I have been taking my elderly dog to Crystal for the past year. She is now here and they did great like always. Prices are way reasonable in comparison to other groomers since he is a bigger dog. She is gentle with him and accommodates him in his baths since his hind legs are a little weaker. She is always open to hear my concerns and accommodates if I see something after the grooming. I would recommend her.Yes the store looks like it is going through a transition. Like a small business trying to survive and I would always try to support our small business any time. I would say go with an open mind, it seems promising as they are working to add some more things. The staff seemed friendly and attentive.

I just moved from Florida and I've had the same groomer for my dog Gizmo for the last 8yrs. I was very nervous to find someone to groom him that we were both happy with he and I. We found Mac pet supplies and Cynthia who took great care of him. We couldn't be happier!!!!!

Store looked like it's gonna close down soon. Empty shelves everywhere, zero fish, next to no exotic animals. They also shut down the self service dog wash station it seems, walled it off into the grooming area (maybe to make more money off of grooming?). The few reptiles they do have don't have the best habitat set ups, and when I walked by a couple weeks ago they had 2 poor little parakeets by the register, in a tiny cage way too small for them, and it was being advertised as some type of cage + bird combo deal. All around, just a shadowy ghost of the Pet Supplies Plus that it used to be.

My puggle is what gets me out of bed and if he isn't happy I ain't happy. Well it sure it's super convenient when you can show from your sofa but when it comes to just one of the few places I like to personally find and walk around the store making a sure what hard earned money I spent is going towards quality I tend to be very selective where I take my dog. Petco and pet smarts have become to commercial bond and don't take the extra few mins asking the questions I may have about my dogs health needs and I really got to respect the one slim cacausaion male working they're is answered my question about my dog dietey needs and took his time being playful with him and it was a real pleasure to see someone care compared to being in a rushDefinitely will come back for my 2nd trip. 5/5 first time experience, prices, and customer attentivenessGlad I discovered this hidden neighborhood pet gem!

I am so pleased with my groomer. Crystal did an excellent job on desheding my puppy. The amount of hair now is so little I can go 2 days without sweeping and in comparison to the last groomer I was sweeping twicr a day collecting dust pan fulls of hair. They do not have a dog wash here, just grooming. I haven’t been here since it was pet supplies plus. I wish they didn’t get rid of the self wash. Since they did, they should remove the big dog wash sign.

I can't recommend Mac pet supply enough! It's by far my favorite pet store in town. The people are always super helpful and super nice, and they have everything you need for your furry friends/family. I love going there and so does my pets. Mac pet supply deserves five stars and more!

If I could give them a zero I would. I took my malshi there and they literally shaved all his hair off including his beard. The ONLY thing I asked was NOT to shave his hair off. I should have known better when they had to get they cashier to interpret English to the groomer. He was yelping when I picked him up, I feel terrible that I took him there just to pay $75 for the worst grooming experience ever. When I complained to the owner she didn’t even care. She just said oh well I guess I miss understood you. Zeez!

The grooming department has gone thru a total transition and now is awesome. Crystal has been grooming my baby girl, Zeba, for years and now is at Mac. She does a super grooming job and my baby girl always looks great afterwards. And they charge very reasonable prices too that includes nail trimming, rather than that being an additional charge at most other groomers. And I found some new types and flavors of treats that both of my fur babies love!!! Check out this pet center. I highly recommend them.

I love the staff here, down to the Management. They are very sweet and helpful people. When I was looking for a high end dog food brand for my pup "Dash" staff assisted me in finding that brand. BTW, I chose "Merrick" for my fur baby. Also, I love to get "Dash" groomed here as well. I like to give a shout out to the groomer (Nas) because she's always so patient with my boy!!! She gave Dash his 1st hair cut, and he still go here. Thank you, "Mac Pet Supplies" for all that you have done and continue to do 👍

These people are the worst! We took our Malshi and specifically told the woman NOT to cut off all his hair. That’s exactly what she did. Can’t express how upset we are. Woman said she didn’t understand our directions and did what she wanted. They have no idea what they are doing! Don’t take your pets here. They are the worse!!!

Groomer did not do a good job, had to come back to fix, owner informed that we had a deadline never apologized and didn't fix correctly. also forgot to give us collar twice not worth coming back to pick up. Prices were listed different on line did not honor were told would get a 20% discount but did not receive. Were very dissapointed with customer service and grooming skills etc., will not return.

This pet supply store is sad. Shelves are empty, grooming center is unprofessional and have ridiculous pricing for nail trim 20$ the lady wanted to charge, when it’s 12$ at Petco. Com’on now. You all need to step it up.

These people sold me 2 bags of rotten, freezer burned Primal dog food over 6 months past the expiration. Would not give me a refund even though I had proof of purchase through my bank statement. Go to a real Pet Supplies store, this one is a knock off. UPDATE! They offered a little discount for my next purchase! My loss was $42.00 and a morning going back and forth after discovering the spoiled food. I will never go back.

First off let me say the groomer Nancy did a wonderful job with my dog and his cut. My issue is with the overall store and the lack of customer service from the manager. When I booked my appointment, there was very minimal information taken or discussed over the phone, but I was able to book an appointment within a day so that was great. The day of my appointment, I had two kids with a stomach bug and unable to actually go in. I looked online and the website said the store opens at 9am. I tried calling right at 9am, and got a recording that the store hours are 10am. At 10am I tried calling, and between 10am-10:30am I had to call three different times, where I was put on hold for over 5 minutes each time and eventually had to try calling back. When I finally was able to get through to the grooming, they were very understanding and changed my appointment, but said I should call earlier to allow them to try to fill the spot. When I explained what happened and the time discrepancy and holds, she apologized. When i showed up on the day of my appt, I went to fill out information and was told the charge was $80. When I questioned the price, and showed the price advertised online, they said they had to increase prices and haven't updated online. I explained it isn't my fault they are not advertising the right price and I booked because of the pricing showed. One associate went to talk to the manager and then came back to say they can't honor that price on their own website. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was busy calling the owner to get the pricing changed. When I returned to pick up I asked to speak with the manager again to discuss this and was again told she was busy. She also didn't bother to call during the 2.5 hours my dog was being groomed. Another person told me they gave me a complimentary nail file to make up for the price difference which i said I didn't ask for that and would rather they honor their shown prices online this time. Also, the lack of the manager being willing to speak with a customer shows she doesn't really care about their customers or trying to make it right. I was really excited to try this place, and very disappointed in the lack of transparency of pricing and lack of customer service. I would stay away from here as they are just trying to be another petco and don't actually care about taking care of customers. As of today, 3/11, pricing fro large dog still shows $65 and they have increased ins tore to $80. This pricing is even more than the online price shown for xl dog which is currently $75. Seems like a huge jump and a rip off overall from their original pricing.

Amazing customer service. Came here to have my troublesome pet bathed and was greeted by friendly staff who helped me find a couple of items i wanted to buy for my pet as well. The staff was amazing help and the prices are low for quality products you would see at petsmart for double or even triple the price. On top of that they took real good care of my pet and left him cleanwr than ever.

Older white lady with blonde hair was very rude towards meThe younger lady I understood she didn't know my dog was a service dog and did apologize for trying to pet him but the older lady having a rude tone and not respectful at all was not okay. When I customer says LEAVE IT not once, not twice but three times and trying to re focus their dog you'd think hey maybe let's not distract the dog and then throw an attitude at the customer? Yeah not coming back here ✌

We were in a rush to get somewhere but needed some stuff for our dog on the way and stopped by. Waited almost 10 minutes for them to unlock the doors and no one ever did so we went to dollar tree next door :( looked like they had a lot though!

It was a long wait but we are thrilled to finally have a new pet store in our area. The shelves are fully stocked and the staff is professional and well versed in everything centered around our furry friends. Congratulations on opening up on Nacogdoches!!

A little expensive but good selection of different types of non rawhide bones. I don't recommend their grooming service.
