This is my new go to shop when in San Antonio! Awesome family owned shop that is clean, with great service, nice lounge, comfortable atmosphere, and a nice selection of not just the big box smokes, with people that appreciate the craft!This place is like going in to visit with your family and you enjoy getting your next smoke instead of some other places that can be either really standoffish, or pretentious, or dark.Everyone feels welcome here and you will likely find a new smoke you never tried and now love and I'm a 25+ year guy in the game!

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They also have a good selection of cigars, pipe tobacco and accessories. So glad there is finally a great cigar shop and lounge on this side of town.

I rarely place reviews on stores unless they are really bad. But this place is the exception! My lord the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is gentle. The bathroom has complimentary items for hygiene that harkens back to 1940s high class standards. The shop spirit is lifted each second by their doggy mascot Dundee. The green walls and high ceilings help me relax in this chair while I enjoy my Tabak!

Mr. Brown is a wonderful host and the selection on the cigars is great. Really love how he lets you smoke and relax in the main lobby even without a membership. Truly one of the most accessible places in town to have a smoke and talk with a very knowledgeable man.

Great stick room! EJ the owner was quite informative and even lives in the neighborhood. It’s my only stick room to go to in Nowrthwest 210! Go and ask for EJ, be sure to tell him Mr210 sent you!

Walked in yesterday just to peruse the selection, and was greeted with a very cozy store-space and a great selection.The gentleman there (who i assume was the owner) helped me choose a few cigars that were new to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable in the different blends, sizes, wrappers etc and i definitely learned some things. Great store and I would gladly go there again next time I need to resupply.

Maaaaan listen, call before you go, I don't normally post bad reviews. I've tried coming to this place 3 different times, months apart and EVERY time there's been some sign on the door saying they're closed for this or that.

I can not say enough good things about this place. The older gentleman is extremely wise and constantly gives me advice and tips for how to cut, smoke, ash. The young woman is also incredibly nice and helpful as well. The lounge is nice even though I have not used it just yet because it's going to be even nicer in the future. If you want a store for your cigars I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

The customer service was wonderful. I was here purchasing a birthday gift for my son. The owner took his time answering all of our questions and made some wonderful suggestions. Notes were even made with our purchase so the next time we stop by we can request the same cigars as last time. Our son enjoyed his gift . Thank you !

Fantastic place! Great selection of cigars, cutters, and lighters, with a cozy spot to smoke inside. An upgraded club room is located inside too. I'm very happy they opened up as it makes for an easier commute for the nearby neighborhoods.

Excellent shop and lounge with hand picked cigars by Mr. Brown himself. Mr. Brown and staff are friendly and attentive to customers as well as attending to patrons needs. Exclusive lounge space with humidor lockers are available as well. I am now a regular at E. J. Brown cigars 👍🏼

Excellent location in a upcoming area of town. Great selection of quality cigars that are equally very well priced. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly to be around; and the ambiance of the establishment is very relaxing. In my opinion E.J. Brown Cigars is easily within the top 1-3% of cigar establishments in the SATX area! Real Cigar smokers come to E.J. Browns!!!
