Went today with my daughter on 11/19 at around 2pm. The stocker (female with white highlights) was RUDE af and had a bad attitude towards the customers while talking on the phone. Like she was upset bc customers were shopping around. YALL need to reevaluate who you hire.

Employee was rude to us after we asked for help with detergent, had us waiting for 5 minutes then scolded us for getting it ourselves, we did not make purchase and won't be going back, sucks because it is close to home, but would rather go somewhere else

This place is terrible better off at family dollar across the street , I’ve always been a customer until today I stepped in the store and the cashier mention that I am not allowed to carry my backpack in the store . He mentioned that I had to leave it in the front with him while I was shopping , I was hesitant because I had an expensive bag on and I had personal medical equipment on me and the cashier just wanted me to place it behind the counter . It seemed like he was the only worker there with a long line of people which made me very uncomfortable.. I didn’t like the fact that he called me out in front of everyone while other women had their bags with them . Didn’t make sense to me . If it’s really a big problem then turn everyone away with backpacks and see how many customers you will lose . So ridiculous

I would give it 0 Stars if I could. This location is so dirty and disorganized. Inventory is scattered all over the floor on most of the isles. The cashier with the blue hair and mousse voice is so rude, unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. Seriously it's so sad that this is the representation of your company in the Westside of town. Both the Employee and the store are truly an embarrassment.

I go there just about once a week. My mom is in a nursing home/ i like to take things for bingo time. I can find all kind of things.Love to talk to the lady's at dollar store.

Walked in, picked a couple of items. At check-out, the "manager" asked me if I was a police officer since I was open carrying my firearm on my hip as I have always done when shopping with Dollar General on Castroville road and 34th street. I told her no, I had an LTC(License To Carry). She abruptly tells me that I cannot do so in HER store since it is a "High Risk" location. I informed her that she would need to install signage of Texas Penal code 30.06 and 30.07 if she wishes to do so and she told me that she would need to talk to her "Manager" about it.Previous management was friendly and inquisitive about the procurement of an LTC towards me every time I shopped there, this "New Manager" seems to be hellbent on discriminating those who do carry.Well, Dollar General has lost my business for this "Manager's" ignorance.

This location is in the strip mall right off the access road at 410 there at Ingram Park area what can you say convenience definitely a grab and go kinda of place, yeah -liked it, liked it 😉.

They rearranged the store and it couldnt look better! Also the staff is super nice. Ive been to other locations and everyone has an attitude. Its refreshing coming in here.

They need to have at least two cashier's on busy days, especially on weekends! And it would be nice if they had more bread for the weekend.

I go out of my way to go any where else. Every employee i have ever encountered seems like they are on another planet. Not knowing anything about the dollar general register systems i have had to talk people through simply completing a transaction and how to complete a return/exchange...

Store is always cluttered and the staff are rude and make it known they don't want to be there. I highly recommend avoiding this place if at all possible. There's an HEB a few blocks at Las Palmas.

This place is horrible. From management to their reagular workers. I walked in to buy acetone and immediately like 5 min from arriving their employee approached me and accused me OF STEALING!!! VERY IMMATURE IGNORANT FEMALES

The employees are too slow especially when they're talking to each other and forgetting about the customers waiting in line the one person running the register was there talking to another person sitting down behind the counter and she was distracting the person that was running the cash register that was very unprofessional had a long line of people waiting
