I had Been taking my doggy to this place for the past few months to get her baths and nails clipped and filed always took a couple hours. Never had a problem till yesterday. Dropped her off at 12 she wasn't ready till 7 when they closed. I had to call them the female who answered said we called and left a voice mail. I said I got neither she said Well we did! With attitude. When I get there I pay she doesn't smile once so rude, gave me horrible attitude (same female that answered the phone) anyway when I got home I noticed her nails were so jagged like they had cut them as soon as I walked in they had not been filed like I paid extra for and she was limping. When my son tried to pet her she growled at him she had NEVER done that before. Took her back now to get her nails filed the girl made her bleed and the rude one from yesterday walks in looks at me like I just killed her dog and tells the girl "That dog is back again?" Anyway I highly recommend you DON'T take your Pets here. Very rude and VERY unprofessional!

The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. She drove in after hours just to meet with us and also gave us a GREAT deal on our puppies and provided all the puppy supplies we needed. Hollywood puppies offer a one stop shop for puppy/dog grooming, shots, tracking and more.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE WHAT SO EVER. I used to take them to this location when it was call corinas. So when new ownership took over I have it a shot. I took one dog one day and my other dog the next day. Few days later they both got terribly sick!!! And contracted kennel cough!! Not to mention they cut both my dogs when grooming them. Never again. They're cheap for a reason!!!!! I wish they could close down all together!!! DISEASE FILLED PLACE!!!!

I've brought my dog a few times here.. First few times I've had great service and were quick. I took him again to get groomed early morning and he's still not ready. When I called to check up on him the girl who answered just said " he's not ready we will call when he is" and hung up!! VERY RUDE & VERY DISSAPOINTED

WORST PLACE EVER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BOTH IN BUSINESS AND GROOMING!!!This is a very unprofessional we took our dog today to get a hair cut and a bath, we were told that it would cost us $49.00 we figured we would get something real nice in return well it turned out they did not do a reasonable job at all my pet had spots of hair that they didn't cut all over we picked him up and they did not even give him a bath we asked to speak to a manager and we were told by a guy that he was the owner and he said that they did what they could we told it was the first and last time going there and he encouraged us not to go back WORST PLACE EVER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Horrible place!!! Do not buy a puppy from them. They are incredibly rude and have absolutely no idea about the puppies or the papers. A friend of mine gave me the puppy but lost the papers and shot records, when I asked the guy/girl on the phone if I could have a copy he/she sneered at me on the phone and treated me like I bothered him/her for being so dumb to ask because "they release all paper work when you buy the dog" when I asked if I could get a copy of the papers which BY LAW the breeders are supposed to have if they are selling them as registered puppies refused and told me they WILL NOT bother the breeders because the papers are lost, it's not their problem. When I asked for the shots they said they do them in house and don't keep copies like he/she just told me. He/she then said if every person that bought a puppy from them called to ask for papers he wouldn't have time for anything. "This is not a clinic" & we do everything legal here like Petsmart" - Well at least Petsmart employees are friendly and know what they are doing.Super unprofessional! Even giving them one star is ridiculous, they deserve 0.If you plan on buying a puppy here do yourself a favor and don't, there are other places that are way better

Buyer beware! My shih tzu I bought has MAJOR bone deformities and is pigeon chested. The emergency vet looked at his xrays and said she had never actually seen anything like it. He has a heart arithmia due to his deformity and the lower portion of his heart isnt protected at all due to the way his rib cage falls. I have never owned a dog before so I did not catch the deformity in the store. These dogs are definitely puppy mill puppies. I spent 500 dollars on this dog and about 1500 dollars at the vet so far and it hasnt even been a month. I fully plan on calling the news and I fully plan on blasting this place on fb. The store seemed clean... the owner was friendly..... but that is the most I can say. For someone who works with dogs on the daily she CLAIMS she did not know...... HOWEVER, his chest clearly pertrudes to the point where it is putting pressure on his heart and lungs. She offered me grooming services for my troubles..... shux, thanks lady but I will pass. Now time to call teounle shooters and hopefully save the next 3 year old feom getting a sick dog for his birthday.

Visiting this pet store was a wonderful experience. The owner Jessica was kind and gave exceptional service. We bought an amazing puppy and Jessica helped us out greatly throughout the process of purchasing her. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Do not take your dog here to get groomed. Paid $50... dropped my dog off at 8am told me she would be ready by noon. Long story short, when we got home I noticed my dog was still dirty on her sides. We waited allllll day and just seems like she got a hair cut and nails trim. U can smell the scent they sprayed on her head smelled great but on her lower back she still smelled like a dirty dog. I called them back asking for a manager which she said she was. So I asked Claudia (the manager) if they had given my dog a bath and explained she still smells and was still a lil dirty. She told me she was given a bath and that maybe she just peed. What??! I could have given my dog a better wash then that !! It just sad that these lil businesses only wana make a quick buck . 👎

They stole pictures of my friends dog who is a puppy mill survivor. They sell puppies bred in puppy mills! Not okay. Greedy business owner. Wonder what else she's willing to lie about. Don't get a puppy here, go to a responsible breeder or rescue.

This place is insane! They have this thing called puppie financing and ive seen the same pups on Craigslist!!! And they so they flip them starting price is $$$2000! I also saw a old english bulldog and they tired to say it was a regular bulldog when it obviously wasent!!!! These place is a shame!!! Dont belive a word they say there just trying to take your money!And there cocktails where 800 each!! Whitch were basic !!

Horrible service. The guy named Jessica is rude and does not belong around people or pets. Read the fine line people before you drop off your pet or you'll pay for it later. And I don't know maybe it's just me but I don't think you are supposed to store pesticides right over food for pets.

Glad I read the reviews before purchasing a puppy a friend of mine just had miniature schnauzers and I asked her if I could buy one from her but she said hollywood boutique was selling them for her when I considered looking into it I read the reviews and automatically passed I will be looking into petland they do full vet check and come with papers this seems like she bribes people on selling there pets and triples the cost.
