The doughnuts were fresh but the frosting was very very stingy in the application and the chocolate frosting must not have been mixed well bc it was tan. Flavor was good but they are pretty sad looking. It also took forever to make a single coffee when I was the only one in the store and there were only two people in the drive through. Store was clean and staff was friendly though so that was nice.

We have gotten donuts from here in the past and they have always been good with good customer service. This time when we got home to enjoy our donuts the donuts were hard and taste old like they were sitting out all day. The munchkins were hard and barely had any glaze. The service was not bad but could have been better especially considering they served us old donuts. We weren't able to eat them and wasted our money. Not worth the 30min drive to this specific location. We were so disappointed.

I will never forget when I came to this location I had a newborn baby in the back. Pulled in the drive through had about 4 cars in front of me took 20 minutes to get up to the window. I had people behind me so I couldn't leave I wish I could have because my baby was screaming and I couldn't do anything.By the time I got to the window someone was cleaning the window but ignored my presence completely. I had to honk multiple times and when he opened the window he didn't speak just looked at me like I was crazy. I yelled why the hell they're ignoring people in the drive through and they just wouldn't answer me. People were being served inside but ignored in the drive through until everyone just left eventually.The girl at the counter had the nerve to say I don't need to be rude. Excuse me?!Being a new mom this was a very awful experience that I still think about years later.I can not for the life of me justify this at all.There was no sign on the ordering menu they weren't taking drive through orders.Just absolutely insane.

Stale donuts went back twice only drive-thru was open at that time, called before going and the manager Juan said they are making fresh donuts, husband goes to pick up again and once again stale. They looked to be sitting there for hours, white power to barely nothing, normally fresh ones have lots of white powder to where you shake some off. Very disappointed.

Arrived at 849 pm on 07/31/2023 at this location and this is all they had to offer for donuts.I asked if they were bringing more out and she specifically said no that was all for the night mind you it’s a 24 hour location.She stated that they won’t bring anything out until 5am.DO NOT EVEN GO THROUGH DEIVE THRU.Arrived at this location at only to be told that they are not taking orders at this time because the systems are updating and it’ll take 30-45 minutes.I called other locations to find out if they were updating as well to avoid the drive and the manager mentioned to me that updates do not take long but about 10 minutes.I’m not sure why this location did not want to serve anyone. Money lost for the business.

Worst dunkin location everrrrr! Rude employees that ignore people standing at the counter, and when you speak to ask them they will walk right by you and not care to help. This is the second time since December I’ve come to the location with the same experience leaving me to walk out empty handed. All the people without jobs and these are the people management chose to employ? Employees are a true reflection of the management team, and the management team truly reflects Dunkin’s lack of integrity towards its customers.

I'm sorry, I rarely if not ever do bad reviews but this location gave me horrible, bearly iced and super dry hard donuts my last visit. Tonight I went to get donuts for my family, hoping they would redeem themselves but it was worse than the last time. I went through the drive thru and told the guy what donuts I wanted and they were not what I chose... the donuts were hard and the icing on the glazed donuts what completely dried up. I was in restaurant management so this makes me upset that they take people's money and give them garbage. I'm sorry I'm just mad that I wasted my time and money.

My order was correct and my service was quick, however each item I ordered didn’t taste good. My caramel craze had EXTRA ice in it, the picture taken was over 40 min after I ordered it and after I drank a little - but the cup is actually leaking. My drink tastes like burnt coffee with a splash of milk and a hint of caramel - everyone knows you don’t order boujee coffee for it to taste like coffee let alone burnt. My munchkins were stale, one of them didnt have filling and my croissant had a strange after taste. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at Dunkin, but also my first visit at this location. I won’t be back.

I went to this one thinking that my daughter placed a mobile order at this one but I was very mistaken. The drinks and service are so different. I will never come to this place again. The customer service is horrible. The one on Marbach is 100% better. The drinks on the left are from Military Dr and the right is Marbach. The right is so delicious!!!!

The assorted 25 count of munchkins I bought tasted like cardboard, tasteless. I wasted $10 to learn not to come here. I kept eating one to see if the first one was a dud. No. I ate 4 and realized they all were no good.

Ordered some donut holes through the drive-through, they were dry so call before we went over there and ask the person in charge. Which her name was Brianna , that if we could return them but comes to find out we do not have a receipt and why, because the register is not printing out receipts, and since we don’t have a receipt, we cannot return them , who wants dry donut holes, she did offer to replace the donuts house for donuts but that’s not why we went there. We wanted doughnut holes anyway Brianna then tossed the bags at him it all should be on camera. ! And then he did the same wow Dunkin’ Donuts

Great place for some sweets and caffeine! Their donuts are ALWAYS delicious and their coffee is ALWAYS perfect. This is the only place I can go and order a coffee with cream and sugar and drink it without having to add an extra pound of sugar and creamer.

this dunkin’ donuts absolutely sucked, not only did it take them 30 minutes to to take my order with only one person in front of me, the service sucked she was slow and uninterested in taking my order correctly ,then they didn’t have lards so she charged me the same amount for the medium ones and they were incorrect also, over charged and left with a bad taste in my mouth i will not be going there again

I stop here often on my way to work, even though the employees are rude, I rarely have a problem and I just overlook their attitude problem because the place is always busy. I think the owners should consider opening another location anyway, this morning I purchased a dozen donuts with my breakfast sandwiches. To my horror the donuts were very old they seemed at least 2 days old. Very hard and stale. Two of the selections were wrong, maybe because of the rain it was hard to hear me at the drive thru. Idk, I am commenting because I don't want to bring old donuts to my co-workers and family. I was deeply disappointed. In defense of the store, the meals were delicious and my order was made very fast. I rarely have to wait for my food.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, however sometimes they are warranted, such as the case here. The guy who made my coffee today was sweating profusely and had bandages wrapped around his hand and wrist, with blood visibly seeping through. Based on my observations, he appears to be an avid heroin user. Needless to say, I got a refund for my coffee and went elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable for an establishment in the food industry. #NoHepCForMe

Doesn't even deserve a star. This used to be my go-to location. Stopped by early evening. Only two types of Donuts available (not kidding) and rest of bins were empty. Bought two choc glazed.. they ended up tasting horrible. Several days old. Gross. Need to change their name and stop advertising Donuts when they only care about coffee

Mmmmmmm Stale Donuts are so good ! NOT ! Went last night about 1:30am 8-28-23 and they had maybe a handful of flavors available.... they charged me close to $10 for six stale donuts , not just one but every single one was stale how is that even possible ? Were these donuts from 8-01-23 cause that's how they tasted ..... Don't waste you're gas , time and money at this location go to another ! Take my word .
