We have been using this CVS pharmacy for about 15 years. Dr. Figueroa and Dr. Santiago are the best. This reminds me of the "drug store" in my old hometown where everyone knows everyone. Both pharmacists are like family to us. We know when we get there that we will have everything that we need at the lowest price we can get. We know that we will be met with smiles, professionalism, respect, friendliness - everything and more that you should expect from your pharmacist. Dr. Santiago and Dr. Figueroa go above and beyond and they are the perfect example of what customer service should be. God bless them for their work!

The employees at this location do a good job, but CVS doesn't know how to operate a store. They can't keep staffed, trying to run a pharmacy with one employee is ludicrous. CVS vaccine booking site only works one time out of three, and it requires way too much manual input from the customer. If I set up an account, why can't it remember my basic info instead of making me type it in every time? Then I get to the last step and they pop up a button with no words on it that does nothing when you press it. Arrrrgh!

I have been going to this CVS @ Target for 4yrs and have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from the pharmacists, Genee & Joel, down to the techs, Olivia and all the rest of staff. They are friendly, courteous, respectful and caring for my health and my family's. Although they are always very busy, they will make the time to help you with your pharmacy needs. 5 stars

I usually have nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. However, on this day they had one employee working and it took well over an hour to get a simple refill. It was definitely not the employees fault as she was doing her very best to keep up with her customers. This is a management issue and they need to do a LOT better at staffing this pharmacy in the future. Very disappointed.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected going to a pharmacy like I have today. I came in to pick up my prescription, I walked up to the counter while the pharmacist was opening, and stated “I do not have a tech here I have to close” he closed it down right in my face he never asked what I was there for or anything, he didn’t even tell me an approximate time when they will open. The pharmacist was covering for someone as I have never seen him there, the regular staff are great. He came to cover someone else’s shift and ends up throwing their good reputation away. Hopefully corporate sees this, the little business this cvs has will end up with no customers with a pharmacist like this that is rude.

I posted a review before it changed from Target to cvs so now I'm updating.Thomas, Genee, Pricilla, Tiffany and Martin make thisCvs what it is. Outstanding!!!I cannot express just how wonderful this team is. I have been going there since I moved here in 2011. I will not go anywhere else unless I have a special med that they cannot do. This team really works hard for you. They have not only helped me but friends as well, by remembering coupons to save us $$$. They are quick as well. 15-25 min for most unlike the stand alone cvs's that say 30-2 hours.Being in retail before I understand how hectic it can be but never, never, never has anyone made me feel rushed, or was short or rude.If you have ever had a job of any kind, you know that some things are out of your control. And I will be honest, I've seen some grumpy people taking the issue out on one of the workers and I wanted to say something. For instance, I have had drs make a mistake on an rx that I needed that day and by law they cannot fill it any other way. It's not their fault. It's actually the drs and the patients fault for not checking it before they leave the office. They are right on it though and 99.9% of the time I get it the next day. That depends on the doctor, not the pharmacy, as their hands are tied by the law and are at the mercy of your physician to respond. A lot of the times it's your own insurance as well. So be patient, educate yourself and remember their job just like any other is hectic at times. Plus it's their income and are governed by law. (Who don't mess around)I am passionate about compliments when deserved and as you can tell I feel this is well deserved. CVS corporate office needs to take a look at the comments and how WE feel since we are the ones who keep them going. And when you have employees such as this team, they need to compliment them, give bonuses, etc. Not cut their hours. And for the love of God, get cordless headsets so they don't have to compromise their necks trying to hold onto the phone when on hold.So to wrap this up this team deserves the highest credit possible. You will not be sorry for putting your trust into this team.

Loyal customer for years but will no longer be giving them my business. Thomas and the rest of the crew would bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. The new people there now have thrown customer service out the window and have made things very . Inconvenient.

I think I have tried every pharmacy here in this corner of Alamo Ranch before I stumbled upon Target. The pharmacy here always goes above and beyond the customer service and advice are simply top notch here. Not to mention their quick response time. I can not recommend this pharmacy enough.
