It's 12pm on a Sunday. It is supposed to be open, but the doors are locked. There is no sign saying it is closed and all the lights inside are on as if it is open. This location is horrible. I wouldn't be surprised if the employees gave them self a break and are hiding in the back. Save yourself time and go to the one on Vance Jackson

Yah everything is cheap..but gosh can u keep it clean looks so messy.. well also manager yelling out..."i have this blocked off for reason! I have clean this area. i cant do this by myself! " yelling out loud she was very angry..lol..why is it 😳 that our fault? you have to restock everything and that your the only one!..lol yelling at a old lady and a little boy! Horrible..skinney girl wearing a green shirt...everything looks like a hurricane hit...i feel sorry for it because customers probably did it..but dont have to be yelling about it and be more considerate and act like a manager or if not thats not how you should be responding about your job position..be greatful you have one..

This place is a mess. Fire hazard. How are you suppose to turn or escape in care of a fire ? Anyway, the employees are rude . The kid, with tattoos. Rude rude rude . And you wonder why they’re closing stores. I hope they do something about the attitudes and the way the store looks .

Dirty, nothing is put back they have maybe 3 carts for shoppers and the rest with items to be put back but from the looks of it they not doing that....just in these 2 picture you can see 5 carts full of things plus another 3 to 4 more carts around store on top of their rolling carts with new items to be put away...I had to get hand baskets 2 of them to grab stuff I needed, honestly I would of walked out but I was there during my lunch break and couldn't waste more time....this store needs major HELP

Store # 5591 at 3645 Fredericksburg Rd, San Antonio apparently gave a bag with part of my purchase to the prior customer. After I came home and realized what happened, I returned to the store. I was basically told that they couldn't resolve the matter, maybe I could come back again,and video footage might help. The cost of gasoline coming and going several times would more than exceed the price of the missing items. Is this a way to run a business? I am a regular customer of Dollar Tree, and am very disappointed in the store' response

This one here at Bander & Woodlawn is always thrashy. Merchandise scattered on the floor. I understand that the customers are at fault for a lot of it, and it must be all the low life that lives in the area. I wonder if it ever gets cleaned up after hours? I only go in here when I'm looking for something really cheap as. Gift wrap, masking tap, etc.....

Today is 1/15/24 went to Dollar tree today to walk around and the employee that thought she was owner miss Dollar tree or shoppers should call her Karen started telling my grand kids stop playing with toys. Then went to intercom and said if you have kids keep them with you there is two kids on aisle #1 making a mess .when the whole store is a mess all the shelves are disorganized and a mess instead of being on the intercom she should have been organizing.. management should make her stay off the intercom and organized and clean the store instead of acting a fool

If I could give it, zero stars, I would. The place is horrible, disgusting management, and the people that work here are so uptight and so mean as could be the lady that works here and has a really big mouth constantly yelling at people for no reason and constantly yelling at a lady that had a service animal in the store arguing with the lady that she needs to take her dog out when it’s clearly a service animal. No respect for the customers at all the store needs to be closed down.. the one lady with the big mouth that’s constantly yelling needs to be fired.

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite places to shop for a lot of the basic items I use almost on a daily basis; mostly house hold items and at a dollar twenty five on most items why pay more at other stores for the same items when you can get them here for less!(?).

Every time I've gone hear the people seem very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is that they are on their phone quite a bit and that there is kind of a mess there all the time. But it is just a Dollar Tree. They all seem to be the same with Long lines and boxes everywhere. And they are short staffed. It would be nice if they would hire more people and pay them a pay to actually want to work. Seems like every Dollar tree I go to is the same but some of them seem very nice at certain Dollar trees.

Dollar trees are always my favorite, at this I witnessed a theft. Guy walked out with a hand held basket full of items, right in front of cashier. Cashier didn't even notice until I told her.

My visit was the day before Easter. In stock conditions were good. Plenty of Easter candy and regular candy in stock. The only issue was check out. There was only two lanes open. The cashiers need to checkout customers and blow up balloons as customers request them which holds up the line. On a normal day, this wouldn’t be so bad, but today there was at least 10 customers per lane. But the cashiers handle the work efficiently and were friendly throughout each transaction.

Went on Sunday shelves not stocked, no baskets either handheld or wheeled so I guess if you want to shop you have to pick up things and carry them around I don't think so also one slow sorry cashier checkout line all the way to the back food cooler... This is not the first time I live three blocks from this store so I go because it's convenient but I won't be going back

I have visited the dollar tree before, never have ever seen this place messy and dirty bad hope somebody cleans this store up. Stock people blocking isle and throwing boxes in isles. Unbelievable😖.

I was just informed that this store has a 4 star rating, and I was asked to give my assessment.I totally agree with this rating. It appeared to be a well run store and staff is courteous and helpful; however, I saw nothing to make this place stand out as superlative.All in all, I enjoyed my visit and plan to return soon!

All I can say is, this store is literally trash.. It’s always so dirty and trashy, stuff everywhere that it doesn’t belong, and employees are rude.

It wasn't as crowded as i thought it would be. Numerous products were sold out. Anything cold (except sodas) was completely sold out. The long cooler (about 40' long with four shelves) at the rear of the store was completely empty. The cashier told me that they were expecting a loaded truck to arrive to help alleviate the stores shortages.

On Feb.15th, I visited 3 locations only to find select valentine merchandise was marked down. Very little Easter decor and crafts were available. Totally disappointing and at a higher cost.
