Very stocked up and organized store. Prices of course are higher than other stores because of the “CONVENIENCE “ they offer you to purchase necessities and other odds and ends. This location is cool and we shall return in the future.

I asked a lady a question. Just to see if I could use what's left on my card and cash for the balance she rudely responded whatever and then had the nerves to wonder why it didn't work. She didn't even ask me how much, anything. She could careless. Customer service is terrible.

Walked in and didn't recognize the store. They moved the cashier to the other side so it is now on the right when you walk in. It was clean and well organized except where they are still working on a section. One thing stores tend to forget is a warm greeting which the cashier did. I will be returning and will rate again after a few months.

I only come here for the chips, candy and soda. 😂 But do occasionally have bought regular household items and have to say it's always been a good experience. These dollar places usually have one cashier and long lines but this place has two whenever I've gone and I'm in and out pretty fast. Also the aisles aren't full of inventory waiting to be stocked like most other places so definitely a big plus. This Family Dollar is officially Frank Approved! 👍😊

Faulty Alarm terrorizes the neighborhood. This store has a loud alarm that no one monitors. And it "constantly plays a very loud alarm all day long," It tortures everyone who lives near it, and no one cares to fix it. zero stars! forced to give one

This location has gotten a bit messy and not easy to move around in the store. They also no longer give cash back at time of the day. Always, low on change as well. Don't forget downloading there app!!! Lots of good deals and coupons specials!!! Now has ATM machine!

I will never shop here again, clerk and manager thought I was a theft or a thug. You can see in their faces how they judge you, I paid with a 50$ which made it worst. I've never seen someone use the marker on the dollar 3 times. I always shopped here, but now I wouldn't recommend anybody going unless you wanna be treated like a typical thug.

Was treated rudely by the manager after I came across some food products that were on the shelves yet had a POSTED EXPIRATION DATE of 2015 in the year 2017 to him so that they would be discarded, but when I went back a few days later I came across those EXACT SAME PRODUCTS that I had pulled off the shelf, were PUT BACK ON THE SHELF AGAIN to be sold KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY POST EXPIRATION DATE BEING NOTED BY THE MANAGER! UGH! 🙊 ☹️🤢☠️🤢☹️🙊

Someone caught stealing so one of the workers thought it was a good idea to literally run after the guy, chase him in the parking and push. SMH a big no no, putting your life or the lives of your customers in danger is unacceptable! Not a smart move!

Just went by I know they close at 9 so I was gonna go last minute but for some reason the 2 girls decided to lock up early.. I don't know if the managers know they are doing this I must of seen 3 or 4 difernt ppl walk up then walk away mad.. just saying why advertise yaw close at a certain time but in reality yaw close when yaw feel like it

This use to be my go to store. But not anymore. There's always something wrong. One day they won't have any baskets, some days they're out of shopping bags, or some days they'll have signs on the door saying "cash only", isles are always crowded with merchandise and last the employees are always playing around and talking like there are no customers around to hear them.

Honestly if they had a negative star that's the one I would give Cynthia the cashier is rude very very rude but yet someone she knows walks in and she greets them real nice how convenient I've seen some bad customer service but she dont got no knowledge on customer service I think family dollar is pretty desperate to hire anyone like that and as far as the manager Gabriel he's dumb slow ignorant and worst customer service ever no wonder why the staff is the same monkey see monkey do get some respect for your customers and treat people as you want to be treated and on top of that the store is dirty and always closes before it's time I feel like corporate needs to come clean house and get some people with great customer service

Lmao yo we called to ask if they had fans...fans that blow air...box fans...fans that you plug in the wall...I really don’t know any other way for us to describe what a fan is. We even spelled it and the girl said “look I don’t know what that is”. And y’all got people handling money that don’t know what the hell a fan is. Made my night. I’m dying laughing.

they're not always very friendly just went a while ago two ladies I have been to the register one bought three packs of toilet paper one bought two big packs I'm going with three packs of the cheap toilet paper the ones for 275 and they told me no yet they let the other ladies get theirs I didn't argue I just complied but I don't think that was fair

It's as organized as any other family dollar. There's nothing really that makes it stands out besides the fact that they have a sign saying they don't accept cash, when in reality they do.
