The other day i went into store to do some easter shopping, and this store was so very messy and disorganized, as if employees and management gave up on picking up things and making it look presentable, store must be ran by different people because i remembering stopping in there a couple of months before last year and it was picked up and fixed looked so nice and clean. also all employees were just bunched in front no one on the floor to help me with item i needed, i went to go ask which was fine with but they were talking, only 3 employees 2 guys and 1 girl, so there was no sign of a head person on floor. I mean i don't know manager employees do better

If the register says card only and I start scanning my things and you have customers in front of you and you are like 5 registers away then don’t yell “MAAM ARE U PAYING WITH CARD?” After the employee close to me already asked me. I can read CARD ONLY and if you want to have self checkout then let me check out by myself. I don’t like being called ma’am and you should use your inside voice.

Standard Five below, but I did like the electronic section called "Five Beyond" and yes the prices are a little higher than 5 dollars, you can get things like head phones robot vacuums and other goodies....but like always check it out for yourself. 😄👍

Leaving a one star because this store at this location is very DIRTY.As you approach the store the parking lot is filthy with trash everywhere, not just their parking lot but the whole place is full of trash and their trash bin by the door is over flowing by more trash.Now the inside of the store is like a tornado hit it and you know they left the store like that the night before because I went in the morning and it was already destroyed. There was merchandise all through out the store on the floor especially in the back. I walked that whole store and was disgusted by how the store is kept. No manager would accept these conditions unless you don't take pride in your work. DO BETTER Five Below. I went on Sunday morning @9 am 12/17/2023.

I love this store a lot! Lots of great deals. You can find a while Lotta stuff here. The people here have great customer service and are friendly.

I am so ashamed that I thought this was a young girls clothing store but while waiting for a ride I found myself looking at some items outside so I wandered in and fell in love ❤️. I now knew what the name of the store meant and great gifts for Moms day. Not to mention the Squishmallows😍

Five below is a discount chain that's a higher priced dollar store. This store is very clean and organized. It's my go to when I visit the south side.

Just a low end store rather go to the flea market for a lot less and don't get the party balloon so cheap..of course been here just getting stuff here is not as before and plus it's selling bags cause you can't even get a bag from the check out how sad.

It was nice. The cashier was polite and sweet. Store was clean and looked pretty. Bought some headphones there. Haven't tried them out yet. But if I don't like them she said I could get my money back! Which is good for me. LoL

Not a great store..items so cheap and if you buy the party Ballon it's very cheap and doesn't match the description anywhere close. Couldn't even get store credit after asking because of loss of receipt it happens. But that's where my Google review comes in to best serve justice .let me upload this video too.

Nothing seems to dive dollars or below lol. Everything is $5 plus. But overall good to take the kiddos to spend allowance or for a small reward.

Personal I love this place it's basically an upgraded version of Dollar tree. Better things. Still cheap products but decent cheap products. Lots of arts and crafts stuff. Chargers and whatnot definitely worth stopping by every so often

If I could I would no star because this place is horrible. We were in line and all of the self check out kiosks were card only & I was paying cash. The manager told her 1 employee to tell us to wait on the other side of the store holding up the line for people with cards because she didn’t want us to ”be in the way”. How we were in the way I don’t know, where she told us to stay was in the way. So we decided to move up to her kiosk that way everyone in line could start paying & she looks to her 1 worker and starts yelling at her ”don’t be telling them to move up in line, I told you to tell them to stay there” right there in front of a PACKED store. That worker looked so embarrassed, I feel so bad for her. We told the manager that she didn’t tell us to move, we moved because we were holding up the line where we were standing and she starts to argue with us. Look, I understand that your frustrated but yelling at an employee in front of everyone is very ugly and unprofessional. For 2 she started to argue with us customers being very ugly. God bless your soul.
