Horrible experience. First time buyer. Sizing of the Propper uniforms do NOT match standard issue sizing of uniforms worn by service members. It’s falsely advertised online. Badging was wrong. Blouse oversized and trousers undersized??? I paid a lot of money for something not to be right. Extremely disappointed. Only giving 1 star because I have to in order to be able to post this.

The customer service was great! I made a mistake with my order, sent them a message. They were nice about it & fixed it. With that being said, it would have been nice to be able to fix it on my end. Maybe I could have, but I wasn’t able to figure it out.

I've ordered from these guys for over 18 years, but this is the one time they let me down. They placed the outdated USSF rank on my uni, now it's gonna cost more out of pocket to fix it when I expected to be able to open and wear.

I’ve ordered from them many times over the past couple of years with zero issues until now. My most recent order was not able to be delivered because postage was due because Kel-Lac did not pay the right postage. I paid for shipping when I paid for my order but had to pay even more money. I reached out to their Email and haven’t had a response from them. Highly disappointed and never had a company leave the consumer with the bill while they collected my money.

I can’t believe this company. They expect you to order the right size of boots that you’ve never tried on before, and then when you ask about an exchange they expect you to eat the $30 shipping charge. I’m incredibly disappointed. I needed a new pair as my old ones were drawing attention because of how worn they were. Now I’m stuck with a $150 pair of boots that are slightly too big. Not only that, they only give you a 10 day window for returns. So even if decided to make my boots cost 20% extra so that I could have the right size, I only have a few days to make a decision.

I’m extremely pleased that you have accurately produced the USAF Combat Arms Instructor patch that I designed, and gained approval for from both the Air Force Heraldry Board, and USAF Uniform Board for wear by our instructors, in 1984. I was assigned to HQ AFOSP, and managed the USAF Combat Arms Training Programs (1981-1990). So… I’ve been a regular customer here before and have NEVER had an issue. I went to get a shirt with patches on it an unfortunately they did mess up my $80 uniform shirt and refused a refund or a reimbursement for the shirt BUT! Luckily I did have an older shirt that was already fitted and sized and employed TANYA did help me fix the situation. So HUGE shoutout to her! & did give a little discount for the inconvenience. Thanks!

Ordered a uniform through the uniform building function on the Kel-Lac website. While I received the product quickly, the coat was not the correct size and the "free" rank patch was not included with my shipment. While my request for return was accepted, the direction for return was unclear: do I return the entire uniform or just the coat? Additionally, they have not been provided a shipping label for my return. I'll revise this review if the corrections to my order are timely.Edit: The issue was corrected and I received what I ordered. The return process was... lengthy. While the uniform materials and alterations were fantastic, the process to actually receive what I ordered wasn't worth the hassle. I won't order from them again.

I wrote directions as a comment with the order to add a 3rd badge as is allowed but not an option while ordering. Gave permission to charge my Cc as well, the comments were never read. I always order from Kel-Lac, 50% of the time and it’s good to go, 50% I still need to do something or fix something before wear.
