll and they r known to be very big and extremely hairy. So we've been having issues with her hair getting everywhere, especially with most our furniture being black. We were very nervous at first because she scares very easily and sometimes will run and hide or maybe scratch at times when she's very frightened and to hear she did amazing and enjoyed it made me oh so impressed and relieved. Thank you so much for taking care of my Princess Enu. We definitely will schedule another grooming when the time comes. Only reason why I didn't give a full 5 is because going online was really confusing exactly what the packages were for the cats. I wish they can update their website and elaborate more thoroughly exactly what their services is and costs. Other than that they really are a 5star company. Excited to see when their new building is done being renovated and we can actually go inside
