Luis is great very polite and helpful. The whole staff of mechanics are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to repair your vehicle and make sure it's running properly. They did a great job on my 2015 2500 Chevy . I would highly recommend them and if I am in the area and need more work done they fully have my business.

Good work and great people. Solved my catalytic converter issue. I had since git my car. Everyone kept saying it's this and that. It had an ugly sound , they helped me get rud of it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t not come here. We towed our truck out there to have them replace the motor. They told us it would be done in 2 days. A week and a half later it wasn’t done. My husband called and told them he needed the truck done by Friday 10/06 because we had family coming to drive the truck back to Michigan. Friday came and they told us it would be ready by Monday 10/09. Absolutely ridiculous. They told us this could be done within 2 days and it wasn’t. The owner told my husband if he didn’t like it then he could take the truck back like that. And the shop wanted all the money cash. I couldn’t use my credit card or Apple Pay even though it says they accept those forms of payment. I reported them to the BBB. Karma is a b.Services: Transmission, Exhaust

It's a nice place to go and fix your truck and get your tires replace. The people working here are good workers, but some are not offering the service with a good attitude. Prices are good depending of what you want.

Alex took less than 45 minutes to replace 2 parts that others mechanics have taken up to 8 hrs. to do.Edit: after multiple mechanics have not been able to find out what's causing the vibration at high speeds, a mechanic here at Hernandez Tire and Muffler has finally told me that it's the CV axle. I also agree with him since that's what I've been bringing up to other mechanics and they tell me that it's not. The damn thing moves when it should be stiff.

I had a tire plugged here today and got amazing service! It was quick, and although I didn't have the cash on hand, but the guy plugged my tire and trusted me to go get the cash and return. I'm so thankful for these guys! I'll always give them referrals!. This was over a year ago, I've since had multiple tires plugged and bought 2 tires from them. Service is still great. I'll keep coming back!

This place messed up the wiring for the ABS on my car after they had replace the front struts. I went there 5 times because the guy kept on telling me I will fix it for you tomorrow, after the fifth time I gave up and decide it to fix it myself. Poor service and they tell you we will get it done in 1/2 hour and 3 hours later they are not done because they keep on jumping from job to job.

They told me I had faulty wiring to my transmission and did not print out the diagnostic but still charged me. It turns out it was just a bad fuse. They wanted to charge me $600!

I’ve been here twice. Both times in a major hurry, ( i couldn’t do without my car for more than 3 hours ), and both times on a budget (like I had 50 maybe 100) budget. “Honest mechanics” and a few other places kept quoting me $300 for a new CV axel. These guys did it for 60$ and I brought my own part from auto zone for $85. All and all them sending me to get the part first and charging me a very reasonable price for the labor saved me $150 dollars. And they still had the car fixed for me in an hour and I was able to make it to work. The time before I came for a tire/rim for a challenger. And they gave me the cheapest deal in town... I checked.
