This is my favorite CVS location for sure. They are fast and kind. I brought in a script and was told the cash price would be $21 and it would take an hour. It was done in 15 minutes and someone applied a coupon, so it only cost me $3. They were so kind. I’ve had serious issues at other locations, but this one is by far my favorite. I will keep coming back here!!

Nick act like I was annoying. The self machines didn’t specify cash or card. I’m trying to figure out why it’s not taking my money. I found Nick inpatient like I was bothering him. Nick it’s your job to deal with customers like me.

Scheduled an appointment for a Flu Vaccine today. Appt at 4pm. It is 420, still waiting.Why? Because 2 people who did not have appts and were checked in after us, we did it all online we were taken ahead of us. Why bother with an appt?The pharmacists was great though. Should be 5 stars but taking 2 walk-ins prior who did not have and appt , and making those who do wait, just not good customer service.

I took my dad to get a COVID test yesterday. We were told we would get the results in 2 hrs. 27hrs later, no results. Tried calling and speaking to Pharmacy staff multiple times. Longest we waited on hold was 30min. My husband finally decided to drive to the store and ask what the issue was. He was told they had the results but no one had signed off on them. While he was waiting, he noted that there were 4 people working in the pharmacy, no one else was waiting for assistance, the phone kept ringing and yet no one would answer the phone. It’s not a surprise as to why CVS stores continue to close if this is the way they are conducting business.

Really?! It is 1:50pm on a Tuesday and the pharmacy is closed. Then to make experience even better, one the ladies working inside rudely stated they open at 2pm. As if it were common knowledge and I was expected to know their hours.There is no signage anywhere stating they closed during the early afternoon. If staffing is an issue, then politely communicate it to the customer.CVS is NOT the only pharmacy in town. Customers do have a choice. Not sure why I should continue coming here if this how I am going to be treated.

I work at a doctors office part of my job is to call the pharmacy to check when patients picked up medications and if they have any refills left, person who picked up the call told me " we do not have time for this you need to call the patient or call back after 2pm" and hung up... I called back around 3pm same guy picked up informed him the same thing and stated " you need to call the patient we do not have time for that" I told him no I needed to speak to them as part of my job and he stated "no it was not I needed to call the patient" && put me on hold a diff guy picked up and was very helpful. thank you Christian.do better!!!!

The customer service has to be improved at this store. Needed a replacement vaccine card. Instead of checking and printing out the information. They wanted me to go to the CVS pharmacies which gave me the doses. What is a point of calling a chain pharmacy, if we have to go to a specific location? The employees need to know what there logo means. I see none of its brand values of integrity, caring, collaboration, innovation and accountability.

Bought a CVS branded product on 8/03. The next day, 8/04, returned it without a receipt so they could only give store credit even though it was their own brand & labeled such on the box (ok, no problem). The “store credit” given was HALF the price I originally paid. I was told they gave me credit for the sale price; however, the product was not on sale when I bought it the day before and not on sale today when I returned it. When I pressed for answers, the response was, “There’s nothing I can do.”POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE, not to mention POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never shop here again if this is their “return policy”.

This is a complaint! I went to your pharmacy around 11 am this morning and was assisted by a young gentleman whose name I did not get. I told him that I had an override for my Clonazepam and would like to pick it up. He proceeded to fill my prescription, and I asked to have it mailed because I would be waiting in the store too long for it. He never told me anything about the prescription being too early to fill. He should have told me this. And then I received a text message saying my prescription had been cancelled. This WAS ABOUT AN OVERRIDE that was done at the 1-800 number. I spoke to someone who processed an override because my prescription had been changed. The medication had been increased and I need 3 a day instead of 1 and a half.

Had 3 prescriptions sent in the night of 9/21. The next morning I called the automated system and 2 of 3 were ready and the last one was saying it would be ready the night of 9/23. I go to pick up the 2 that are ready and ask if they can transfer the 3rd to another CVS that can fill it faster. They transfer it to the CVS on Bandera. I go there and wait over 30 mins in the drive thru just to be told it was never transferred and I would have to wait over 2 hrs to get it filled. I have to work so I tell them no just transfer it back to the other CVS. I call this CVS to let them know the mistake and the woman is talking over me trying to tell me I'm wrong. Finally had to yell at the woman and tell her to keep it there and I'll pick it up tomorrow. I go on my app today to check the status and now my prescription is saying it's on hold. I have no idea why since they haven't called me. So I try calling them and I've now been on hold for over an hour just to speak to the pharmacy and figure out the issue. Not sure if their customer's health is just a joke to them, but I'll be switching to another pharmacy as soon as I get this resolved. Completely unacceptable.

Poor service at drivethrough. Scheduled a test and received confirm number, location, and time. I was on time for my appointment. They couldnt input. Couldnt do test. Wasted many miles and time. They could have called their IT people? They should have taken care of the problem on their end since it was where the issue was. The girl at the window sat there looking at the computer, for quite some time. She kept asking for my confirmation number which I gave to her, over and over, showed it to her on my phone, yet she continued to say I needed to give her the confirmation number....the very same number was sent to me by email as well as text from CVS. Extremely frustrating. I felt like the girl at the window was accusing me of not giving her the confirmation number. That location for me will never get my recommendation as long as this person is there. If the management keeps people like that in employment. Very poor customer service and it seems other reviews of this location have had similar experience with the same window girl!I had to reschedule with a different location. The CVS on hwy 16 south. Same process worked totally fine, the person at the window took great care of me. I have been to that location several times and have never had a bad experience. They have continued to deliver great customer service. I will choose that store from now on every time. The Poteet Jourdanton Frwy, location on SA south side is a good choice!

I’ve repeatedly told them that the drive through speaker in the outer lane is not loud enough to hear over. I have fine hearing. They won’t do anything about it. The inner lane is always full of COVID tests. So I have to use this lane. I can’t go in because I can’t walk that far. Picked up my prescription today after having to repeatedly ask them what they said and basically guessing, and when I got home and counted the pills there were 3 more than the prescription called for (18 instead of 15). Apparently you don’t need to be able to count to work here as a pharmacist. Luckily it’s a fairly harmless drug. I’ve tried other local CVSs close by as well and it seems they all just don’t care. I’m switching to Walgreens or H‑E‑B.

I have been waiting for half an hour to receive a ten minute covid test. The staff has not communicated what the issue beyond the "system not working", there is a line of cars behind me and people are beginning to leave.The female attendee at the window is currently on her phone.Would not recommend coming here as they do not seem to prioritize good customer service.

Drove 20 minutes to this location for something that was only in stock here bc google hours said they were open till 10pm on Saturday and that the hours had been reviewed by them 7 days ago. I figured that meant they’d be accurate. I got to the store at 9:05 and the doors were locked. No store hour signs on the door. Ridiculous!

I moved and live closer now to this cvs. I would rather drive the 20 miles to Potranco. Some of the pharmacy staff need a lesson in etiquette. Young girl. Long brown hair with glasses. This happened 4/28/2021. She was in the driveway through. It was around 5. She ruined my day.

I had a rx transferred which was an antibiotic and CVS said it would be ready in 2hours so when I called back someone else said it would be 24hrs and proceeded to speak over me rudely when I tried to explain they said it would be ready, she acted as if I were bothering her. After a few minutes go over it again again she said oh I apologize we do have it in a laughing way, I should've checked with the pharmacist. Hello she should've checked to begin with instead of arguing with me, so she proceeds to tell me that it will be ready in 30min turns out 1hr later its not ready and the next person tells me another hour. The pharmacy is getting ready to close now and still no call back or prescription. Terrible service and you know we all have bad days but when someone is ill and need there medicine they should be ashamed of themselves.

Came for COVID19 test for my child and they were quick no wait since we scheduled our appointment. The pharmacy tech was great and explained the steps over the speaker. No contact at all, it was very convinient and safe. The reminders texted were very helpful and the video instructions helped my child be more at ease. Great service totally recommend.

Cvs is a great store to go to the store is always clean . The shelf's are always stocked with merchandise the assistant manager was so friendly his name is Joshua Riso. I feel always welcomed here. He deserves a good pay raise.

I just had the most terrible pharmacy experience of my entire life. First of all I suffer from chronic pain and the pharmacist here decided to not fill my prescriptions, even though they are from a legit doctor who had already called them in, so there was not reason for her not to fill them. I even called and spoke to her manager who told me he would call and speak to her. He did and she would still not fill them. Mind you the doctor has already sent them over. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I believe i was racially profiled for being a minority and as a consequence I am in extreme pain from being denied medication. I will be contacting other outlets news/attorney in this situation

Called the pharmacy. Waited on hold for over 20 min and no-one answered finally gave up. I was informed by recording at least 100 times that I could schedule a flu or covid vaccine online.

My partner had to pick up asthma medicine a few weeks ago. The technicians were so unprofessional and condescending, that three weeks later, I'm still peeved. My partner has had asthma their entire life; they don't need to be reminded not to "abuse" their medication while you snack noisily over the microphone in the drivethru. We have to go back to this one today, unfortunately, so I decided to write this review to warn others of the snark and snob to expect here. If you can - use another location.

Horrible customer service. Obviously the manager last night, Grady or Davie...believes he's always right. I overheard him arguing with a customer over a $2 coupon. From what I heard, the customer was right, but I could tell he was not going to let her win. I was annoyed with the manager's behavior...I walked out and took my business to HEB. It's these types of managers that caused CVS to close down so many stores for lack of business.

CVS its a darn shame that you would fire a Veteran, Joe Morici, in Maryland, for protecting your business. He should of gotten a commendation! Since any comment I might post for the larger corporate office would get drowned out. I'd just thought I'd let you know, the pharmacy that I use there on Grissom and Culebra, that I will no longer be doing business with you in the future. I am a veteran.

I am actually writing this now as I wait in the drive thru Pharmacy , the service has been unbelievably disappointing . whoever is in charge behind this pharmacy counter ,needs to learn how to communicate better with their technicians . these people were about to sell me fentanyl patches , which are dangerous in the wrong hands and deadly to others , sad to say my wife takes them on a daily basis .I had already pick these up during the day and they were trying to give me another order ,I mean geez I'm here for anti nausea medication damn it ! get it together or you won't have a career any longer in this field ...
