I like this store a lot the ladies are nice and friendly and they always have a lot of stuff. The only thing that's not really good is their digital coupon machine it doesn't always work. Other than that it's a good store. The digital coupon thing is an important thing for me it saves you lots of money..

The short male manager is very rude and can't seem to answer questions without an attitude. Simple questions, simple answers. No need for attitude, that is what your there for, if you can't handle dealing with customers questions or concerns don't work at a store! even worse... as a manager.

Where are the cashiers??? Lol tried paying, she saw me waiting, 3mins later…she pulls up with her bag of opened Cheetos like I ruined her lunch break. Lol unprofessional.

Staff there doesn't know where things are, so product information is non existent. The older associate with glasses is rude but that's to be expected I guess. If you know what you want and can find it then I guess this place is fine. But if you need any help, forget it.

I would give this 5 stars but the store always being so cluttered and u unstocked drives me insane. Inventory in always still on pallets in the way etc. Shelves usually empty. And god forbid they have a sale on tide etc you better be there the night before camping out to get threat product, but that isn't the stores fault except for maybe not ordering enough if they are fully aware of the upcoming sales. As for the staff etc. They are friendly just not motivated and maybe a little short staffed. Not easy to watch the door register and stock the whole store if you have only 2 or 3 employees.

Very Low rating based from my last few visits. The Hallways we're cramped with little to no space, Boxes on every corner, and little to zero good service from the Newer workers as well as store managers. Phones are useful but when you are asking a question to an employee and they just talk away on there earbuds, it can be pretty aggravating.

Today I went to this dollar general and it was a quick experience . Just have to say the young girl cashier didn’t care enough to reciprocate my hello or even thank you! You don’t know what customers are going through in their lives and sometimes a smile or acknowledgement may mean a lot to that person .. they usually have friendly cashiers there but idk today’s visit left me disappointed

iT'Z newly remodeled, quite a bit more spacious. And as always employees are more than helpful, and as nice as you could expect. And of course, the cheap prices on name brand items keeps me coming back

Very good place to go shopping when all those busy stores are full of shoppers, you can always find what you need there at reasonable prices. Cleanliness sometimes is an issue and the stores are tight in aisle spacing.

Needed some sanitary napkins for wife.Got therel and the shutters were closed. This was at 8:35 p.m. I have been there at 8:50 pm before. There were four cars there. The coupon girl gets tip priority service with two baskets of more than authorized.No more shopping there.

I was very upset about my experience, the cashier tried charging me full price for 75% off on Christmas cards. Another complaint is that its a miracle if you could get through just 1 isle, they are so packed with merchandise that you have to squeeze through. Ive heard complaints even from other persons that dont live near this DG. You go to look for things and there is nothing there. But you go to the 1 on kilowatt in elmendorf & its like walking into a whole different bussiness. The store is just 2 small, you need to get rid of buying stuff thats never used. Hanes t-shirts for example you have small & ex-large, but no medium or large. This store needs help & instead of the manager & 2 emploees checking out through the Christmas sale out. Have them doing there jobs. This DG goes through a lot of food if they could get decent help they might be-able to have the isles clean. This store has to supply over 800 homes & a lot have 4 or 5 kids, your estimating about 3800 people. The older people could do more shopping here because the prices are set right. But 10.00 for metal truck for decore doesnt feed this community. This is just a little over 2 to 3 mile community. Your not only getting complaints from here, people from lemming have mentioned the same thing & i havent been in its store but heard its having the same problem. I wouldnt take a picture its disgusting. DG is one of my favorite stores. Also you will have some of the same cars not employed, but others. I have seriously wondered if there are not being drugs being sold from that store also & im not the only one that has mentioned it. Renee L. Hoy

My niece went to exchange a BBQ grill for me i wanted a bigger one. The manager refused to help my niece even though she had a receipt. They told her to go to the store where she bought it at.

Look I understand that employees have to be on the look out for shoplifters but I felt so uncomfortable the way the employees were just so annoying. I have no reason to be shoplifting when I have credit cards n cash in my small sash.

Not that much of a variety of stuff like other DG store's. I do like there dollar section tho. I still enjoy checking out things once in awhile. There app is bad, keep's kicking me off.

manager was there in plain clothes with her children behind the counter and running rampant all over the store, in the way when people tried to pass through with baskets, and store is disgustingly dirty, almost looked like it was going out of business. the two guys that were there did not have name tags on, and one of them had his eyes so red, I wanted to buy him visine myself.

There is never any shopping carts ever and the employees are the ones that are using them to stalk vs the shoppers.....helllloooo??? How are yall suppose to make money if we can't place our merchandise in carts???

The people who work there they're very rude very quick to judge people and don't know anything about their stores I asked a couple of people were things were and they said well I think they're in aisle and it was here with pure I think not let me go with you and let's see very unprofessional everyone that worked there yesterday that's my opinion thank you

Staff is always friendly and the few times an employee wasn't, I noticed they weren't around the next time I went in. Although frequently they are out of stock on a lot of sale items, hardly their fault, but it still blows.

This dollar General is the only one that ive seen that actully has a full looking store. They had more things to choose from and it was some what organized.
