Super friendly , really clean , this location has lots of merchandise!I have been to other locations that they didn’t allow customers to use fitting rooms , nor restrooms , and the workers are always rude. This location is my new favorite location! Definitely would recommend:)

It was clean, agents were nice and polite, bathrooms were there but not for anyone just for employees. But overall I didn't find what I was looking for but got a basket full.

I went to this location about a few days ago and as I walked in all the employees were by the register just standing around talking. I see a employee by the name MISTY BEHIND THE CASH REGISTER holding a pillow. I asked her how much was the pillow cause I thought it was a GO BACK, she stated “THIS PILLOW IS MINE WITH A NASTY LOOK ON HER FACE”. I said oh I didn’t KNOW EMPLOYEES WERE ALLOWED SHOPPING ON THE CLOCK AND NOT HELPING ANY CUSTOMERS. 🤦‍♀️. She didn’t say anything and just brush me off. And so later as I was shopping I saw her AGAIN GRABBING OTHER ITEMS AND PUTTING IT TO THE SIDE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW SHE CONTINUE TO SHOP AND GOING BACK TO THE REGISTER. She obviously doesn’t have customer service.

One of my favorite places to come to find all my household or wardrobe needs. They have the best prices on clothes that you can find in department stores. This place is like Ross but more organized, clean and less crowded. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. There is something for everyone here. Prices vary on all their merchandise but are never over priced. I love that I can always find something.

They always have a little bit of everything. If it's not what you're looking for, you'll still walk out with something. Good quality clothes, great home accessories you probably can't find anywhere else, the fitting rooms are open and the line to check out moves fairly quickly.

We went there 5 minutes ago and we were fine and all we had to do an exchange but nobody would take us in. After we were told by the security guard which was really sweet but the cashiers seemed really mad and the one we had was throwing stuff that would bounce off the wall and almost hit the costumers when we got our exchange he threw the old stuff.

Make sure tags say the right item your buying.Did a return on some $6.99 blue jean shorts but my tag fell off and also the receipts had the wrong item on it. Just found the tag and says $6.99 black something which is wrong. They got rude so I got rude.but I remember they are only human and replaceable. Just left the shorts with them not worth my time. Other than that never has a problem there.

Great deals for women clothing. Not as much men clothing or children. Nice selection of womens shoes. Bedding/bath products. Pet accesories as well and toys. I always check dds first for christmas and birthdays gifts because of the name brand quality items at a discount

I’ve been to dd’s Discounts many times but I have never had such a bad experience with awful customer service I was standing in line for probably five minutes and the representative well the cashier( Nikyla Didn’t even acknowledge me I was standing there for a good five minutes she didn’t even look at me she kept working on with whatever she was doing by the time I got to the register she didn’t acknowledge me either no hello no good evening nothing so I’m very disappointed with the customer service and with the little skills people have to have to qualify to be a cashier these days more like for you not gonna come back to the store . It doesn’t take much to say hello or take knowledge someone we all understand people going to be busy but just to treat me like I don’t exist it’s not acceptable

Greeted professionally until checking out. Cashier Kiana provided exceptional customer service despite her 2 female security employees rude and disrespectful behavior! Not only did they appear to make employee comfortable but was evident they were singling me out. I commend Kiana for maintaining her professionalism while working in a hostile environment!

The store has a variety of things to choose from and good prices. This is similar to a Ross store. This particular store just needs more organization as there's different items all over the store not in place- could be customers. Check out is fairly fast depending on the time of day.

A mix of good quality and low quality products. Prices are reasonable. In my personal opinion some items may be cheaper at a Ross. No workout accessories. Dirty shopping carts they need a power washing, one of them barely steered.

Quick and easy last minute shopping for those like me that just don't have time to wait in long. Today we went in for a toy for the kiddos and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Great location off 410. I recommend the low prices.

Great only thing is that the employees fallow you around the whole time i was there really uncomfortable kept asking if i need help i told you no the first 5 times you asked already felted like i was being rushed so couldn't look at the merchandise how i wanet had to tell the guy to stop and leave me alone but besides that had alot of good stuff to choose from really liked that

They have the whiniest customers EVER. There's always something that upsets or somehow confuses a customer while they're checking out, which builds a line and makes customers that are in the line even more aggregated. "Waaaahhh, there's no rest rooms." Um, it's not a restaurant!! Be the adult that you are and, oh I don't know, hold your damn pee. Otherwise, I love this store.
