If you want GREAT customer service ask for the manager Hector and the assistant manager Irene they are great. My husband and I have never had better experiences with any other pawn shops in town. We drive across town just to get the great customer service and prices.

Selling items at a HIGH price then “discounting” it is not a discount that’s criminal simulation. Making something seem to be more than it’s worthoverpriced beaten up dang near antique firearms 💀 then the lady has the nerve to say it’s “already discounted”. Lady that’s a death trap your selling it’s missing vital screws and swivels that make it safe to shoot

Hector was amazing! Answered all of our questions and helped us with everything we needed! They had a great variety of different x boxes and he even turned it on and tested it to make sure everything worked properly. I also got a free pair of beautiful silver earrings for spending $150.00.

I had the best experience today at EL Buffalo Pawn. SW SIDE. Irene not only had a welcoming and friendly demeanor but embraced my time of need with a great supportive friendly attitude. if i could give buffalo pawn negative stars i would, i thought this was reputable pawn shop but according to workers like BRANDON it’s not. according to HIM buffalo pawn follows different procedures than other pawn shops which doesn’t seem lawful. i called the store and i got Brandon on the phone he told me that he had no record that i’ve ever made a payment to a pawn i had for months. He told me that it was out for sale and unless i came in and had proof that i mad a payment , i was out of luck basically. So that being said i went in and asked the guy in the front about what i had heard on the phone and he immediately yelled “WELL THAT WASNT ME IDK WHO YOU WERE TALKING TO” which i didn’t even ask to know who called. He went on about how even though they pulled my pawn that i have to speak to the manager because he doesn’t know anything about what i was talking about. Brandon also stated that since they were a “ideal” pawnshop that they don’t make phone calls for when the pawn is pulled which i understand completely but brandon continued to belittle me and said “well does the light company call you to tell you your power is being cut off” and i was completely taken aback. i said yes i get text notifications and he made it seem like i didn’t know what i was talking about. i hope i never experience someone like brandon again. i will be contacting Hector THE MANAGER Thank you!

I have to admit , the employees were very well concerned to peoples need and buying or selling. The employees showed respect at all times to me as a Customer and as a retired War Veteran. I would recommend anyone to this Pond Shop. I brought an instrument to sell and was well satisfied with my sell at its best limit with a great Understanding. Doors were locked before 630pm. Yes We arrived two mins before closing, but it wasnt 630 yet. Any retail or food store I have worked at, we never closed before the time stated on the door. Its against policy. But apparently these pawn shops are allowed to closed up to ten mins before 630. Thats ridiculous. Rant over

They lady was very rude. Called my purse fake. Yet went to another 2 pawnshops and they said it was real. Very dirty in there. Lady worker came at me like she was gonna hit me. I’m only giving 1 star cuz I can’t give 0!

I take back my prays. After one or more of their employees made a mistake I was held responsible for it, and my items were held ramsond until I fixed the mistake They has lost their way, personal either not trained correctly or they prefer to hirer incompetent people. Aftet I'm able to remove the last of my items I will never use them agin.

They posted Wii and Wii U’s on Facebook as is this morning for 30$ but when I got there and asked about it she said they were as is because they were just trying to move them. I was just going to buy it for the game pad and when I verified the game pad worked I said they are 30$ and she said no 60$. Then she deleted the post from Facebook so when I went to show her it was no longer available. The add was posted by the girl that I was dealing with and not the pawn shop so I would under stand if it was a mistake as she said just the Wii’s were 30$ but the add got deleted as soon as I tried to make a purchase. Found the listing on offer up by roger and they had stickers on the with 30$ price tag.

By far the worst management I've had the displeasure to do business with. You'll get bottom dollar for VERY expensive merchandise, they sell your items before your grace period is over, rude employees......AVOID AT ALL COSTS....

Pawnshop is really bad, the people are good and great on service but when you sell something they they ask for little and sell it for more for a example I sold my ps vita to this pawnshop for 60$ which is worth at least 100$ and then sell it for 120$ and you sell a brand new game they ask for 5$ but rarely rarely 10 and sell it just about full price the only reason I went to this pawnshop to sell my stuff because I really needed the money, so if your going to buy or sell something be sure to do your research.
