Every time I go in that store is very clean and the staff is very professional. The store is neatly organized. I'm very surprised with some of the merchandise that they have in stock. The merchandise they have in stock is the same kind of merchandise that you would find in a bigger grocery store. Even some of the prices are better than the bigger grocery stores. I highly recommend the store.

Love this Family Dollar. All employees are pleasant. Store for the most part is clean.The manager on the other hand, is rude, and unprofessional. Not once, not twice but three times have I had encounters with him. Coupons are displayed, on the product, with correct dates, and item, and he won't honor the price, because they have "technical " issues. Can he not manually honor the price? I know he can. I keep coming back, because ALL other associates are pleasant. Someone please teach this man what false advertisement on a retail facility is. He's done it one too many times, without a single apology.Rude, and zero customer service manners. This coupon was displayed....

I finally downloaded the app so I can use the coupons out of it and it doesn't work the coupons don't even work for this stuff that it says because I clipped my $5 coupon for my gain products and it did not take it off.

This is the cleanest,most organized family dollar I’ve ever visited. Employees are all ver nice! Assistant manager, Miranda, is very nice and respectful. Cashier gaby very nice!

FUTURE DOLLAR GENERAL CUSTOMEROrdinarily one of my go to places BUT.....they seem to have issues keeping their own policies. I went to return two unopened items, that I previously asked about returning due to wrong size, and they offered store credit but only for that time. I could now only exchange (right now) without the receipt and because they didn’t have anymore gift cards they couldn’t give me store credit. If I knew this when I asked the other visit I would not have gotten the second item and exchanged rather than bought two of different sizes. Disappointed customer that WILL NOT be returning!

The store has great deal, it however to compact but my main problem is they told me that they only have bathroom for their employees. I had to go to what a burger to do my business needless to say I will never shop there anymore the employee can purchase everything on the shelves.

This store is a great option when you need grocery and/or household items and you don't want to drive to a larger grocery store. In fact, they have household items not found in a grocery store. While they do not have produce, they have most of what you need - eggs, milk, butter, paper towels, toilet paper, hair care products, laundry detergent, etc.

The manager does not know the difference between coupons. you can use manufactured coupons with digital.
