Customer service real bad especially the Manager there is so super dirty all in boxes selfs alone nobody stocking Never had cat food cause everything still in boxes .Toys section a mess the entire store this make you think that's how they have there home .There prices all scan different. Don't recommend this store.

It was crowded with boxes in every aisle. Prices are not what they are marked on the shelves. Most sale items were sold out.

I love this Dollar General practically always clean and everything in its place. Can't say much about the cashiers they don't smile, it looks like they don't want to be there, they are just because they have to work. maybe their new I don't know to greet the people, but the appearance of the store I like.

Larger DG than most I’ve been to. Great selection and friendly staff, only drawback is that a few of the items above $1 are a bit overpriced. However, I found great deals on other items that couldn’t be beat by any other store!

I'd give 8 stars if possible. (Around 4:30pm today) had the friendliest and most helpful and attentive cashier Ive ever met. Yall give him a hi five or something because he deserves it🙂

Bad customer service very rude when I was trying to make a return. Cashier was being difficult. I changed my mind and decided to leave and go to a different location. The cashier refused to let me walk out the store!! Yelling across the store to the manager telling her if I can leave. Continued yelling until the manager said yes he can leave. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Its a good place but the long lines due to being understaffed & not having prices on so many items brings it down to 3 stars in my opinion. Staff is always nice & helpful.

The employee seemed bothered when i ask which were the wallets/ billfolds...she said we dont carry any..i proceeded to go look around n found the wallets/billfolds/ n wrap around purses. N i bought one for $7.50, a bottle coke n Hershey candy..total was $11.64....imagine if i had left...the stote n i would have LOST...if employees don't want to work go home...the purses/ wallets qete blocked by a huge standing rack of clothes...store was untidy..She was the cashier TODAY at 130pm..didnt say thank you or anything just loud NEXT....NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Dollar General is between a stop and go and a regular grocery store such as HEB are Walmart their prices are higher of course but it's a quick place to get things if you're in a hurry and you don't need too many I'm glad we have it..

Well all I can say that it's a dollar store you'll find stuff for a dolla as for me I buy my virgin mary candles & my jesus candles to light the way for them into my house & life also I buy my princess dog food there

It's ok for a "dollar" store. Wish their products were more in line w/their name. With "General" behind the word "Dollar" you'd think they'd lead the charge w/items that cost only "$1".

I never have had any issues here. Its fortunately in and out for me. Even during busy times. I can say that the staff aren't usually very chatty but they do their job. I dont really have any complaint here.

The store was messy like the first shift didn't hardly do anything, and they left it for second shift. ( I really know what that's like since I worked for Family Dollar!). Aside from that the items i was looking for thankfully was in stock.

This place is always a mess. Hard to get around or find d stuff computer was having issues and no coupons being deducted. For a Saturday that's aweful.

Hanging in despite the competition of Dollar Tree, Dollar Tree Plus, Family Dollar and the Giants Walmart and HEB. Hard to beat the organization, location, friendly service. Super convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff make this store my favorite of the area DG. The store is messy but that seems a constant at all of these genre of stores. This store seems to usually have what I need. I like it.

I had a very unpleasant and imbarrassing moment where a manager by the name of Raquel accused me of trying to steal an item which was untrue. I'm never returning to the bandera location again.

They move items to charge you more at the register. Then say Oh they move stuff all the time that wasn't the price you saw on the shelf!
