Went to fill a prescription for my child and was told by a very rude clerk at the pharmacy counter that it will take an hour or so to get it done! I mean, really? An hour for 1 item? She said that there were other prescriptions ahead which I understand, but why hold back customers when they have very few items to get? That is terrible customer service! And what makes it worse, she absolutely couldn't care about what I needed by turning away from me to go stock the shelves behind her! HEB, YOU SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE!!!

Bare shelves Brandon strikes again...no cat food no dog food...no bread or tortillas! Thanks alot to hoarders that panic during a winter storm and to Bare shelves Brandon...we had to drive around town for our items...the security here is great... I dropped my wallet here once and they reviewed video for me...some dirt bag scooped it up right behind me...kept my 200 cash and tossed the rest...hopefully they didn't also steal... my identity....OH SNAP! Never did find it...

I made a short trip to this location to pick up a few things. It's a nice neighborhood store and it had all the items I needed. The store layout is simple and easy to navigate. Security seems to be pretty high in this area. Good experience overall.

In God we trust hello beautiful nd handsome blessed HEB framily I was disappointed I ordered dog food I have a chiwawa they sent me a 16lb bag of LARGE DOG Food. I'm disabled with no way to exchange for little dog food! How can I get an exchange since I don't have a car just a wheelchair?This is not the 1st time ordering dog food I always get small breed! Help its too hard for my little dog!

I usually like going to HEB stores but at this location, which I had to go for my mother, it was disappointing to see that not all HEB stores are being as cautious as should be. This store didn't have the wipes container fill with wipes so we can wipe the carts, the sanitizer container was dirty and the carts outside weren't being sprayed down with sanitizer like other stores. And all this in the same visit, unfortunately we all still have to be very careful about the virus, but doesn't seem like this store is doing their part...SMH

We call this heb the ghetto b. Lol. It just seems lacking and usually has a bad smell. We prefer the heb on nogalitos and park. It's the gucci b of the hood. It has everything I need and is always clean and fresh without having to roadtrip to stoneoak and take a daylong hike thru the real gucci b.

I usually get my supergreens salad mix from this store, but they didn't have it this visit. I've done my grocery shopping at HEB for years now and I've noticed that some items aren't available at all the stores. They seemed to be tailored to the neighborhood, which I guess isn't a bad thing. I just wish I didn't have to go to different stores to get all the items I need.

I absolutely love HEB. It's my favorite place to shop at. They have just about anything you need. And their partners are always friendly. If the place is dirty all you have to do is tell one of the csm's there. And they have go and clean it right up. That's what I call a clean place. Thanks HEB partners. Will be there later on today again.

Usually friendly staff and no issues in the past but went to return a cleaning product I realized I already had a similar one of, two days later after having paid cash for it, and manager on shift said the product was too low to return but I hadn’t even used it. I told her I could’ve easily filled it with water if I was trying to be deceptive. She refused to accept the item even after having made it clear that I wasn’t there for the cash and would be more than willing to exchange for store credit. I suppose I could’ve used my US Army Retired Veteran, it’s Memorial Day, show a little respect card but truth is, I just want the same respect as every other customer would get in the same/similar situation but I don’t believe that to be the case. I’m not gonna play the race card but I’m a younger looking, darker skinned, male with a street swag that tends to get questioned, doubted, profiled and denied/dismissed on appearance alone. She likely wanted to deny my request before it even started. H‑E‑B is usually much much better than this but this type of customer dis-service needs addressing.

Even though this is not the HEB I normally go to because this is my mom's side of town and it's a lot smaller so I didn't find the product I was looking for. But when I go on my side of town, I'll definitely find the product I'm looking for, so until next time, HEB is still the best!

Small not much of a selection on anything. The meat market is extremely small and the floors here always look dirty because it's just plain concrete no shiny wax floors here. I grabbed a TV dinner for my toddler and it was missing the desert listed on the picture.WTH she looks forward to that brownie lol. When Im not in a hurry I travel the extra distance to the culebra location. Totally worth it.
