This place is a hidden gem for those interested in reptiles. It's a small place, but they are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.My husband and I purchased a crested gecko from this shop. Allison was very helpful and showed us multiple geckos and answered all of our questions about them. The shop even kindly held onto him until the next day so we could have everything set up before we brought him home.I highly recommend this shop for anyone interested in getting a reptile. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this store! They have amazing prices and the staff is super friendly! I have 4 creatures purchased from them, and all are incredibly healthy and friendly. Don't let their size fool you, this store has amazing inventory and is always more than happy to show off any back stock, as well as place special orders if they dont have what you're looking for in stock. I love all of the babies purchased through them, and will definitely be purchasing any new scaly friends through house of webs. Seriously, I can't praise this store enough!

I absolutely love House of Webs! The staff is fabulous!!! I purchased a beardy elsewhere, but they help me with any questions or concerns. I appreciate their dedication as they take the time to educate their customers rather than force purchases. I buy all my feeders, bugs, and supplies from them. I’d highly recommend them!!!! I'm so happy they’re in our area now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My daughters and I went in to check out this new addition to our neighborhood. We were delighted. Stephanie was so sweet and answered all of our questions. It was noteworthy finding out that they offer boarding as well. If you are looking for exotic pets or supplies, be sure to pay them a visit!

I started collecting isopods and found this store when I needed springtails to help a mold issue in my tank asap. Do you know how hard it is to find local isopods and springtails to buy in this city? Apparently, very difficult. But this store had a few types in stock as well as springtails to keep their tank clean. The prices were super reasonable and cheaper than me ordering online. They also had a lot of cool reptiles, insects, and other pets. The prices were very affordable, especially with how difficult some of those items and animals are to find local. The owners were also knowledgeable about all the animals I asked about. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I went to House of Webs to get pet supplies and feeders this week. I love the location, the fact that it is a stand alone business so it has great parking and that it is convenient to 281. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff along with unique animals and supplies. I was able to order my feeders from a special window so it didn’t interfere with regular check out and ended up looking at several snakes and frogs that I had never seen before! I found a really unique enclosure that was on sale and they just opened! I will be back!

I am so happy this store opened out here! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Never a bad experience when I’ve gone in. They always have what I need and if they don’t they have a solid time frame of when they will! Great staff and wonderful shop!

I wish I could give more stars! From the moment you walk in everyone is friendly as can be, as well as being very knowledgeable. We bought a BEAUTIFUL bambo ball python along with an enclosure. The best part is everyone’s willingness to make sure you’re happy, and comfortable. House of webs is now my one and only destination for anything pets or exotics!
