This HEB and its curbside are consistent, however consistent does not mean satisfactory. We regularly have to return items for expiration or low quality reasons. It is clear that they provide their soon to expire and low quality foods to curbside. Rather than disposing of items not fit for sale, they provide them at curbside. Here is a photo of hamburger buns we purchsed. This food has been handled and resold and is NOT sanitary. The staff are always nice and the store always refunds, but how is this going back out?? Why do we keep having this problem? Management needs to take a close look at whoever is running this department before you get hit for a food safety violation.

I was very disappointed when I went to pick up an order from inside the store, and the manager told me I had to do the line outside. The line of cars was around 30-40 cars, and drivers were aggressive because the line was huge. My point of view is this... an associate already was helping meehy don't finished give me the order. They could save time and don't go out, put everything on the car, etc. I call this poor service even though the associate wanted to help me. HEB will need a bigger curbside area... they can use the front empty space for this. Because be in the line for more than 30 minutes is no worth for us, the driver because usual pay per delivery is between $4-$8

Today I went to go pickup my curbside order with my 7 year old son. When the employee came out with my groceries she was incredibly sweet and patient with my son. She asked if my son wanted to help load the groceries and he said yes. He’s at that age where he wants to help with everything. She was so patient with him and was engaging in conversation with him. I just to take the time to thank Elizabeth for being extra kind to him. Thank you.

Another employee got injured. Her fingers got caught in a customers car door and ripped it off. Between curbside and their warehouses HEB workers getting injured is a very frequent occurrence and once they are they are treated awful. Heb does not subscribe to workers comp in the State of Texas you need to sue to get anything. HR tries to mitigate risks and offers other ways to hush people who are injured. Plus If you get injured while working they put you on “light duty” work, humiliate you and treat you like you are worthless since you are useless to them until you recover even though they preach “partner first”. It’s a lie. I hope this curbside worker files a lawsuit for her injuries.

Great experience today. Priscilla at the counter for samples was really friendly and gave some great suggestions for products. Wanted to give her a specific nod. The actual HEB website didn't let me input this store location though.

This HEB was clean and it was nice. It was also organized and easy to find all the items I was looking for.The only recommendation I would make is when there is s line for check out there needs to be more urgency to open more check outs. Eventually, they were able to open two more lanes and the lines moved quicker. Overall, enjoyed the experience and will return in the future.

It is a nice store. It is well maintained and clean . Everything was fairly well stocked . They had a wide variety of food items along with household essentials. They have lots of Christmas items as well . There is a bakery, deli and meat and seafood sections . There is also wine and beer too . I was happy they actually had small carts . The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store . I would go there again . It earned five stars .

I was very impressed with how they handled their grand opening today. They had extra staff and everything seemed to run smooth. They had plenty of people restocking the shelves throughout our visit. We are happy to have you in our neighborhood. I was surprised that although there were many people at the store it didn’t seem overwhelming packed. I’m interested to see what new stores they will bring to the neighborhood now.

I love this HEB. It's always clean and a good shopping experience. Incredibly packed with people all of the time. I kind of wish it were a bigger store, but there is one down the road. I still like this one much more than the others.

I would give this 0 stars if I could . A racist manager accused me of stealing makeup every single time I go to heb when I always pay for my makeup and claims she will show me the footage and never did. She just showed me a picture of holding it. This was the most traumatic experiences I ever had in my life. Im very traumatized I can hardly function throughout the day . I’m already going through enough . I’m never shopping here again or any H-E-B in Texas for that matter . She needs to be fired. If you’re black I highly don’t recommend shopping here. I would report and call corporate but they are going to be on her side anyway. I see people opening things up all the time and never confronts them. Someone needs to pull my translation history at this store. She traumatized for life.

Love this new H‑E‑B. They have a lot of selections on pretty much everything. Quite a one stop shop from flowers and garden stuff to groceries plus home goods. Love the many selections of fruits, wine and cheese available too!

Glad this location was opened! Closest one to home. Has a gas station and car wash! Typical stuff you find at a HEB! Super clean (Obviously it's new), friendly staff, hopefully it stays this way!

It's an HEB, so the standard is set pretty high, but this particular one is always stocked, has friendly cashiers, and has great prices and coupons.

H‑E‑B does a lot of things well. However , their produce section is terrible. I have come home with moldy bags of onions, raspberries, oranges . I get we should always inspect when picking produce, it’s just hard to see when it’s in containers at times. Is there not a quality control check on your produce ? Just got these raspberries today

One of my favorite H‑E‑B’s. I go in for a few things and come out with a basket. Their displays and coupons get me every single time. The size of store is very convenient to do a quick in and out shop- but has all the necessities if a big shop is needed. Need a last minute gift? Jump into the James Avery that’s located inside the store

Best grocery store ever!Shout-out to the pharmacy. I just went to my doctor that sent new persciptions. HEB pharmacy filled those prescriptions and got it ready before I got home from my doctor visit! Excellent service!

H-E-B you’re always on point with everything . Except for today Curbside is ridiculous and there’s an hour wait to pickup in line for curbside. Please have a manager direct traffic if you have multiple entrances to curbside. You have land to build a bigger curbside lot. Please do better.

newest Heb (Potranco and hwy 211 in Stevens Ranch) and still the best.gas & carwash available. Whataburger is opening soon near curbside pickup so expect the parking lot to be a mad house.

I love this H-E-B, everything I need is in stock! Also, I love their pick up and how it is free if it is not Express. HEB also has their own brand where they make things such as pizza, veggies and other things which taste really good. Awesome place!

He took initiative and offered to run into the store to sub the item without my even asking. Not happy with my online shopping order. The person picking my items chose not 1 but BOTH smashed in juices. Just because we aren't there doesn't mean you can pick us the damaged items. We should be able to trust you are choosing good items.

Top notch! Lee at the live kitchen area helped me put together a recipe for this pulled venison bbq dinner. Came out amazing! 10/10 would recommend them for all your gourmet needs.
