This Family Dollar is huge. Along with the section for clothing and slippers there was a great selection for shampoo and facial Scrubs, holiday items and a multitude of things I probably don't need lol. The biggest surprise was the size of the grocery section to include frozen foods. The young man at the counter with the beard was incredibly friendly when we walked in. Nice to know all the offerings and will definitely stop again!

I go to this cause work close to it so Cash app once a week been doing it for awhile I've never had a problem with them until one day $282 I back to work in the parking lot I was going to send my rent from phone I didn't have enough the person deposit $182 not the $282 that I gave I know I'm never going to see that money again just letting you I had to put a Star to post

We are on vacation so we stopped in for snacks and drinks. While at this store my 6 year old needed to use the rest room. That is a NO. IT'S NOT OPEN TO CUSTOMER. It's not hard to walk into an establishment and find what you want or need. It's a well organized store, I may get a "hello" but I really wish the bums or the male creepers didn't exist at this location. It's my local Family Dollar & I forget why I dislike going here.

Why are you guys saying you are closed today 8/22/2023 at 8:15am? The store has several people inside but I’m told it’s closed when I try to walk in. There is no sign as to what and I’m trying to make it make sense. I normally have no issues with this place but today I’m not understanding.

This is my neighborhood store, so If I need something I have to come here. If I had an option I WOULD NOT. Here's why: I ride a bicycle and have a backpack ( a nice clean visibly closed backpack) the employees do not allow backpacks and will go out of their way to make a production out of their store policy ( which needs to be in writing somewhere, but I highly doubt it) here's what is a fact: MY BACKPACK IS MY PERSONAL PROPERTY...the same as a lady's purse or a diaper bag or anything else that citizen's carry. Most store employees think they're in some sort of powerful position to enforce a SEPARATE law from the rest of the USA.Which makes me sick to even go in the store.My backpack has MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN IT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO HOLD IT FOR ANY REASON!

Check expiration dates and if food is fresh! My girlfriend and I have gone here to get random items and while there id grab a snack. More than half the time we get home and it’s expired or has a whole in the bag. So I started checking and noticed much of their stuff was expired. I just went with my girlfriend so she could get some gloves to dye her hair and I grabbed a drink and she got some cookies. Cookies expired and Starbucks drink cap didn’t pop when I opened it meaning it was spoiled. Literally threw $5 in the trash. Never going to this location again.

Bought some reading glasses for $6 to replace the same readers I bought at a convenience store for $12. Definitely recommend Family Dollar stores if you want to save money!

I do not know what they did with the last Manager. She was so sweet ♥ The new crew ARE RUDE ESPECIALLY THE BLONDE LONG HAIR*who claims to be a manager.. It Needs to read return policy.. or just LEAVE our store Please!!!!!!!!! Hire better people..!!!!!!!! MOST OFTHE CREW. PLEASED GET RID OF THEM ASAP!!!!!

Sorry , but girl with the blonde hair was extremely rude! First off there was a long line costumers waiting to pay, the lady at the register kept ringing the bell for the girl with blonde hair to come up and help out with the line. She was on the phone the entire time with a friend having a personal conversation then when she came up she had the nerve to say make sure y'all are six feet apart! Well how about you make sure your doing your job by helping out the line and we wouldn't have to be standing so close to each other! Also I didn't appreciate her talking on the phone with her headphones on the entire time shes ringing me up no hello how are you nothing! She was seriously having a conversation with a friend about moving back to Houston getting an apartment? Well please move back to Houston and get better friendly employees cause she is not right for the job. Also I see other reviews about this particular girl maybe it's time management step up!

You wouldn't expect such a neighborhood hole in the wall to be stocked up so nicely, and all clean and orderly but it is! Very nice.

This store was great and I will definitely be going back! Yay! The parking was easy, they had a nice assortment of items and prices were great. As someone else mentioned, not everything is a dollar, but many things are. The woman who helped me was kind and friendly. Don’t let the exterior sway you from going inside.

Family Dollar is my favorite neighborhood shopping stop. I eat like an out of control toddler, so this place offers me all my favorite foods without making me look at too many healthy options and feel guilty. It's also entertaining. Tonight I watched a gentleman try to shop lift two locks and some hair ties. I'm sure he had something else up his sleeve but there was a line and the check out kid didn't want to sacrifice customer service for whatever trinket hidden gods knows where on this guy. Give 10 stars if I could.

Well last time I went it was unstocked,pizza boxes opened only two left they need to keep it better stocked,management and staff very nice though and heloede check out,great location,just needs to be better stocked and cleaner.

Its a nice store and location only problem is they don't have public restrooms. My 8 hr old son had to use the rr and wouldn't let him use theirs so he had to go outside since it was an emergency.

The lady on the floor was very nice and stopped what she was doing to take care of me. However the store manager was very rude when I walked past her on my way out and said bye bye, she just gave me this expressionless look and didn't say anything back to me.

I am a regular shopper of this store I live on the same street. Recently I made a purchase and I asked if u could get a double bag for my milk, I was on my bicycle, I also had bread a and a package if donuts, the employee took the milk out if the bag put it with the bread and used the bag to double it. When I explained I was on a bike the bread would be smashed, I just needed it for the milk, I asked her twice she finally got me one and literally threw it at me. I'm sorry but when I see her working I turn around and leave. Very rude and very unnecessary.

Was chased through the store and told to leave my purse at the counter. I've worked at several retail stores and this is totally unprofessional and humiliating. PAID for my items and will not be returning. I'm letting corporate know about my first experience to this location.

Family Dollar always has unique items at great prices. They carry many items that you would not expect at a dollar store. Of course everything does not cost a dollar, but the prices are reasonable and the quality is descent.

Terrible,the customer service lady in her fifty's so she should know better long hair,had no customer service,I was insulted,and felt like I'm not coming back to this store,actually I did not feel as a a customer I felt I should not be there.
