This was our first time going to a self wash location. Me and my dog Winston loved the experience. The atmosphere was so friendly and informative. Everything that was needed to wash my dog was available and the tubs were big enough. I was only there for the wash but the store is filled with great things for your pet. Definitely coming back for another wash and maybe this time look around to get a gift for my little big baby.

I used to take my yorkie girl here when we lived in San Antonio. She looked like a show dog every time we picked her up. She would also get excited to go into the shop and look around at the cute clothes and toys. I truly miss bringing her here.

Amazing & fun experience! Got my Clark 100lb dog self washed at their station with a deshedding treatment (shampoo+ conditioner+ furminator.) for $25. They have a drier available and different brushes as well as an ear cleaning liquid with cotton swabs.I was able to find him a cute Superman jersey for $22 & a spray for $15. Excellent customer service.So much selection from clothing to collars. And dog cookies to dog tags and so much more you can browse through 🐾🐕‍ Will be back here soon 🔜

This place is actually pretty cute. The. Location is a bit small but they offer so much and have a great diversity of products. Me and my significant other took our 6 month old husky puppy here for a self service dog wash. They provided apron’s, drying towel, shampoo, conditioner ($2 extra), dog Cologne, nail clippers, brushes, and even had a dog blower dryer. Over all for less than $20 to wash and groom him this was an excellent deal. Especially compared to other locations who charge you twice as much to wash your dog. They do charge by weight so the bigger the dog the more expensive. But the staff was incredibly friendly. The person who helped me was Star she had a constant smile, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. I will definitely return in the future

We've taken our son Chowder here many times in the past. We moved to a different side of town and the new place we were taking him didn't do anywhere close as good a job as they do it here! He hasn't let anyone cut his nails except for them! I will never take him anywhere else. They are always super nice and welcoming! I love it here, and I think he does too!

Can’t say enough about this groomer. They know exactly what I want and do it well and in good time. My Benny always comes home with zoomies! I can tell he feels good. I love the doggie cologne and special bow ties or bandanas they use too! Highly recommend!

My pups had a great time here in the self wash area. The staff was really nice and came to check on us a few times. I would go back and do this again as it was nice to have an area/place to wash my pups after a long hot day out.

K9 café never disappoints!! I’ve been taking my dog here for years now and they always do an amazing job. My poor baby was looking crazy but now he looks so handsome. 10/10 recommend to all dog parents out there ♥️

My fur baby Bella always comes out looking and smelling fresh and clean. The staff are always friendly and inviting. My Bella is 14 years old and every time she has visited the staff receive her very gently and when it’s time to go home they always compliment how sweet of a girl she is.

Just took in my French bulldog here and they took great care of him. Trimmed his nails perfectly, clean body & face, shiny coat, and he smelled amazing. I think it’s also nice that they have a great store within the facility with trinkets and clothing for your fur baby. I highly recommend this business.

I was beyond impressed!! I brought my puppy 🐶 here and although it was his first time and I was really nervous for him, he was a champ! they were really patient with him and took really good care of him. From the amazing people and there service to their amazing selection of accessories I loved it all!! Plus they had a Starbucks right in front!🤩 I am for sure coming back every 4 weeks😊. thank you to Trish!!!, she did an amazing job he loved his new haircut and was super excited to show it off to our friends and family members. I went to buy him a treat also to pet smart and he was getting compliments left and right and of course I recommended you and K9 cafe boutique and spa to several of their customers!! Good luck! It is always a treat to come by here. Full service or rent a tub. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Great doggie shirts that really fits..You know walking in the owners really loves dogs. Great prices. ADA wheelchair accessible. Photo's of my dog buying some outfits. We bought most of these outfits..they also have doggie treats and some nice cat trees. Best store for dog grooming and the staff is great.

We go there all the time and Tricia takes good care of us all the time. She is patient and very good with our fur baby. She knows how to handle each dog accordingly to their needs. She is professional and polite

Great spot to groom your pet. I’ve had to double check and remind the boutique several times to cut my dog they way I requested. They always tell me they don’t want to cut his curls, which I tell them please just cut they way I requested. Otherwise they do an awesome job on my Labradoodle!

🐶🐾💜💙💚 This store has everything!!!! My dog is tiny and I can never find cute collars for her, not the case here, they have a plethora of super cute dog collars & charms. The boutique they have is adorable, from sports teams apparel to Bentley & Ferrari logo shirts to dresses. A must for those who like to spoil their fur babies!!! I can't speak for the grooming side, but looks like they do a good job as you can see to the spa area and all the dogs I saw in there looked great!

My husband took our dog here for the self wash and the cashier offered to clip our dogs nails (him thinking she was trained). My husband said our dog yelped which was followed by a bloody nailbed. When our dog got home I noticed a pool of blood on our carpet and realized what had happened. This person is NOT trained in grooming and I caution everyone to think twice about getting their dogs groomed here! I hope this is a lesson learned for this person for which I will give her a break and not name. Absolutely horrible experience. 👎👎

I love K9 Cafe Boutique and Spa. They are always so nice to my dogs. I appreciate the time and attention they take with them, no matter if it is a full groom or a bath. They always look amazing. The boutique has so many different clothing options and other doggie accessories. The self service wash area is a great option if you want to go it yourself. I love this option when I want to do it myself. Check out their specials too. 🐕

THANK YOU for telling me this because now I don't want you to take my Lola there anymore. She is my baby and just like parents would not allow anyone to be rude or inpatient with there children I wouldn't want anyone who doesn't want to work handle my Lola. So, thank u but no Thank you. And you are right, we have always had a good experience but one time of bad service can make you not want to go back.

They did my miniature schnauzer perfectly- She went from super fluffy to beautifully groomed in 3 hours! The employees are super friendly and they have lots of items to pick from. Love coming here.

Fantastic dog wash. Clean, lady was friendly and the dryer actually blows hot air. They are a little light on the towels, I only was given two. Other than that the price for a large dog ($25) very reasonable and I would recommend this place.

I utilized the self-wash service. The staff was very nice. Even though the establishment closes at 7pm, they usually take the last wash at 6pm so they can clean the tub. I did not know that, but the lady let me wash my pup even though it was after 6pm. The place has a ton of clothes and accessories for your pup. Reasonably priced and huge tubs to make bathing your pups super easy. Would recommend.

Please NEVER COME HERE! Spent 124.00 on a 10.00 haircut! They Left my Pomeranian naked and nothing how i wanted. Please save your money. Very unprofessional as well. Excellent!!! Had a good friend recommend this place. The entire staff, owner, cashier, everyone was so nice and friendly. My two large Rhodesian Ridgebacks had their first grooming appointment here. I was nervous, but unnecessarily. They took amazing care of my pups and the pups looked like they had fun too. Mad at myself for not taking pics. But since I definitely will return I will post some next time! Update: took Harlow and Hawkeye back in for a grooming and Candy took excellent care of them. Picked up a little K9 Birthday cake for Hawkeye. And even got a little training tip from Crystal. Love thi as place.
