The clerk did not allow me to use my coupon simply because the item did not look like one in the photo. But if you read the coupon. The coupon clearly allows for more than what you see pictured. I read it aloud to him and he repeated my total to me. He was not trying to talk about the coupon. He was a short man with facial hair and tattoos. Was not wearing a name badge and their name does not print on the receipt. His check stand light was not on either but he was standing there so we asked if he was open.I would understand if I was misusing the coupon but that is not the case at all. I'm shocked by his customer service. I left the detergent behind since he would not honor or even try scanning my coupon.The location on Wurzbach has amazing customer service. This location I only stopped at since I was waiting for my food order up the street.

I just wanted some snacks and the employees looked annoyed that I was there. They completely ignored me and when the girl gave me my change, she kind of tossed it onto the counter. I never post a bad review, but this was unacceptable. They really need to get better employees smh

Didn't give them any is it I guess I'll give them one star but I do not want to give them any stars cuz it won't let me post anything unless I give him a rating or get a good review cuz the person that was working there when I was shopping made it seem like I was going to steal I have money and she actually told the other employee will make sure she does not stay in the office and look at the cameras I am so angry and I couldn't enjoy my store experience cuz I felt like I was being watched I had a bad experience what happened back in the day we used to enjoy shopping now we can't do that when we got money

Ugh this place is disgusting and when I say disgusting I mean it!!!!! I don’t know how anyone enjoys this store, they have mess and clutter everywhere. It’s so unorganized, there was a huge aisle blocked with a mountain of water bottles! It’s nasty and I don’t recommend it to anyone. They need to really get better workers who can actually put the shipment stuff away or close this place down because it’s a shame! And then the lady’s are rude and all cussing and yelling at eachother. Ew 😝
