I have had more than one bad experiences with this location. This Pharmacy has no integrity, no concern for the people or patients. I tried to reach pharmacy, called three times holding up to 30minutes, and each time call picked up and immediately disconnected. The App not working, waiting three hours and never recieved response, feeling very ill, needing medications called in by doctor and having someone waiting to go pick up meds for me. I was unable to reach pharmacy, never recieved a notification and then pharmacy closed, and no medication. I was left in pain. Sadly this is the closes pharmacy and only one covered under my insurance.

The pharmacist is super unprofessional. I asked him a what I thought was quite simple which was whether or not they had a medication in stock. He thought this was funny and asked me if I was serious. I said yes sir I would like to know please and the guy hung up on me. This happened last month and I honestly thought the call dropped but the fact that it happened the exact way a second time is unbelievable. He made a big problem out of nothing for what reason I’ll never know. This happened after waiting 5 attempts of calling in and being hung up on. If you need prescriptions filled try a different store or a completely different pharmacy. If you have a problem with someone in the pharmacy, don’t voice your concerns you will only get lied to and rude service after that.

Pharmacist was rude and was bothered when asked to rerun rx through alternate insurance and proceeded to throw package in the bin and said Here you go. As a CVS employee it saddens me to see how customers are treated at this pharmacy.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had in a store. As I was walking around shopping, I heard two employees and the overweight Hispanic male manager all talking about a shoplifters and how they were calling the cops. Then as I continued to shop the male manager came up to me after watching me select my feminine hygiene products for a minute or so - had the audacity to come up to me while I was compairing the two menstrual cup options (embarrassed to begin with) asking If I needed help making a selection. What the heck!!!! My husband then grabbed my hand walked me to the front, set our basket on the counter and we walked out. As we were leaving the rude and inappropriate male manager, made a remark and asked if we wanted to pay for our items..I was shocked at the undeserving hostility, and at how innapropriate and judgemental the three staff members were.I wanted to go back in and talk to the manager to ask why and how he could have been so rude, but I decided to just let it go and NEVER shop at a CVS again.I'm very interested in knowing this managers name so I can report him and that store to corperate!!

How is the metal enclosure of the pharmacy broken for either 2 weeks now or (worse) every weekend?I prepaid for my medications and after 30 min with no movement i left the car line that wraps around the building... with no medication 😡

Ladies answering the phone don't have much knowledge as to what can be done in case you loose your medicine and going through the insurance.It takes a very long time to go through the drive thru.

The Pharmacy staff at CVS on Marbach are very rude keep you on phone for a long time than answer like you are bothering them. They talk down to people like if they are giving us free medication thinking of changing pharmacy.
