Great prices, good grooming service, not so great customer service. But they know what they're doing, and that's why I go here.Our dogs fur can sometimes get matted pretty bad. They take the time to dematt, and make sure her coat is nice and soft when we pick her up.Been here 4 times over the last year and every time, we've never been disappointed.The only thing is they're not very outgoing towards customers from what I've seen and experienced. If that were to change, definitely would rate 5 stars.Would recommend for grooming over any other location I've tried.

I've been bringing my 4 fur babies for many years here. Gloria and Elise take great care of my babies and they do an amazing job and my fur babies are always excited to see them. Thankyou so very much for being such wonderful amazing women who care about all fur babies and love them just as thier own.

Took my puppy to be groomed had an appointment at 9:30 Saturday , dropped him off at 920, called several times around 12:30 &1:00pm, they weren’t answering so went to check up on him , at 2:30 , he was not ready, they given him a bath,, but they didn’t know how long it would be until they would get to him . What the use of making an appointment, we brought him home, still wet , he was so hungry thirsty and needed to potty. This groomer from the back kept yelling to change me for the bath, which I had already ask Gloria for the cost. The bath was $10, I gave Gloria $15. This wasMy 2 second time there. I first time they failed to clean his ears.

The staff are nice and polite. I pay extra for my dog to be groomed while I wait, since she’s a service dog and I can’t go anywhere without her. But each time I’ve been here, they ask what I want. I show them a photo, then tell them in detail. I want her to be cut short, do NOT cut between her eyes, I want her to have a unibrow…. I mean I give them plenty of info, plus the photo! She has never been groomed as I have asked, not a single time. This week was my last trip to this place!!! My fur baby was SHAVED between her eyes (you can see her skin). I don’t think they use a blade guide, since the hair is shorter in certain places. Below it a photo of where she was cut this time (she has been cut numerous times when going here! I’ll never use this place again!!!

TLDRRude, unprofessional and ultimately not coming back. Rough witg my dog and no explanation as to why she couldn't get a teeth brushing even though it was clearly offered as an "add on"I wasn't greeted up on entry, wasn't even acknowledged until I was in front of the older lady with glasses and even then she just assumed it was a nail trim and didn't ask about anything else. I noticed the "add on" board and asked for a teeth brushing and she just muttered "oh no.. oh no.. oh no.." no explanation just a no and head shaking.I just said "okay then..". They took my dog back and began working on her nails but with how rushed and rough they were with her I will just do it myself next time. It's time consuming but at least my dog won't be manhandled by a clearly overworked staff as if she's a nuisance. Anyways after they gave her back I finally asked why she couldn't have her teeth brushed and the lady just said they've "had a rough day" and to try Tuesday. I'm assuming she just wanted me to come back on a day she was off 😂Anyways, like I said. It wasn't their best customer service experience and I'll have to try one of the 15 other dog groomers down perrin beitel next time.

Took my dog in for a simple bath and brush and nail trim. Got her back very quicky, however. Her nails are barely trimmed, she is still wet in the face and other spots, and you can run your hand down her back and you will have loose fur all over your hand. It's as if someone didn't brush her, and didn't blow dry her very well. And when we called to ask her confirming the nail trim, she hung up on us twice and sounded like we ruined her day by calling. Rude and inconsiderate. Do not recommend this place

I have to say personally I am not impressed, with the facility. It's extremely overcrowded, stuff,Looks really old, staff was nice enough, but I really didn't get back the same dog that I dropped off. took in a miniature schnauzer that had an issue with a back paw. Not happy that the fact the toenails were cut but they were not ground down so they are still sharp , has been licking on his paws since he got home which distresses me he has never licked his paws this much after being clipped from other places. I have an issue with this , we will not be going back.

My Major hates being groomed, but they take really good care of him. Good staff, usually very busy; however the job gets done. A lil expensive, but I pay for the convenience; I live in the area. Dog friendly😊

Brought in my dog- a pit mix. He is such a baby when it comes to getting nails clipped so we don't get it done as often as I'd like. A lady clipped his nails and Gloria the owner cashed us out. She was very nice and very sweet. I'll definitely be coming by there again and use them for other services. Thank you,Gloria !

Took my baby there for her first groom ever and we dropped her off at 11am and specifically told them she had a dr appointment at 3 and they guaranteed she would be ready before then i understand that groomers get busy but when we called around 2 they said they had barely started. We arrived at 2:50 and she was barely getting groomed. Her haircut was so choppy and they stated that they couldn't work on her legs because she kept moving but that was not acceptable I understand it was her first time but they could have at least tried her body was so choppy and her legs were left long did not look good at all. And we still had to pay 65 dollars for a half a** job. I will definitely never be returning here. On top of that the older lady in the front was so rude. For 65 dollars I will just take my business elsewhere.

My pup has been coming here for about 3 years now. Never had any issues. He’s even done the boarding for several night. He always come back happy, excited and he appeared to be treated very well. Ignored my calls. Never answer their phone and it was already almost 3 hours since I've dropped off my dog. When I rang the bell to ask how long it was going to be the old lady with pony tail and grey hair put her hand up to me and told me she would call when he was ready lol. Like ok, I understand that but I just wanted an estimation because I had things to do and couldn't do them due to waiting on my dog for almost 3 hrs. She looked stressed but Still don't give attitude to a simple question. Lost a customer. This was the 2nd time I've been here and the first time was cool and didn't take as long. I don't care about the time I just wanted an estimation not rudeness.

This place was our go to. Lately she has dropped the ball on us twice. First we were to get a teddy bear cut and he came home with a lion cut. Blames on inexperienced staff. Second we set up appointments to have him boarded for the weekend. Sent us text to confirm even. Got there the day of, and the store was closed due to illness. Went next door to ask and found out she had been out all week. Would not answer her phone. Why send text confirming if you have business closed. A phone call would have been the least she could have done so that we could have made other arrangements but nothing and refusing to answer the phone was icing on the cake to let us know that this business is failing.

This is an awesome dog grooming shop and they have worked so hard to stay open through all of this. None better. And the lady who washed my dog did a very thorough excellent job. None better.. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Also I want to see how much you charge to trim a Great Danes nails. They are absolutely ridiculous and these trimmers don't touch his nails. Plus he absolutely hates his feet being touched. I mean he hates it. But they are too long.

The first two times were ok, 3rd time was excellent. This past week I went to get my dog, she looked like she hadn't been groomed at all. I paid the bill, but I will never go back.

I have been taking my little dog there for over a year. There have been few times when I didn't like the cut & had some complaints about her skin tags being cut. This last visit was horrible. It was as if they had never groomed her & didn't know what to do. They didn't cut the hair on her body - instead they used a blow dryer to make her poofey, they didn't trim her ears or cut her dewclaws. Her nails were uneven & rough. Her face was shaved & she had razor burn....I could go on & on. I did not complain because there was NO way I would've let them touch her again esp after complaining.

I've taken several of my pets who have come and gone to Gloria for about 18 year's after of few times of friends who have tramatized there pets with pet clinic's and chain groomers I get asked and recommend every time! They are especially good with the special needs and tramatized dogs! If your 🐕 is scared to be left let them know and schedule first or last appointment! It should be a good experience not,one that they don't like! There best for that reason!

The most awesome groomers in San Antonio. All the groomers are very attentive also they have an awesome set up for your pets to play and they let them out on grass when they need walking. Thank you ladies for taking care of papa. My dog always knows when we get there and cant wait to go inside.

Great prices and people. My pups look stunning afterwards! Little hole in the wall spot and sort of hard to spot but it's charming and welcoming once you walk up to and inside.
