The women’s bathroom is disgusting!! There was toilet paper all over the floor, no toilet paper in the stalls, dirty toilets & sinks, & overflowing trash cans!! I alerted a staff member& she said it’s an outside company that is supposed to be coming in everyday to clean them, but they haven’t.I like the store & the staff but the bathrooms are horrible!!

This location has great staff and a very clean and organized store. Great coupons and incentives to shop at Kohl's. Their curbside and in-store pickup for online orders is efficient and items are always correctly picked. Order from within the store and get free shipping via app.

The sign clearly says that this is 50-80% off the prices as marked. If you see the items are marked down 40% so it must mean an additional 10 or additional 50-80% those are the only things that make sense.I politely asked about the discrepancy and was given a bunch of excuses about signs not being changed right now.They were not rude, not were not mean just apathetic and unconcerned.This is why people shop online, if you’re not going to get service in the store then why go.

My experience at the store was great, BUT, I got several emails from Kohl’s after I shopped in store, one of the emails was very misleading, and I fell for it🤬. It turned out NOT to be from kohls. It said because I shopped at kohl’s I had been chosen to take a survey and receive a prize, just pay shipping cost. I did. At the end it says my subscription was confirmed. I didn’t knowingly subscribe to anything. My card was charged the shipping cost. I immediately called the customer .service # and got some foreign country person. NOTHING TO DO WITH KOHLS. By the time I hungup, my card had been charged an additional $35 for some FITGNX HEALTH app. Cancelled my card immediately.BEWARE. I was a first time customer at Kohls and fell for the email. Timing of the email coincided with actual kohl emails, so I was careless!!

Bought a couple clothing items from Kohls the prices are high there even with kohls discounts but the service/cashiers have always been friendly. 4 stars not 5 only because the high prices. 👀 One white blouse just alone was $58 some dollars.🤯 I would hope that shirt washes itself for that price ...even $38 is high. 💪..I had to do yoga..play basketball and lift weights to calm me down after seeing the prices..🧘‍♀️⛹️🏋‍♀️lol.

This has to be the least customer service oriented retailer. When I came in to the store there were 4 open registers with employees just standing there but for some reason I had to walk all the way to the back to do a simple return. Then their system didn’t allow it to refund me cash or a different card number since the one I originally used had been closed. The manager was not helpful and lacked problem solving skills. I was only here because I was given a gift card but thank you so much for the reminder of why I don’t shop here.
