I completely forgot to review this place the day I was accused of stealing, So I was shopping with my mom and I was browsing the dvds walking up and down the isles looking around with my mother, When all of a sudden one of the workers older woman came up to me and my mother and said to my mom " Excuse me ma'am you can continue shopping but I have to ask her to leave" her being me... I was a bit confused and asked "why do I have to leave?" That's when the DG woman said "you're stealing" I was in Shock my mom started crying that's when I emptied my bag out in front of her and showed her I wasn't stealing she made my experience at the store horrible I will never be returning to this Dollar General and I will be sure to let everyone know that all they do is accuse people of stealing because they're judgmental thanks for the bad memories!

I was having trouble getting and using the digital coupons and the cashier had it done fast and easy, besides I rather go to this store for a quick stop instead of going to the big grocery stores that sometimes take hours...

Wanted me to leave my purse with the cashier, likely to steal from me. Not leaving my money and cards with anyone I don't know, and I consider it very rude to ask. Will not be returning.Too bad. Had an hour to kill and really no place else to spend any money nearby. But probably wouldn't have had any money left had I left my purse at the front, so that wasn't happening.

This store is one of the worst Dollar Generals I've been to. Supposedly per blue haired not professionally looking man very rude to customers ,Dollar General doesn't except cash after 7:30pm. Dont get it wrong the hair looks cool but the nasty attitude gots to go.And the cash part That's new to me .Because my Dollar General does. The reason I stopped there was to pick up some meds. NEVER AGAIN.

Unprofessional employees with attitude and never anyone at the register. You could literally walk out the store with your stuff . they stare at you from the back of the store and play Rock Paper Scissors on who will be the one to take care of register making you feel like your an inconvenience to them while they work (Gossip) . Pathetic and ghetto .

Super long lines all hours of the day, sometimes 3 workers but the others hide in the back and gossip while stocking shelves as slow as snails. While the cashier has a line going all the way to the back of the store. Good if u need something and don’t wanna go to a big store not so good if your in a rush.

I like going there when I need a few kitchen staples and to look at their seasonal items. Great prices! A good assortment of goods for sale. My only complaint would be that the aisles are so narrow that really only one shopping cart fits. Today I had to back up my cart and try another aisle. All it takes is another cart in an aisle, or an employee stocking shelves, and there's a traffic jam. Otherwise, one of my favorite stores.

I stopped in for a few things and didnt realize I had already inserted my debit card. I told the girl at the front I would go check in my car. It was not there. She could have told me the card was detected in her machine. I then drove frantically to the northeast side of town to my other house looking for it. When I realized my mistake I called the store over 32 times while on my way back so they could at least remove it from the card reader. I walk in and the girl at the counter seemed irritated with life. She basically blew me off with no apology. When i told her i tried calling she nonchalantly stated "yeah we have trouble with it". How about A. Put the damn thing back on the hook or B. Have someone fix it. This whole thing could have been resolved and not cost me an hour and 45 minute drive. When you think dollar general you think low cost trash and this place definitely delivers just that kind of service. Thanks ladies!

I'm not sure who she was. She was keeping a smile and the only person working. This was today 02/15/2021. I thank her for being open and told her how much she was appreciated even though other people where not. Again thank you ma'am. Cause of you my family has water and some food. As we have had no water or electricity since 2 am. So again thank you so much.

Was able to find a few essentials. No water though.. Been without water at home since Sunday so paper dishware has been a necessity at least for now. Repurposing Snow melted down as a means to fill toilet tank to flush.. Boiling to use as dish water and to keep home as clean as possible. God Bless everyone 🙏

They're also running low on Pedigree dog food (HEB has been completely out the last two weeks!); suppose it's not really the store's fault in quantity but choices were limited. They are still better than other dollar stores in the immediate area.

It no longer appears as it does in the photos here. It is no longer notated up. Does not appear as clean as in the photos. Usually there is stock very tight in the isles to the right of the registers in the area before the regular shelving. Usually sends a bit short handed, however the process are usually reasonable if you are looking for something quicker than a large supermarket it supercenter.

My daughter and I like going here because they have good prices on food items and holiday decorations. We find it a great place to shop..it is walking distance from our home. Walking there is great exercise for both of us..We like like it.

I placed an online order and it was cancelled for whatever reason. A phone call with an explanation would have been nice. Store also looks understaffed and most stores dont have correct phone number. Employees are very nice.

Busy busy store, but they had no idea what Samsung Pay is. I wanted to limit grabbing items in my purse. The cashier even repeated Samsung Pay like it was completely foreign. Dollar General please if you're going to promote you except Samsung Pay please take time to educate the people who work there how to use it.

Some items are overpriced.Other items are reasonable. Comparison shopping is the only way to know if you are getting a discounted price. Do not depend on the name of the store, Dollar General, to indicate you are getting a good price on a quality item. The store carries a wide variety of goods. This includes canned foods, snack foods, small household necessities such as detergent, clothes hangers, baskets, over the counter medicines, makeup, nail polish, and much more.

Well it's good because of cashier Michael very good customer service. But as far as store very unkept. Very dirty. I dont go there because of that. Long time ago was very neat & clean. I only went there to get an item I needed. Someone help Michael clean store.

An awful mess. Can not go down aisle. Carts blocking areas. Boxes in the way. Mdse hard to find. Toys and mdse on floor. Customers no control of children. Not employees at fault. Only one employee on sight.

Very disgusted. The store has changed totally. Not only are the aisles blocked with the ticket merchandise but the floor everywhere was all sticky like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. One aisle had a spill and was just there. And it always has a long wait.

I asked an employee if I can used the restroom and he said let me asked my manager if we have one.I spoke to the manager and explain the situation and even told him I have a small blader.He started to chuckle.Anyways my family and I spent I about $2000 a year and we won't no more.I had to piss outside by the dumpster. I will not give you my business no more. I'm going to the racists Wal-Mart. F U and your special Ed employee.

I've been living in that area for about 17 years and I've seen employees come and go but I TRULY appreciate Mona, Andrea & Sandra They are ALWAYS so kind and they know where everything is ! If you feel lost and you need something they'll tell you where it is. I had to edit and add more to my review!!! ( This Just happened a couple of days ago.) I have plantar fasciitis and my pain is usually where my Arch should be but I actually experience the heel pain for the first time ever in my life and it was the worst pain Ever !!! I called Dollar General and Mona went looking for the reusable hot and cold packs while she had me on the phone. She read several different packs to me. She ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND !!! A friend of mine drove me to Dollar General and Mona had the packs WAITING there for me at the cash register so I wouldn't have to walk on my foot !!! THANK YOU SOOOMUCH !!! TRULY COMPASSIONATE!!!👼👼👼😘😘😘💖💖💖😢😢😢👍👍👍👍

I spent more than i wanted, prices were not what were marked on the shelves , i vowed never to go back after a bad experience with a rude cashier several months ago, i really needed those items that i couldn't find at Walmart,too many people in line, just needed to get out. This store ALWAYS has merchandise on floor n store ladders on floor open. I witnessed a lady with child not allowed to use restroom. All customers should allowed to use restroom.

We had the best service last night she was wearing skeleton earrings she was fantastic keep up the good you have the best food ever
