The good - completed on time (2 weeks) as promised, rug is cleaner. The bad: there were several things that needed to be addressed. The good - David the son, had great customer interaction , picked up the rug, took care of the most of the issues.

Purchased a 8 x 10 hand made rug for $1900 and a 4 x 6 rug for $300 from Keyvan few weeks back. He gave me lifetime warranty and free hand wash rug cleaning. He is the only on in San Antonio that hand washes rugs, i also had 3 rugs cleaned and repaired and he was able to remove all the odor, yellow pet stains and color bleeding which i was told couldn't be removed by other companies. He's very honest and doesn't try to pressure you to buy from him. Will be back soon for a hallway runner

I was refereed to Keyvan by a friend and I was so glad she did, I haven't met anyone as knowledgeable and passionate about rugs as they are. They hand washed my 4 rugs along with put new foundation and pile on 2 of my antique rugs and fringe repair on the other 2 rugs. The repairs are amazing and we are very Thankful for revitalizing our rugs.
