Albeit, some higher prices, but I think you get what you pay for here. It was nice to grab some water and snacks and then head back to the hotel we were staying at

I walked in from the street and IMMEDIATELY was stopped by the manager/ employee ( mid to late 40s very short light skinned Mexican woman ) and asked what I was doing in the store as if it wasn’t obvious I am a customer! She then looked me up and down and started questioning me about a snow cone/ raspa I literally hadn’t taken a bite of yet as if it were booze or I was some sort or alcoholic homeless street rat that stepped into the wrong damn place. I’ve never been so offended and felt so discriminated against or profiled in my life. So so rude she should be ashamed

I had the pleasure of visiting the CVS store recently, and I must say that Chloe and Marisol provided exceptional customer service. It took a lot to set us up with carepass accounts and they were not only patient but also incredibly kind throughout my entire shopping experience. Their willingness to assist me with my questions and concerns was truly remarkable. Chloe and Marisol's dedication to ensuring customers feel valued and supported is a testament to their outstanding professionalism. CVS is fortunate to have such wonderful employees like them. This place was dirty and there were many empty shelves. There were several homeless people in the store and I witnessed one of them stealing. When he saw me, stared and followed me to another aisle. I hope CVS closes this store. I doubt the employees are very safe.

The prices are absurd! We came to enjoy our anniversary just to go grab a few items and they are triple what normal cvs would be! 17 bucks for a can of sunscreen which is typically 5- 7 bucks anywhere else. The store was a mess when we walked in. If zero star was an option I would do that.

I am vacationing in San Antonio this week and accidentally left my necessary medications at home. My doctor called in my prescription to this CVS and they were quick to give me my prescription with no issues. The pharmacist was very helpful and kind.

We came in this am needing normal last minute tourist things. Not only was the staff beyond helpful, Alec helped us think outside the box when they didnt have exactly what we needed. By knowing his store and what he stocked he was able to save the day for us!!! Thank you Alec for being the best and so knowledgeable. We were in and out in minutes.

Alot of empty spaces on shelves. Not alot of options everything that's shelved is multiples of the same product. The electronic register wasn't working properly and the attendant tried to insinuate that I was the problem whe the guy next to me and the same issue at the one next electronic register.

What an experience coming in here. I felt like a criminal! The cashier kept checking on me around the aisles, I guess to make sure I wasn’t shoplifting. Then she went to help someone at the register and here comes another creeper (the manager I think). I was taking long because I was searching something up online. I wanted to make sure I got the right medicine so I won’t have to go back. I asked the cashier if they had several different meds and she replied that she didn’t know or wasn’t sure what I was talking about, so because of this, I had to take longer looking for what I needed down every aisle because am not familiar with this CVS since I’m from out of town, therefore racking up a $10 parking bill...UGH!!

The pharmacist and technician were able to fill my RX fast. They not only obtained it from a pharmacy out of state, the pharmacist was able to give me a 90 day supply!! Without a request! I truly appreciate this kind of service❤

If you want to be followed around the store by the employees (girl in glasses with badly colored pink hair)...While being blatantly stared at by the shift manager (whitewashed Mexican dude) who stares down each aisle traversed.Then this is the right store for you. This would never happen at Walgreens.However it has happened on two separate CVS visits... & based off your reprehensible employees...this company will never get a penny from me ever again.

I went to this CVS pharmacy. The guy I'll get his name tomorrow. However I had a good rx cupon for a discount at this cvs. He slow rolled me by writing my cupon codes than made me get out of line because it will take time to do the cupon. After 10min of him taping hard on the keyboard and singing he said .. Oh can I see you cupon again from good rx . he already put it on paper ok. He said" cupon code is in and than chared me full price for my meds. This guy is pocketing money he figured out how to make money on the side. I've been using good rx for years and it takes a second to process. It took him 30 min wrote the cupon on paper and charged me full price.

Prices are high and customer service is lackluster. There are times when I've gone in this store and have been made to feel like they believe I am going to take something. Walgreens is within walking distance and cashiers there are respectful.

This is a great location right on the riverwalk. The only convenient store youll find in walking distance of the riverwalk.Great prices. I didn't notice any price gouging for being in a prime convenient tourist spot.

You can find items you want to buy if you forgot to buy in the supermarket, but prices here are too high, buy here only if you don't have an option. It's downtown, lot of travelers, but prices need to be fair. Not bad customer service. Has a pharmacy.

Conveniently located so we ran from our hotel while it was raining to get some umbrellas since we didn't pack them on our trip. They only had large novelty Texas flags ones for $10 and nothing else.

The store says it opens at 7am it was literally 7:30 with a line of people outside and the store was closed. The lights were on in the building, but when you called no one picked up. It’s extremely unprofessional to have posted store hours online AND on the front of the store and not be opened on time.
