I am in Lowe’s a lot with my three year old daughter. One of the store managers (Brian) always makes a point to talk to her and make her feel special. Today he let her wear his vest and she was SO excited! She now says all the time “let’s go to Lowe’s so I can see my friend!”

The sales Rep that helped me with my Shed was really nice. However, when trying to get some assistance for the problems I am now having with the Shed this place was of no help. I'm a homeowner and expect Lowe's to appoint a reliable installer. I really thought that he was but, two years later and the whole roof needs to be replaced because he did not install it properly. I understand that I only had a one year warranty on the labor but my problem is now with the 10 year limited warranty on the materials. Lowe's says they are not responsible for the materials contact Backyard Products. I did; and so did the BBB. No response. Does this mean that the 10 year warranty is only good on paper? All I want are the materials needed to repair the problem and I will pay for the labor. The response from Backyard Prodcuts is my ex-husband signed the contract so they will only honor it with him. He called and here I am three months later and still no help. Lowe's should not do business with companies that will not honor contracts that they (Lowe's) have customer's sign. For this reason, Lowe's will not be getting anymore business from me. I will go to Home Depot, at least they try to honor contracts.11/15/23: I spoke with someone from Lowe's two days after this post and I did speak with someone from Backyard Products as well; however, to date no one has done anything besides - we'll get back to you. Of course it has rained for the past several days and now the water is coming inside of the shed more than before. I'm going to get the shed repaired with or without this company's help. It's just sad that anyone should have to go through this.

Just like every other big box store. After an hour, yes literally an hour, was still not able to get anyone on the phone to ask about product availability. Don’t waste your time. Find a mom and pop place, at least you have a chance at some form of customer service.

I am in disappointment with the management team at this Lowe's store. I purchased an item online to be picked up at this location. This was a water softener that had a promotional item (all house filter system) included. When I received the email to pick the item up, I only was given the control of the water softener, they disregarded a box 2 of 2 (salt tank) and did not give that to me. Also, the filter was also mentioned it had arrived but did not and I was asked to wait since they would request it again. I waited, 3 weeks, received another email that the filter had arrived, I went, it had not, email sent by mistake. I was so frustrated because my items had not arrived, and also, the lack of communication from the management team was completely poor. I was promised to be kept in touch and in the loop and did not happen. I had to continue to wait, approximately more than a month after, the items arrived, opened by management, voiding new product warranties and without them letting me know they would do that. No resolution has been offered.

I love how this store has a kid toy section! No other Lowe's I went too has it! I have been looking for a train whistle and this is the only store who had it set to location! The Aisle is 58 Bay 1. I asked numerous other stores, since their inventory said +40 on hand. I was told at other locations that they did not carry it that it was an inventory mistake. I really like the fact that the item available in store just as the website stated and was aisle located!

Tom in Outdoor /Garden was a fantastic help, thank you so much! I shopped three Lowe’s and the orange store and this is the only store in this part of town with the landscape timbers I need. Tom crawled between pallets to unstrap the timbers, helped me stack them and offered to load them in my truck. Couldn’t be happier with his help. Good Job!

Went into the store to only get mediocre customer service help about a product that had a protection planSo the store sent me home with the wrong ph# for the plan after several attempts by me they realized I needed to call another ph# Then a link was sent twice that didn’t work It was so overwhelming and inconvenient to get the information I needed to make a service claimBut when it comes to sales there is always someone helpful for that! They ace selling items but have poor customer service care after the fact

Purchased a high end stove to be delivered and installed.Was not contacted about the rescheduled delivery dateDelivery called and said they are on their way and will be delivered by 9 am and they didnt show up till after 10 am.They had our contractor to come and pick up stove from their truck on the road.Then they proceeded to hook it up and suddenly said they will not install propane after we specifically said we are on propane and sales lady said not a problem with installation with propane.The delivery men hardly spoke any english which made the situation even tougher. Now we have a stove in middle of our kitchen and not installed.Called customer service delivery number and told the person how upset I was with how everything was handled and was hung up on.I will give my home depot all our business from this point on with the large ticket items. Lowes lost a good customer. We have spent alot of money there and each time had issues with delivery. Customer service sucks at Lowe's!

Employees, when one could be found, were not very knowledgeable. Was referred to another retailer because they claimed not to carry the item. Yet ended up finding the item a few aisles over. Not very organized and some aisles were cluttered.Looking at the response below really says a lot considering I am in San Antonio,Texas. Not certain what Cincinnati has to do with Lowes of Texas? Thank you for at least making the effort though.

I am a big contractor who shops at this Lowe's On a daily basis, I Spend thousands of dollars every time I am here. specifically fence pickets, and anything fence related. tonight I went by to get a whole pallet Of pickets and I was told that you guys would not price match with home depot. I know you guys do price match, Because I've been coming here for years and it's been done. It is also advertised online. So when the lady at the register fought with me on it and said they would not price match, I decided to take my business to home depot and I will no longer be shopping or purchasing any more Items at lowe's. She was very rude and unprofessional and did not wanna do her job. This is not the first time I've had issues at this specific lows location. The last time I came to this location. I had to climb up and grab something from the top shelf myself. Because the employees were standing around on their cellphones and not wanting to help even after they looked at me multiple times and watched me stand there for over thirty minutes.. This is very poor customer service, you have lazy employees, and just lost a very valuable pro contractor customer.

I called to check if the wooden flower bouquets were in stock cause I couldn’t order them through the app. An employee by the name of Adaiah was super helpful, he was able to find 3 of the bouquets for me and helped me buy them over the phone. He knew exactly what he was doing!

Meh. It’s the Lowe’s on 410 what can I say, not great not bad, selection is usually picked over more than most but to be expected it’s probably their busiest location. Go early, find what day they get deliveries and go that morning you’ll be fine. The 3 stars are for the staff, they appear to be woefully understaffed most of the time so not always available when you need them but they’re all nice, if you have to wait to find one cut em a break they’re not rude they’re just busy af.

Stood at the paint counter for at least 15 minutes without acknowledgement. An associate came behind the counter and into the paint area, said absolutely nothing to me, then walked away to a different area.Not sure if he was a paint pro, or if he was from a different department, or there were anyone who could even help me with paint.He completely ignored me.I left without buying anything.First time coming to this Lowes and definitely the last.

We can find everything we need for home repair. We usually go to the once a month kids event or we shop after date night. You know sometimes you want to walk around without your kids and shop. Back to the kids workshop there is a fun event for the kids if they complete 6 projects from August 2023-Decenber 2024 you can get a jr builder badge and if you complete 12 you get a coupon for your kids to get a tool bag. I hope to complete all 12 to get that for my kids. No purchase necessary.Also who doesn't love a military discount. Just register online and you show I'd and use your phone number to check out. Boom discount.

Waste of time, very poor customer service. Went in to get a key made at 2.45 pm, first associate paged someone quickly. By 3pm had a different associate page someone. 3.15 I told second associate and basically was ignored. Never coming back again.If you can't make the key then don't waste my time making me wait.

As a new homeowner I purchased my major appliances here based on the Lowe's brand and reputation. After this awful customer service experience I will never use Lowe's again. The 3rd party contractors used by Lowes are subpar. The first crew didn't hook up my appliance correctly. Getting someone out there the second time was a horrible experience and Lowe's customer service team had no idea what they were doing. The second crew that came out was by far the worst as they came smelling of weed and actually backed into my mailbox. The contractor Josh never apologized and said that he can fix it for me but then stated it wasn't that bad. Unfortunately for these idiot contractors I take pictures of everything so I had before pictures that showed no damage to my mailbox. Contacting Lowe's customer service and making a claim for the damages and for my appliance still not being hooked up correctly is an ongoing issue. I requested upper management to contact me from customer service as well as the installation / hookup department but I'm betting I will have to follow up with this and unfortunately become a karen. I will tell anyone that can listen to me to never ever use Lowe's for anything as far as appliances and services for a new home.

Horrible location. Sat on hold waiting to see if an item was in stock...line rang & rang for minutes then disconnected. Long story short, I get there hoping what I'm wanting is in stock & I'm told it's not. These pri@|s wasted my time. HOME DEPOT saved the day & answered the phone.

I give this Lowes a 2 star rating for this reason. I went into the garden center to buy 150 brick pavers. I need them to take the pallet down off the rack so I could get the pavers. I paid for them and the gentleman who was working in the garden center was there by himself. He called lumber to ask them for help. They said they would work on it. 30 minutes later I walked down to lumber to find out what was going on. No workers in site. I asked the cashier in lumber when they were going to come down so I could get my pavers. He told me that they weren’t sending anyone down until the guy in the garden center sent a flagger. I said he’s by himself he doesn’t have anybody to send down. Oh well that’s what the guys said. So my question is where is the team work. The problem with this generation of young people is they don’t want to work. However they believe that they are entitled to everything. They would rather play on their phones than work. Management you better wake up and find people like Roger who was in the garden center that day working

I'm just finishing up final touches after renovating my entire home. I had some light fixtures left over since we went with recessed lighting on some things. Went to take back lights at lowes, and I was denied no receipt, so I'm stuck with them. I don't know what card I used or if I paid cash, you know how stressful it is to be out of your house for an entire month & 1/2 with several trips to lowes they should know me by now. So yeah kinda disappointed

Exactly why I dont shop at Lowes. Came to return some material my contractor bought here (against my wishes). After watching 3 employees just chat with this one fella for 10-15 mins I ask if one of the could process my ONE ITEM that i was returning. Lady just turned her head and said, “I’m with HIM right now”. Three employees chatting with one guy for this long and one of them cant process this one item I had? RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE. SUB PAR.

I want to say THANK YOU to Mrs. Claudia. She was in stand by, ready to assist at the self check out. I called her for assistance and she approached with great vibes n ready to assist, despite the AC being out in the store during a 100+ degree day. Claudia was super friendly, professional, resolved my issue at the register n went above n beyond by making further recommendations. Claudia is the type of employee a manager should b grateful to have. She even had her very own little portable fan to cool herself off! Super awesome! Why did I stand here for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me, after two different employees blew me off stating this “isn’t my area” and then finally when someone did show up, said y’all don’t have a saw to cut the moulding to size. Poor customer service, and I should have gone to Home Depot

I ordered a Dewalt 110v air inflator through the Lowes app and paid for next day delivery. The app showed it was on the truck but it was never delivered. It has been 5 days and 3 phone calls and they refuse to rectify the situation. They told us to directly contact the driver, trying to place blame on is thinking we used something like doordash. The issue is, it's their driver and we don't have contact info. The manager has refused to simply provide the item and we keep getting the run around with no solution or meaningful help. This is theft by definition. Lowes took my money and never delivered the product. I have camera footage which proves no delivery was ever attempted or made. This is among the worst customer service experiences I've faced.

Absolutely love this store. They have a great selection of plants always clean, Cesar in the garden was very helpful and super polite he seemed to be the only one out there and really took his time to make sure I got what I needed great customer service will definitely be coming back.
