On March 10 had a purchase made but told the young man I didn't want the box of matches, so he said okay but later found the receipt and low and behold the dum dum charged me for it. $5 bucks too much and neatly 13 dollars final sale. Disputing with this store as it was clearly not right and even intentional as it seems. So be aware if you go there and after church wasn't my idea to go there. I found this receipt looking for Walmart ones to get my claim from yet another chain store who like to steal your money too.

This is the worse store I can go to I bought a few items all my food was expired and on my pack of Huggies diapers I found a worm that could have hurt my baby. Apparently human services have not don’t anything to fix the problem in this store. I don’t recommend this store for food items due to having everything expired including ice cream pizzas and other items.

Such a lovely store. Very clean and organized, cashier's are amazing and friendly! Now that there's a new manager this store has gotten a whole lot better, they now have change which was never a problem for me. These workers are hardworking and always get the job done

When are these people going to stop using covid as an excuse for not having any change. They do realize coin shortage isn't a thing anymore. Then why do they close the store when they feel like it. This past Sunday they close at 8:30 when hours are till 10pm?

The store was clean inside. The shelves appeared to be stocked well. The employees were very friendly. The parking lot was clean. The store was well lit inside and I was able to find what I was looking for pretty easily. The store had plenty of parking outside and it it easy to spot from a moving vehicle travelling at street speed. It's Sunday 11/14/2021. The store should be open at 9am. It's 1136am and store has not open. I had to go to dollar general instead

this place never has change not even for a $20 i call bs they just dont wanna do their job because they declare their register early so they can leave early managers encourage this behavior they lock the doors at 8pm when thats not closing time and open late every day. This family dollar is harbouring bad employees and ignorant managment also apple pay hasnt worked in monthes and they refuse to card load,smh dont go here unless u have exact change or card

In my opinion, they have a very decadent service, the cashiers, they serve you lousy, they never have cash for purchases, personally I think that 🤔 it should not be called a store, horrible

I gave this store a 1 star because when i was paying for my items the person at the register said i couldn’t bring my dog in the store because they have food items. Not to mention other stores let me take the dog in specially being that it’s a service dog. She did not ask me nor did i tell her because it’s obvious, the tags were on the dogs collar. I also mentioned to her that if they don’t allow dogs for her to let the manager know so she can post a sign up. I will be bringing this issue up to corporate.

This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this manager at this location I feel that my civil rights as a customer have been violated. to have the manager walk around with you and ask you why you came in there store made me feel like a shoplifter.I never in my life taken anything from anyone, let alone a store. Very poor customer Service . Especially coming from a manager. Maybe they're empty parking lot should have been an indicator for me I guess she is never heard of the Better Business Bureau

Instead of them resolving a defective item they sold me they're more concerned about my Mask being on rather giving me my money back. I wouldn't have to come back if they would not sell a defective item. I ask for the corporate number and still ask me for my mask I don't have time for BS and left I will be calling home office

Julie was beyond rude, I had to repeat myself twice everytime I answered her questions. She seemed bothered to be there. I will not shop there anymore it just happened to be on my route home.I'll shop at the location near the lady of the lake any day. Those ladies know something about customer service. Maybe Julie should spend a day at their store for some training.

2nd best Family Dollar In San Antonio Tx I've been too. The other is closer to home 🏡 and has a bit better selection of clothes besides all the other item's it has in the store like a mini Walmart in your neighborhood. 🙂 Family Dollar is one of my Best store's to shop.

I shop at this Family Dollar from time to time, and I didn't have any issues finding anything. Staff was Melancholy which is what you expect to find at these little shops LOL overall good experience I guess
