AMAZING! Best customer service, so kind to my big boy. Easy to schedule with and very clean salon. We have many special needs and they always accommodate. He can be a stinky boy but comes home handsome, shiny, and squeaky clean. Been with them for about 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time taking our two Aussies and they did a great job. They were very accommodating and patient with my boy Kobe who requires a little more attention because he gets anxiety. Everyone was very nice, we found our new groomers.

I stopped by this place to inquire some information about grooming my long haired dachshund. The owner was so attentive, reassuring, kind and friendly as I warned her that my dog can be a little dramatic and sassy when it comes to brushing and nail clipping. She suggested scheduling a groom for a late afternoon appointment for the following week as there would be less animals there so we could avoid my dog being nervous / overwhelmed. Even though I described that although my dog is a sweet girl but isn’t a fan of being groomed she still said she was happy to meet and work with my dog regardless. The following week I picked up my dog and she looked fabulous! The owner and her husband were so patient and loving with my dog and she looked fabulous! I can tell they truly love animals and took care of my baby as if she was their own. They are truly a business I am happy to support. Genuine people with a genuine business. Will absolutely be coming back! We had a great experience!

I love FW&L! Your dog is treated like royalty! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, schedule timing is great. The services are awesome! I can ask for something specific, like a certain type of shampoo and they can accommodate. They have great recommendations and their pricing is very competitive and on point. If you haven't been, I highly recommend you try it, your fur family will love you for it!

Been everywhere in town looking for a perfect groomer!! Finally!!!! We screamed with joy when we picked up our big standard wire dachshund! Just phenomenal and such a loving and warm environment. (Just like the adorable owner!!!). So so happy and we will forever be her client. Can’t wait to have our others wires groomed!!!!

Always a great experience. Staff has been amazing friendly and accommodating from the beginning. Text reminders are super helpful. Our dog looks good and feels good coming here. They make her feel plenty comfortable and they give us good feedback on how she did during the groom. Would recommend to any dog owners!

My fur babies loved it here! She took great care of the them. My dogs were way over due for a groom and she does not shame! She did everything with a smile! Ayya is hands down the best pet groomer I’ve ever known. When I first got my Pomeranian, I didn’t know where to go and I was introduced to her by my aunt. My Pomeranian has gone there since for the last 9 years and will only go to her! Check out the shop! She really loves and cares for your pets and takes the time to groom them. Her prices are also fair!

Our experience here was incredible thanks to our groomer Hannah! This was my dog Tucker’s first experience here and we were a bit nervous. Hannah was so kind and took the time to listen to to all of our needs and help navigate all of our questions, and then she made it happen!! Tucker looks so handsome now and he loves his haircut. I will definitely be returning here!

This place is the best! I brought in my little stinker for a quick bath and groom and Hannah and Ayya were amazing. They were so sweet to my dog and really treated her like their own. She usually hates baths and getting her nails done, but Ayya worked some kind of magic on her (I was told she almost fell asleep during her bath). Highly recommended to anyone looking for a more focused spa-like experience for their dogs.

I’ve used this groomer for almost a year the owner had always been so friendly and great customer service today, I had my baby dropped off by my daughter. Who ran a few min late, I took all that into consideration. But prior to today when Ive called lately to schedule my baby, Hannah is very short, rushed and not very friendly, I asked to speak to the owner and not sure if today was their off day or this is just their new attitude. But they were highly bothered, I was scolded for being a few minutes late and she offered to do an actual hair cut but was very cold about the return time and was outlining the conditions for future appointments that I had never been informed of prior today, it just seems they are growing and getting busier and cannot provide the same caring customer service they once provided. I know I’m the only negative review thus far but it is important to share real experiences sothat all consumers have a clear idea before choosing to give business to someone that literally did not care of she lost a customer.

These ladies are amazing! They are so kind and provide wonderful care and patience. This is my first time using a groomer and Margaret’s first time being to one, and I am so pleased with the experienced. She looks and smells wonderful, and she came home happy (rather than holding a grudge like she tends to do when she is inconvenienced)! We have found our favorite groomer!

Tried this place today picked up my doodle. over $100(including tip) to have him simply bathed ears done nails trim and private parts cleaned up this is included in the spa package detailed on their website. Pretty upsetting to get home to see his butt was not cleaned at all will never come back or reccomend this place. Terrible customer service giving him back like that. They had him for almost 2 hrs idk how that goes unchecked. :/ he is well behaved and the groomer even said he was really good sitting still.

Amazing experience! My pup is an anxious girl but our groomer, Ayya, made sure she was comfortable and happy and she came out looking beautiful! The puptails and doggy brews were cool, too, made by an awesome “barktender”! Definitely take your furry friends in for a fun experience and an amazing groom from people that care!
