Can I rate it lower? Didn't even order. Pulled up to the dual lane drive thru speaker with no one in either lane and two cars at the window. Was told to please wait a moment, no problem. While I wait to order a single sandwich, another car pulls up to the adjacent speaker and immediately commences to order 6 different meals. In the middle of this, I'm asked, again, to wait a moment. Really? Bye.

I ordered food for my family on my lunch break. I always double check bc they usually get my order wrong. The girl at the window that delivered my food was rude and giving me dirty looks while I checked my order. Of course my order was incorrect. They didn’t give me extra fries for my daughters Happy Meal. I decided to just leave bc that girl was making me so uncomfortable. When I got home I was so disappointed that the fries in my meal were stale and my Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich was dry, cold and didn’t have tomato, onion or pickles and had only a sprinkle of lettuce😑So disappointed that this place charges as much as they do and we aren’t even guaranteed to get fresh, complete food. They need some serious improvements in their quality control measures. WHERE YOU AT MANAGEMENT TEAM???NEVER COMING BACK!

Although it was busy and the line moved kinda slow, Grant made it not so bad. Great customer service skills, down to earth personality, and kept me updated on the status of the food situation. In my opinion, Grant has excellent customer service skills that not everyone possesses these days. Grant had a positive impact on my night. Thanks.

So this has been a regular occurrence. I waited at the outer drive thru kiosk for a while after 2 cars on the inner kiosk were served. I was told that I needed to wait. I still waited over 5 to 10 minutes while there were no other cars in either line. I ordered my regular large iced coffee. When i hot to the window, I got a smaller sized iced coffee. I asked why is it smaller and was told all their coffees were downgraded "a while back." I had just ordered the same size iced coffee this morning and it was a regular large. The manager was less than willing to offer any explanation. I know fast food is a difficult job but if you all are burned out then maybe it's time to quit and get some new employees in here. The quality is subpar and the people in the evenings and overnight are 50/50 at best.

Went for breakfast, ordered a Sausage and egg McMuffin meal only to get a sausage and egg biscuit. Had coffee as well that always tasted burnt, have to our way too much sweetener in it to make it drinkable. My kids love the McGriddles which is why I return.Parking: Pretty vacant lot so parking is usually available all the time.

Update: Absolutely over this location and their management staff. I come back and order the same type of meal, which is a quarter pounder deluxe. This time it had the patty but might as well not have had it because it was raw! DISGUSTING! And they didn’t refund the meal. They only refunded the sandwich. Ridiculous! After biting into a Rob burger, do you think I wanted to finish my drink and fries?! No! I got sick with your raw food and still M sick the next morning. But you only want to refund the burger because technically, that was the only wrong thing? With the burger, being raw, you inconvenienced my whole meal!Previous experience:The person that handed me my order at the 3rd window was very rude. No greeting, no “thank you/have a nice day.” She just shot her arm out the window almost tossing me my order. I let it go, didn’t complain. I figured we all have bad days. But then I get home and my burger has no meat patty! That’s just insane to me! How do you add the cheese and other ingredients and not notice that the patty is missing? Yes, the manager approved to replace my complete order. However, I would’ve rather just gotten my money back but i would still have to go back in person, and if I’m going to do that I might as well just pick up the food replacement. But I cannot go back today. I have never gone through a horrible experience.

Hats off to Priscilla the manager! I went for lunch today and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers ketchup only. I usually eat my meal in the parking lot as I like my burgers fresh and McDonald's is a favorite of mine. When I went to eat, I realized that the burgers had everything on them. I hate complaining but figured since I was still there I should just ask them to change the burgers to ketchup only. I apologized for bothering them about it and gave the wrong order back but Priscilla was SO sweet and went above and beyond in fixing my order. Personally checking not only that my order was correct but ensuring that I got an apple pie as well! It really made my day the way she handled everything. Thankyou Priscilla. Give that girl a raise!

I came back and left a better review.After speaking with the manager Priscilla she was the most warm hearted helpful manager I’ve ever met. She refunded my meal and apologized for the inconvenience and even slipped in “hun” a couple times.Thank you guys!

The fries (basket) were not McDonald's fries. They looked undercooked and were soggy. Everything else was okay. The layout of the drive-thru is crazy. If you park to go inside on the east side of the building while the drive-thru is busy, you will get blocked in by cars going into the drive-thru if you're lucky, no cars are behind you, and you can go back up and leave to the west of the building. Overall I would try again. It could have been an off day.

Fast service inside, several vehicles in the drive thru but only one other family in the restaurant. Military discount offered with appropriate identification for most orders. The staff was polite and ready to help. All the tables, chairs, and counters were clean when I went inside.Parking: Plenty of parking in the front. Too many people turning against the flow of traffic because it's "easier" to access the side doors. Not safer but easier for them.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and access ramps. Plenty of space in the restaurant and restroom for wheelchair access.

Went there a few days ago at 550 in the morning. I order a number 7, the two breakfast burritos hash brown and drink. However instead of being told what my total would be, I was instead informed that they didn’t have any at the moment. Then asked well how long would it be before you do have some. Was told they wouldn’t have any until 630am. Are you serious, your open 24 hours a day, plenty of time to make what you need before the breakfast rush even starts. But you have none at all at 550 am, and apparently will take you 40 mins to make two burritos? Needless to say I went down the street to the next closest McDonald’s and ordered a number 7.

So maybe I'm a little more lenient when it comes to fast food. I don't expect my food to be perfect every time I go to fast food restaurants like i would for a quality restaurant. Contrary to all the negative reviews towards this location, I think the crew there operates very efficiently. They get the food out fast. The number of customers they serve daily has to count for something. The workers there are focused on getting the job done. They're not there to make friends. When you're just so busy every day trying to get the orders out and on time, it's very stressful. My hats off to the employees that deal with unappreciative customers there. Good workers are very hard to find nowadays, so I just hope people stop negatively impacting morale and start encouraging workers to hang in there. I don't normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but I was so shocked to see such a low score on these locations' reviews that I am doing my part to help reflect the scores they well deserve.

Another location that prioritizes the drive-thru, so expect a wait if you dine in. Also expect them to say your hash browns are on the way but never bring them out.Used to be good, but dine-in service has gotten worse lately.

You'd think McDonald's = fast, friendly service, WELL NO MORE. One car in front of me at 7:15 am, order an egg mc muffin combo, and I get asked to pull into the front of the building. An egg mc muffin!?!? 🤷♂️ 10 minutes go by and still no egg mc muffin! I finally get out and go ask for my food. 1st employee who I give my receipt to looks at me like I was wearing a spacesuit and hands it over to the manager, and she looks around, looks at it again, and grabs a bag sitting by itself and says " OH, HERE IT IS...IT JUST CAME OUT!" Give me a break. What else could you guys possibly be making at 7am? God knows it wasn't the paper thin slice of Canadian Bacon that took so long to cook! And my hash brown was lukewarm 😬 Goodbye Mickey D's, it was nice knowing you. You should take a lesson from Bill Millers morning efficiency and deliciousness!

What a disappointment. My wife came home with a chicken sandwich bundle deal that included 4 chicken sandwiches, a basket of fries and 20 pieces of chicken nuggets. It was disheartening to open the bag and find cold soggy fries, stale and cold chicken nuggets, and cold chicken sandwiches. I gathered these items and returned back to the location to request a refund. They offered me to remake the meal "fresh". My rebuttal was that the food should have been fresh the first time around or at least some what close to being fresh. Obviously there is no quality control of the food going out, so the last thing I wanted to do was eat anything from this establishment to avoid getting ill. The manager greeted me with no smile or no remorse. She simply demanded my information to get a refund with no apology for my terrible experience. This is the last time I will ever order food from this location. I should of read the 3 star reviews before wasting my time and hard earned money at this establishment.

Clean inside, had to wait a while, which I expected since it's new. They did forget two Happy meals when I ordered through the drive-thru once. But overall good experiences! Plus I got this big Mac which looked like it could be in a commercial. 😂

This location was good at the beginning. But the marbach location is way better, it’s just further. 🙁I understand being busy but curbside always takes at least 30 minutes. I always end up having to call inside, and the lady said this last time “oh shoot, we forgot, we’ll have it right out” … come on yall, do better.

Three orders in a row they have messed up. Management on the kitchen crew is 🗑First visit they left unwanted lettuce on a sandwich. Second visit they left unwanted lettuce on one sandwich and unwanted pickles on a second. Third visit they left unwanted pickles on a sandwich and removed the sauce instead. Every visit had the order correct on the receipt. Toppings are too hard for them to be bothered to do their jobs correctly I guess.

Twice now I've been here going through the drive-through and told to go to the second window to wait, and left there for 15minutes while cars keep coming up behind us and leaving. My order? #3 Deluxe, which didn't come deluxe even though I paid for it. I didn't order 20 burgers or some large amount of food, so help me understand why I keep getting left there. I pulled my truck into a waiting spot and went inside, and while standing there patiently waiting to talk to someone, the guys standing there putting orders together were laughing about the 15 min order that's not done yet. When it finally came out, same guy said "at least it's fresh" to his coworkers, but it was far from fresh. Both the burger and fries were barely warm.IF we come back here, I'm not leaving the first window.

I used the mobile app so that I could pick up food during my lunch break. After waiting for 19 minutes in the curbside parking, I stepped inside because my lunch was now over. I spoke to the manager and she stared at me with a confounded look. She did not know that there was a mobile order waiting. One of the employees heard me and brought my order, which was sitting in the warmer. They claimed that they did not get a printed receipt so they did not know there was someone waiting. So I took my meal. The fries were now soggy and rubbery. My nuggets were stale and my sandwich was hard from sitting on the warmer so long. My drink was now completely watered down from the melted ice. Not only was the service obnoxiously ridiculous but the food made experience worse. I do not recommend this location and I sure will not be back at all. I'd rather spend my money and the other restaurants in the vicinity.
