Wheres the coffee??? Never fails this location has a 2 person line for the bean to cup machine because, the brewed coffee is always empty!!! Come on Loves, do better.Met my husband at this location 8 years ago.Used to be awesome, but now.... not so much. What has changed in the last 2 years? Change it back!

Store was clean, but a lot going on my last visit. Pump lanes were being pressure washed, restroom was being repaired, stocking was going on in the store. Made navigating everything a bit challenging, but at least problems were being fixed.Service was good, cashier was friendly, everything was in stock, food items were fresh and grill items were neatly arranged and spaced out.Decent place to stop while leaving or entering San Antonio.

Worst loves in the area. The guy mopping the floors is rude and don’t put up the wet floor sign and is slow at the cashier desk. I had to wait 10 minutes until he decided to come over and he seen me too. Worst customer service ever.

Place is a mess at the moment. Under construction. Some employees are friendly. Others are have no customer service. Needed the air and the air chuck is broken. Widow washing buckets are no good. Employees don’t seem to be to happy with their jobs. Only people to blame is management. The gentleman that helps fill the propane was friendly and great help. I bumped my star up by one because a man named Juliann. Hardest working person there. Willing to go beyond his job and pay. Very helpful

Avoid this place at ALL cost. Angel the Tech there is the most useless person. They dont know how to talk to you, very rude. They Charged me $700 broke my NOX sensor connector. Left me stranded. Came to the shop for a check engine light and they left the truck in 5 MPH derate. I would not recommend this place at all. I would give it a negative rating if possible.

I order oil change pm filter fleet gard. When I the service was done and I went to the parking area and checked I noticed they put a cheap quality filter and only 2 nipples were greased. I went back and they said it was a mistake and then they changed the filter in front of me and greased all the nipples and changed the oil. They tried to scam me be careful.

Terrible location, filthy, understaffed. Garbage cans (all of them) overflowing, fuel islands with little to no windshield cleaner in buckets, most of squeegees missing or f'd up and diesel and oil everywhere. Like others mentioned the entire parking area smells like a urinal. Only one lady working at 21:00, sweet tea empty, inside store floors were about as dirty as outside. Wish along with the heart for favoriting a location there was a vomit emoji for stores like this one to remind me to NOT stop here

Lazy person work at repair shop. They’re not good work at truck service. Even though not grease all pins. I said use fleet guard filter on my truck but they put other one . But charge me fleet guards filter. So careful these thieves.

Store is clean and service is great but if you need repair on your truck the “mechanics” are there only good in talking and gossiping instead of getting these trucks in and out.

Worst repair shop I've ever been to. There's about 4 employees and only working one vehicle at a time. Signed in at 12 noon to swap out a damaged rim, now 6pm and still waiting on their call. This place is pathetic.

Came here and ordered gas at the register. Paid for it. Got to pump.. they didn’t even turn the pump on so now I have to all the way back to the register to remind the cashier and be late to work. When I walk the back in, the register area is completely abandoned and I said “hello!”… nothing. Just laughter and chatter from the employees huddled up in the back. Then two more employees actually saw me calling out for the cashier and went about their business. The thing is they heard me say hello but decided to ignore me. I had to raise my voice a third time to get noticed and some guy replied sarcastically. If corporate ever reads this… tighten up that loose ship.

I would leave no stars if I could been in the tire shop for 1 hours no one is working on trucks here I'm the only truck here in bay and no workers they just mopping and walking around the shop

We had the pleasure of doing our reset at this particular truck stop on a day that the owner of the franchise was here. The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome. So to Maria in the tire shop, and all the other staff we had the pleasure of interacting with today, thank you for all you do. Looking forward to returning in the future.....and hopefully laundry will be available then

Stassney the shop manager is the worst! It took over 7 hrs to get my brakes fixed and she sat there the whole time reviewing video tape trying to get her subordinates fired. Good leaders lead by example and I wouldn’t trust her to “manage” a cactus!

Horrible staff and a horrible experience, please be careful while using shower#3 , there is no lock and the latch doesn't work. The staff enters without knocking and later argue they knocked. Never stopping here again

One of the WORST mechanical shops at a loves I've had to deal with. They wouldn't let me check in before 7 am for a single tire replacement, fine. Waited till 7 exactly and there's 2 trucks ahead of me somehow. Then I wait FIVE AND A HALF HOURS for a single tire replacement because the mechanic was "tired" absolutely insane. Never again

I will never come to this location again! Walked inside to take a shower. As soon as I walked in lady said “No Shower, Short Staff.” I thought okay whatever I’ll go use the bathroom. As soon as I went in a lady opened the mens bathroom to what I assume is to check to see if I was going to Wipe myself down in there. Because when she left she said to her coworkers. Oh he went in the stall. Then I went to go buy some things and the older lady working the counter was rude. I asked if I could use my points. She said “ No you can’t! Point system is always down on the beginning of a month” Which I have never dealt with that at any other location. And loves is the only place I got for everything. Last but not least when she was scanning my items she hit my glasses down and the other items as if she was mad that she had to come back to the register. Stay away! Plan to park elsewhere.

My experience at this store was by far worst experience I've ever experienced in a loves travel center. I waited over 2 hours to get a shower.an when I went to check to see how many showers they had I was met by a group of loves employees who work in that area asking me what am I doing around the showers an do I have authorization back there. Excuse me im a paying customer who spend $1500 a week in gas alone an also been waiting on a shower for entirely too long. As they went on trying to be little me by using choices of words I care not to say..An if that wasn't enough they called the police on me at 11 o clock at night a said I was a unruly customer. An I had know issue with leaving an taking my money elsewhere. I ask for my refund an they told I'm not getting it because they are refusing me service..I didn't know loves had a policy to refuse a customer there money if they refuse Service..so after the police arrived I explained to him everything an he made them issue me a refund. So a complete waste of time calling the police cause you refuse to give me my money after poor customer service. No problem I won't be spending anymore money with Loves. Because their employees don't know anything about love.
