Came to store for ice cream. Problem started with being in line and being skipped. I clearly was next but the so called store manager just ignored me. I spoke up and he gave me an attitude. The started to say "I don't want to end up in jail."(what? Is that a threat?) I don't take kindly to threats. So, I said why are you on the register? If this is not your job, I'll leave the things here and I'll leave you to put it up.🤬🤬🤬. (The so called manager is white, bald, with muscles; just for show,and works at this store. 1. Can't handle the store; QUIT!!😡. 2. CANT HANDLE YOUR STAFF; QUIT!! 3. OVER ALL JUST QQUUIITT!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.IF I EVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE, IT'S THE WRONG STORE MY MISTAKE I NEVER WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS JUNK STORE. 😝😝🤮🤮🤬🤬.

This store is horrible I went to buy a gift of 70 dollars and they didn't scanned it right and made me loose my money I try refunding it and they didn't gave a shiittt don't ever buy gift cards from that stor3 (trust me)

I went in and the worker (female) was cursing as she was ringing up customers. The younger man was just there arranging stuff an not a single employee said anything to her. Very unprofessional! This isn't the first time we've had issues the employees here are very rude, always on the cell phones, having loud conversations . The only young man that I've seen is light complected and always super helpful and nice. I just wish someone higher up would pay this store a visit.

This was my wife's and I first time coming to this location. The shelves are fully loaded and everything is stocked. They really offer a great selection. Also they use paper bags, we personally liked them a lot. We will be back.

The worker with the stringy red hair is rude AF and needs training in customer service. We shop there ALL THE TIME. We needed to get some black & Milds. Instead of saying “I’m sorry, but a new rule requires me to request your id.” Instead, in such a negative way she said, “I need your ID”. Then when asked about it she said again with an attitude “I need your ID”. I understand it’s only Family Dollar, but damn, put more training into your associates. This is not the first time she was rude. I’ll take this to upper management if need be. She needs to be pulled and retrained.

I Live on the other side of town , i come to this location & as soon as i walk in the store i feel very welcomed ! KIM is an awesome person Always keeping the store clean & in order ! There needs to be more employees like her ‼

It says grand opening today they did not have the sales ad ,advertising the cokes and sprite 2 for 9 dollars so don't even bother to go they should had been more prepared when they advertised a sale make sure you have in stock

Its ok if you want to buy something small. But, other than that I'll keep going. Cashier's are not friendly though. Thats why I gave the store a 2 star

Employees are not the friendliest, I have seen some incidents occur while there. There is also a dental place trying to hand out information to everyone? I guess they have some partnership, but it's annoying.

This was the worst of the worst I understand the modeling fine but the people working there are so rude an unprofessional the store was also hazardous to walk around like I said I understand they're remodeling but I think the attitude of the employees needs to be remodeled I don't recommend this place at all

One of the male workers today was extremely rude to me and said I needed a mask when no one in the store was wearing one he specifically looked at me no one else and said u need a mask to be in the store never going there again🖕🏻

I'm Disable and this Family Dollar store doesn't care about enforcing the handicap parking they can see them park and say nothing to them or if you bring it to the managers attention they do nothing either.....

There was three employees following me looking at me like I'm stealing I had a full basket and they were following me until paid they were freaking me out the funny thing is that I always go there everyday and pay with a credit card
