I love the store but not so much the employees. They are rude, Lionel is rude, the young girl white complected is rude with short hair. There is a Mexican heavier set girl Who is rude too. If you try to use self check out they have the register facing the back and facing them. Which makes no sense it’s so far facing them it’s hard to reach to self pay and check out. I love the store not the employee vibe here. They all are on a trip. I’ve seen so many disappointed customers every time I go by Lionel is fighting with someone. Today a man was trying to exchange a warmer that didn’t work and Lionel denied him his exchange all he wanted was a working one. I don’t understand why they are so rude. Forget about self check out especially Saturday they do a limit of 5 items or less if they even have self check out open. If they see someone who is using digital coupons they automatically don’t like you. They press some thing on the register so that you can not complete entering your phone number. I wish upper management would do something about it. Treat customers with respect. I hate that they make you feel like your doing something wrong when your just trying to save money for your family.

Horrible customer service short elderly man as he calls himself the manager is very rude and closes the store 15 min before closing time he will stand at door and refuse any customers the right to grab a quick necessity slams doors close and locks it when questioned. May not be much but that 15 min can be making that business more money guy needs a wake up call and some cs training.

Good store. Convenient and plenty of stuff in stock, BUT..... 20 people in line waiting to pay and only one register open and no employees to help make the line go faster!???30 minutes just waiting to pay !!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This store has extremely rude employees. There's a male employee who makes rude comments towards people who want to coupon. The customer who made a purchase before me; I heard the same employee was telling them a story of how he got annoyed w couponers. The coupons are there for you to use them at Dollar General! He told me I am not supposed to make a third transaction. Even though I already gave him the money to pay for my things? I didn't understand why he didn't tell me that before. I believe he only said that so I could get out of the line he had. He was extremely rude. And so was the female employee who tried to back him up for what he was saying. I look forward to couponing at DG on Saturdays for the 5$ off of 25$. Even so, the employees are impatient. I didn't see a single employee wear their face masks. DG are supposed to honour the coupons for customers to use. I didn't like my experience here at all. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Especially if you're looking towards a grocery store for couponing.

The manager I believe he is does not like for people to use coupons or something here. I went the other day to buy somethings and he just makes comments that I don't think he should be doing specially when coupons are there for you to use, if I want to spend 1hr or 2 at the store I can am in no rush. Sometimes he just needs to stay quiet and don't say anything or make comments to make people feel uncomfortable.

This place has great employees but management is rude and will get slap one of these days if he keeps on disrespecting customers. He is not helpful and very demanding. Just giving corporate a heads up for a possible law-suit.

This location was very clean but of course it berley opened its got a different lay out for the store then most of the other location I have visited employees are great I would suggest everyone to visit this location.

I stopped by looking to buy coffee,they have it cheaper,but bought other stuff,they had a new guy he was very curious and friendly, thank us so liked the environment clean and friendly,I liked that.
